Vi kom litt skeptiske til Miami. Er dette noe, liksom. Men etter dagene der, er vi hel frelste og det er takket være Ocean Plaza Beach Resort. Du kommer der og blir møtt av folk som tar bilen din og setter den i garasjen. De tar ut kofferter og åpner dører. Inne er det verdens hyggeligste mann som vil ta koffertene opp til hotellrommet. Og i reseptionen er det bare smil å se. En føler seg så tatt vare på av alle som jobber der og når stranden hotellet ligger på er verdens flotteste og sjøen er lyse grønn, ja da er livet herlig:-)

Et fantastisk charmerende sted med en fin frokost og hyggeligt samvær med andre gester. Kan varmt anbefales hvis du ønsker en ekstra oplevelse i Savannah. Er beliggende meget sentralt.

All perfect, except housekeeping that was a disaster. I had two connecting rooms, and had left one pice of cloth on one of the four beds. Housekeeping left a nice note on the bed that they were not allowed to move private items so the room could not be cleaned. First time I have experienced such an attitude.

T. he third floor hall smell really bad like dead rat roaches in the room
all staff was friendly and easy to work with. the pool was kept very clean, as well as the outside areas around the hotel. the atmosphere was relaxed and the staff seemed happy with their work. the pool said that it was heated and it was warm. we were able to get right in and it was april.
Needs a good cleaning !
"The location saved it"
The staff was pleasant enough. Room average but damp and smelly. Mold in corner of bathroom floor and carpet obviously old - tacky feeling - didn't let kid put anything on the floor or coverlet. The sheets were clean but blanket was dirty and so was cover. The side of the bed was also stained badly. The breakfast was nice. The pool was also nice - the […] water nice and warm! I may stay there again just for the fact that we only slept there - we hung out with local friends at their place for the most part. Kids did enjoy the pool! Les mer
"Days In in Hilton head"
The worst experience I have had. We asked for an early check in and we were turned away, no big deal. Check in was at 3 pm and we tried to check in at 2. So we went to the beach and met up with some friends. We came back to check into the hotel at 6 pm and they asked me to go eat diner their systems were down. They didnt even bother to try to find my […] room. Apparently the system had been down for over a day. So after about an hour I kept comming back and they still wouldn't give me a room. I finally told them if the didn't give me a room they could refund my card and I would go somewhere else. So they put me in a room, when I walk in the room there was trash everywhere an luggage still in the room, towels were still dirty and on the floor. I m not sure if there was someone staying in the room or just forgot to clean it. So After complaining about the room they moved from a king to a double twin room that was actually clean. So we finally got to take a shower in a clean room around 9 pm which made us extremely late for diner with our friends. Les mer

we really enjoyed our stay. The island was a great get away and the days Inn was a great bargain for the money. The room was quiet, cool and comfortable. The service was completed each day before we had gotten back and the location was great too. "Good for the money"
desk clerk was on a personal call when trying to check in! took a few minutes for her to acknowledge me. For the price the hotel was fine and I would recommend it. The breakfast room was very crowded and small and the juice machine and milk machine was broken! cartons were available except when they ran out!! Breakfast rating a 1!!! "poorly trained desk employee"
upon arrival, I went to the desk for our room key and confirmation. After 5-6 minutes of the desk clerk staring into the computer and hearing two people who were staying there complaining about unfair pricing, not the same for everyone, etc. The girl still did not acknowedge me and I needed rest after 560 miles. I could see the girl had doubts about […] what she was doing. I ask for my key, identified myself and the necessary paperwork was waiting for me and my room was ready. "Fun right next door"
The hotel was great- even better was the easy access to a mini golf play ar. just a few walking steps. also great diner just beyond the mini golf. excellent food!

Staff was very helpful, A+++. Hotel room was quiet, Noise from the street not noticeable. A long drive to Parris Island. Rooms were small. I wanted a quite place to sleep and was not disappointed.

This was a average room, nothing fancy. Air condition stopped working the first night we were there. We was able to change rooms and it was better. Hotel was in a good location, easy to get to anything. Would probably stay again.

While location OK overall it was not the location described in the search I did. Bed was very soft, so if you get back pain dont expect to wake up pain free. The person above us was loud THE ENTIRE NIGHT. We called the front but it did no good. Super thin walls, ceilings. Next time, we will spend the extra $20 for a nicer place.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find on Hilton Head Island. The next comparable hotel was twice the price, so reluctantly I decided to go with Days Inn. I was extremely surprised at how nice the hotel was. I was very pleased with this hotel, it was nice and close to everything on hilton head island. I was in South Carolina for a graduation on Parris Island (which is not as close as i thought) but wasnt a bad drive it takes about 45mins to an hour to get there from this hotel. "DAYS INN PORT ROYAL - DO NOT STAY HERE"
I would not stay here unless you are either very poor and can't afford anything better, or you just don't want to drive a few more miles down the road! I booked this hotel for closeness and internet usage. It certainly was very close to Parris Island base but internet did not work. Called the front desk 3 times and they just said "well, that's the password […] to get in so..." ??? The second day, everyone in our party had to go back to the lobby and have their keys reset...we all had been locked out of all of our rooms! The maid came into our room while we were gone, even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on door. She took dirty towels and left, without giving fresh towels or making the bed or cleaning the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels! The room stank and the heater made awful noises when we were trying to sleep. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!!! Les mer

Rooms are out dated, like going back in time to 60's and 70's. Rooms are cheap because of the off season, but during the high season these must be 4-5 times the present rate!

This hotel has very reasonable prices. It is close to many of the local activities. On the other hand; the room my family and I were staying in had a huge hole in the floor as you walked to the bathroom. It was covered up by carpet. I found this very dangerous and inconvinient. It was a very nice place. The people were very friendly. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was accessable to everything we were interested in seeing. The hotel crew were very helpful. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

awesome service, printed out mapquest directons to our son's graduation ( Parris Island) let me use their computer to print out plane tickets, with no charge, so friendly and whent out of their way to help and please.took alot of stress off of us, loved our stay!!!!!!!!!

The facility was reasonably nice. Staff was helpful. The free breakfast was ample if not spectacular. And the price was right. All in all, an excellent value. I would stay there again.

we recently stayed at your hotel. although for the most part wonderful, we did have a couple of things that bugged us. the air conditioner in room 308 was buzzing ALL night. sounded like a small motor in there. we were so exhausted so we slept anyway other concern was that the desk clerk, was smoking every where he went. he would walk just outside the […] front door and smoke and whenever you came in or out, you had to walk through it. we were out by the pool and he was also smoking out there as he walked from floor to floor. other than that, and the fact that it was a long way to parris island, we enjoyed our stay. the rooms were clean, we felt safe and the breakfast room was well stocked and clean. your staff was very friendly. we will definatley try to stay there again Les mer
"Good place for quick stay"
Just wanted a place to crash for the night to allow us to visit the beach on the way back from Florida. Served its purpose well for cheap. Pool was semi-heated. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. Room was run down with tears in the carpet and out of date. Bathroom had several places where mold was growing but was okay for just one night.

We only stayed one night. The room was small and damp. When we left I picked up my overnight bag and there was a giant roach under it. I was glad we were leaving. We only stayed one night. The rate was goog.
