The staff is wonderful, from front desk, to the bell man to the workers in the hotel store. My criticism is likely for corporate, but I'll post anyways. I paid $400 for a standard room. It isn't the Omni, the W or the Hollywood Roosevelt, that's for sure, and for $400 I can get an upgraded room or suite with lavish amenities. The hotel room is a standard […] looking hotel room. Will I stay here again? Absolutely. Because that's the key advantage of this hotel - location. I love how I can go straight to my terminal from the 2nd floor. The hotel is not dumpy and like I said, it's a standard hotel for a Marriott in my opinion and has a welcoming staff. But still, $400 for a standard room is still high for what seems like just another Marriott Hotel. It still has decent amenities like room service, pay-per-view movies, etc. If you've never stayed in a hotel at an airport, I'd suggest trying it out by staying here. It makes life so much easier. I arrived at 5:30am from LAX and had to wait until 8:30pm for a flight. I dumped my luggage, took a nap, got a taxi to go downtown for business, and then left 1 1/2 hours before my flight straight from the hotel. No shuttles. No long walks. No rushing. I even had time to sit in the restaurant section and enjoy a drink before I headed out. I just know many won't even consider the hotel due to its high prices. Les mer

I couldn't believe how quiet this hotel is. Its right at the airport and I never heard a single plane. Amazing.

Only spent a very short overnight there, but my room was clean and comfy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only small issue was finding the entrance to register. They are doing some construction right now and entrance looked closed off. A very nice security woman directed me back to the right door. But that issue is only temporary.

Wouldn't have stayed here except I had a 6am flight. Connected to the airport, but facilities were 15-20 years dated.

Great stay at the hotel. It was incredibly convenient because of its close proximity to the airport. I had a meeting at the hotel and was in the security line 7 minutes after my meeting ended. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

i recently stayed at the kimpton hotel Monaco in Old Town, Phila. then had to spend one night at the PHL airport Marriott and the experience was like day and night. for the same nightly rate, the Kimpton Monaco provided superior accommodations and superior customer service, while the Marriott was just Ok for accommodations and poor on customer service. […] The ONLY reason to choose the Marriott is its location to the airport for an early morning flight. I would say that my stay there was superb the only thing I didnt like was the vending machines were 2.00 dollars now to me that is high people dont really want to pay that much for vending if they pay all that money just to stay at the hotel they are not going to want to pay high prices at a vending machine just for a drink but other then that the stay […] was really great Les mer

I booked this location because none in the city center had any vacancies. We came from north route 95 but did not know there was no exit 10 on the south bond. Upon checking in, the staff member did not mention about our pre-paid breakfast until I asked. He initially said we don't have it until I showed him my printout from Expedia, he then acknowledged […] what we paid did include the breakfast. So, where went wrong? Room was smaller than what we saw but clean. The towels were old but clean. Dinner was expensive, $94 for two, and we had a loud next door neighbor. Les mer

easy access from terminal b, awkward access from other terminals. our expedia deal included breakfasts, this caused much headshaking and pursing of lips by reception staff

I was glad to have it attached to the airport for our 2 AM arrival, but we still had to carry all our luggage a 10 minute walk to get to the hotel entrance, which wasn't as clear as they said it would be. Then for the return flight, we still had to use a shuttle to get to our gate. If you have to use a shuttle anyway, there may be better options with […] more value. Stayed over so we could go to a concert in Camden. Easy to take the train into the city... It was late.but that was SEPTA'S fault... Not the hotel... Pool looked nice, as did the fitness center, but we didn't have tome to use them... Staff was terrific. Super easy to get to the B /C terminals...

A standard Marriott experience. Staff more friendly / helpful than most airport hotels. Only hotel on the airport site - short walk from main terminals but be warned it's a reasonable walk if you fly in from an international destination. Very convenient for car rentals - all within 200 yards of the front door. Bar / food very acceptable. My son and I came to Philadelphia for a Phillies game and loved the fact that the hotel was connected to the airport. It was very convenient and I would stay there again next year.

I was in town for a quick 3 day weekend to visit my family. It was a great comfort to know at the end of my trip I could have a little "me" time before returning home. The Marriott was a great place to relax at the end of a wonderful but hectic trip!

The Marriot is conveniently located for travelers who wish to catch an early flight, which is why I stayed there. There isn't much else that would entice me to saty there again. The room had a distinctive odor which I guess simply reflects the age of the room and it's furniture. The bathroom shower was dirty/discolored and there was a general "film" over the entire bathroom. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff was great, though.
