We were staying here while we visited our kids....Made the reservation for the two nights before we left, but wasn't sure if we would be there the third (actually first) night, b/c we were driving from WA, and didn't know if we would make it. We had to move to a different room for the 2nd and 3rd nights b/c it was two differenct reservations....whatever. […] In the 2nd room however, the toilet plugged. My husband called the front desk and they acted like they were coming to fix it. After 40 minutes, my husband had to walk out to the front desk. They handed him the plunger. Not cool!! The rooms were clean, except for the big stain on the carpet by the coffee maker in the one room, but the bathrooms had some mold issues. What do hotel owners not understand about 'no wallpaper in the bathrooms?" Is it really that hard to figure it out? Les mer

We picked this hotel for the price and that is offers an airport shuttle. In addition, for a slight fee, we were allowed to leave our car parked in their parking lot. While we were gone, the area received a massive snowfall. The shuttle driver brought out a broom and helped us clear off our car. In addition, we discovered we accidentally left a dome […] light on in the car, causing the battery to be dead when we tried to start it. Again, the shuttle driver came to our rescue and jumped our car for us. They treated us like more than we were customers - they truly cared about us. I also appreciated them providing a list, and map, of all the different restaurants, and how close they were to the hotel. We will patronize them again! Les mer

This was the worst stay I have ever had with a Comfort Inn for one reason and one reason alone. A very bright entry light kept randomly coming on at all hours of the night and waking me up. When I mentioned the problem to the desk clerk he blamed it on the new motion sensored lighting but I explained to him that it was the entry light and no motion […] was even potentially reaching that area in the middle of the night! He also stated that they have had that complaint before with that particular room 121. Well if that's the case, why would they keep assigning the room out until it was fixed??? Our stay was for two nights and both nights this happened!! The beds were comfortable but it did absolutely no good because of the sleep deprivation from the bright light that kept waking me up. I felt that our stay should have in the very least been compensated but I have heard nothing from the manager regarding my dissatisfaction. Les mer

The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel uses double beds instaid of the full or queen that others use. The beds are a bit small unless you like to cuddle. My wife and I were fine, however our two teenagers found it awkward.

This hotel was definitely not up to par. Our room had a nice border of mold all around the ceiling in the bathroom. The beds were way uncomfortable and if you sat or rolled to the edge you fell right off. The air conditioner barely blew and did not cool down the room at all. I was very disappointed in this hotel. Would not stay here again.

For the quick overnight stay, I enjoyed it. It was decent and reasonable. I had a time finding the hotel off the interstate, because it is on a frontage road. It served its purpose and I did not worry about my safety, and I plan to stay there whenever I pass through town. My one complaint would be about the clerk who checked me in. He was rude and tossed […] my key to me. Aside from that 10 minute interaction, I enjoyed it. Les mer

Bathtub had not been clean. No hand soap. Bed was made but it looked like someone had laid on the bed and rolled on it. Makeup on one of the pillow cases. I didnt want to sleep in the bed. sheets didnt look like they had been changed. It was 11pm at night when I arrived. I was tired. I didnt ask for another room. Just put up with it.

The staff was great and right a wrong right away! But as for the condition of the hotel.... well lets just say it REALLY needs a face lift. There is paint over parts of the wall paper and its just tacky! I guess you get what you pay for!

Everything was satisfactory, I was very pleased to have a room at all that night as most of the area was sold out. One thing that stood out as upsetting was not receiving the wake up call I requested. I woke up an hour late and had a flight to rush too. While I know it is my responsibility at the end of the day to make sure my schedule is met, a hotel […] should not offer wake up calls as a service if they cannot fulfill it. Les mer

This Comfort Inn was pretty typical of a low budget motel. The room was clean and furnished with typical low budget furniture, but that's what I expected. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after a long day's drive. All things considered I'd stay here again.

This hotel is extremely over priced....our room had a huge stainon the carpet, smelled and there was MOLD growing on the ceiling all along where the shower and tub were. We asked for a different room and that room had lights on the walls that would not turn on without wiggling them and were loose and crooked on the wall. The wall paper was peeling off […] the wall. Every time we would try to use our key cards they would not work. Went to free breakfast at 8am and there was no biscuits or gravy left and everything else was sparse. Breakfast was suppose to go from 6 to 10am. This hotel is disgusting and the health department needs to shut it down and require that it be remodeled...we will never recommend or stay again. We would have left but the minute our reservation was booked online the money was withdrawal from our account....we didn't like this either....also the fridge did not work in either of our rooms Les mer

The room appeared to have discolorations on the wall as if someone had spit on them. After the first night of sleep, I showered and the blow dryer did not work. We went to the front and they gave us a "replacement" blow dryer to which it worked for a minute before it overloaded. A second trip to the front only had them advising that they could not help […] me... Thankfully a man was checking out of his room and he suggested to the front that they allow me to go and use his room to blow my hair dry. The TV remote did not work and the TV was permanently set to station 3 which they could not fix. The border in the bathroom was rotting and pulling away from the wall. The location was what we needed but the room was less than adequate for the price paid. The only saving grace was the complimentary shuttle the day we returned back to the airport. Les mer

It was a good place to stay for a quick in and out one night stay. The breakfast left a little to be desired but over every thing else was great!

As it ended up, I had reservations for 3 nights, and when I got there things changed to the point that I had to cancel the last two night, everything was handled properly and to my satisfaction. My stay that one night was very nice and the breakfast the next morning was great....

Room and breakfast were good and this was a good value for the price. There was some trash around the yard that wasn't picked up and I did pick it up after seeing it for 2 days. Other than that everything else was fine.
