"Guam's Sheraton Hotel"
Stayed 8 nights during the year end season last year. Personally I would like to recommend other hotels near the DFS and pleasure island where most of the tourist attractions are located. 1)arrive at hotel around 1000. 2)seems look unlike to process check-in at that time by the reception. And tell us the check-in time after 1200. 3)pass to bell boy to handle our room is not ready after we came back on 1200. 4)no promise the room when will be ready. 5)we wait at lobby for almost 2 hours. 6)we approach to reception for 2 times within 2 hours. […] And found that there was almost 4-5 guest can check-in successfully in that time. 7)until 1400, we cannot wait anymore because of very tired. And the bell boy ask us to wait few more minutes. 15mins passed, we go to reception again. 8)And you can't believe that, they give us the room key under the other chinese guest name. 9)We really cannot understand their ability, we wait for our room for such a long time but not for us. 10)And they quickly give us other room key under our name. 11)If they don't make wrong, should we wait for such long time??? "Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort"
This is a good one if you have either plenty of time or no plans to get out and about. It's fabulously quiet, with a lovely infinity pool but no beach, and well away from shopping, sights etc. Cabs in Guam seem pretty expensive, so it's good that the hotel is on the trolley routes. The staffs are not helpful at all. Microwave costs you USD25 to rent! 2 bottles of water are put at the toilet. Air-con is noisy all the night.
"A little apart"
The Sheraton is a little way from "the action" in Tumon, but all the better for that, and has great views. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the hotel is suffering from a bit of wear and tear. The one unpleasant - and bizarre - feature, is the surfacing around the main/kids pool, which feels as though it has had razor blades mixed into it.
"Relax at the Sheraton Laguna in Guam"
Like most things on the island of Guam, maintenance is of little to no importance. Once a place is built, little to no effort is made to keep it in "tip-top" shape. So this hotel, like most others, could use a little TLC. We didn't have a mini-fridge in our room, even though there was a place for it. We contacted the front desk, & a maintenance man […] came & removed the one from the room next door & wheeled it over to our room. Our friends staying down the hall had problems with their TV remote. Despite little "problems" like this, it was still quite beautiful & its location overlooking the water made for quite a comfortable stay. Do know that it is NOT near the center of activity. If that's what you want, you're better off staying in Tumon Bay. If you want a place where you can take some time off from the hustle & bustle of your life & simply relax, then this is a great place to stay. Les mer

"jewel on the cliffs"
I was immediately struck on the beauty of design of the hotel and its grounds. I don't think I've stayed at a lovelier hotel. Instead of just making things look good, they went for making things look striking. Multiple pools, each with different shades of blue, contrast with the blue of the ocean when viewing from the balcony. Various water treatments […] everywhere. The wedding chapel is strikingly dramatic and beautiful from any angle. The open air atrium and paths across the water blend the sense of being inside/outside and near water vs on water. I could easily go on, but the idea is that I'm not swayed by hotels trying to look grand or pretty, but the Sheraton went a level above what was needed. I was very impressed. "Good standards"
First of all I'd say that, as of 2010, Guam feels like a has been destination. Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice place where to spend an extended weekend and we've enjoyed our stay very much. Still, it looks like it was overdeveloped during the economic bubble of the 90's and the whole country looks a little run-down nowadays. With this in mind […] you can judge the hotel itself. The Sheraton is a very nice resort. By the beach, close to the airport but very quiet. A couple of good pools, some restaurants, business center with free wi-fi and computers available, ethernet in the room. All very standard for such category of establishments. The personnel is very friendly and helpful at all times (and, mind you, we come from Japan, where the customer is always the absolute king.) The maintenance seems to miss a beat here and there but, overall, it's very pleasant. We didn't prevent them of our (very) late arrival (3 AM!) but there were no problems at all at check-in. As for the check-out, no in-TV option available but, when I told them to do it in advance (again, mid-night departure), they verified it was made through the website (Booked through iPhone's Kayak, they had it as Expedia and not Hotels.com, go figure) and everything was smooth. One thing we didn't like was the bathroom. Very modern, as the rest of the room, it has glass-only walls. If you value your privacy when siting in the can, you only have some venetian blinds to hide you and it's anything but sound proof. By the way, no shaving kit. If you can live with these small quirks and seeing the corridors' venetian blinds broken in some places, it's a great place to stay. Regarding the surroundings, there is a huge parking lot in front of the lobby (in the hotel grounds) and it feels completely safe. There is a police box in the corner, the airport is about 5 minutes away and downtown some 10 minutes. You don't have to worry about parking space, there is plenty available anywhere in the island. I thought this hotel was great. The rooms were nice and the view was great. Loved their infinity swimming pool that overlooked the ocean. Also enjoyed the activities they offered. "夕陽が綺麗"
ラグーナクラブスイートに泊まりましたが部屋からの夕陽は最高でした。買い物をするところからわざと遠いホテルを選びましたが、お陰でいい時間を送れました。プールも子供が伴う家族向けと大人用に分かれていて来ている人達も落ち着きが有りいい雰囲気でゆったりした時間を邪魔されることなくホテルでの時間が過ぎ、また来たいと感じさせてくました。

"繁華街から遠すぎる。"
30代夫婦で4泊5日で宿泊。 前回はアウトリガー、今回はちょっと安かったシェラトンに泊まりました。繁華街に近い、アウトリガー、ハイアット、ウェスティンよりかなり安いけど、夜ごはんを繁華街で食べて巡回終バス（平日22時ころ）がなくなると繁華街からシェラトンまで片道チップ込みで30ドルほど。往復で60ドル・・・。ホテルの差額をタクシーに使ったようなもの。タクシー夜だと捕まらないし。 朝ご飯はまぁまぁ。ホテルもきれいだし、プールもいいけど不便すぎ。周りにはなーんにもありません。。。次回はやっぱり、アウトリガーかな。 買い物しても、ちょっと部屋に荷物を置いて。。。とかできないのは、、、ちょっと、って感じでした。

"(Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort）great hotel in Guam"
非常好的喜来登酒店入住体验，房间非常舒适，大床很舒服，景色非常美，面向无边泳池及美丽的菲律宾海景，泳池无与伦比。虽然没有沙滩，但是在hotel nikko 住了2天后，依然预定回了这里。如果不是追求沙滩，这里绝对是最佳选择。

"VIEW가 아름다운 호텔"
시설이 조금 노후화 되었지만 전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔 입니다. 위치가 투몬가 다소 떨어져 있지만 빨간버스가 호텔로비 까지 들어오고 굉장히 자주 다니기 때문에 투몬 나가는데 불편함이 없어요 수영장도 괜찮구요 PIC를 제외한 타 호텔은 수영장이 그리 크진 않은 것 같더라구요 클럽룸이상 숙박하면 클럽라운지 무료 사용 가능한데 그또한 굉장히 좋네요... 전 프로모션을 받아서 좀 싸게 이용했는데 만약 프로모션이 없었다면 궂이 이용하진 않았을 듯 싶어요

家族で2室を利用しました。ホテルの対応、環境、部屋の眺め、清潔さ、おおむね満足です。 繁華街から離れているため、静かですが、散歩には不向き。 どこへ行くにも、家族で移動となると、結構コストがかかってしまうので、その点では次回はタモン地区のホテルにしようかと思っています。
"清掃に関してと その他"
トイレットペーパーの補充がされてなくて困りました。 細やかな配慮が足りません。 バスルームは一緒に行ったのが例え夫でもガラス張りは何となく落ち着かないのはわたしだけでしょうか。 先ずはスクリーンを最初から下げておいて頂けるといいと思います。 隙間をあけておくだけで採光効果はありますし、何より落ち着きます。 ただし、ここは日常の雑多な環境から離れるにはとてもいい所で、主人はお気に入りですので、前回に引き続き選びましたし、グアムに来るならまたこのホテルになるでしょう。

"ブラインド"
お風呂・トイレと部屋の仕切りが、透明のガラスです。 ブラインドが付いているのでそれを下げておけばいいのですが、出入り口側についているブラインドは下げておくとドアの開閉ができないので、いちいち上げ下げしなくてはならず面倒だと思いました。なので、多少気を使う相手との部屋シェアなどには向かないかもしれません。 掃除などはちゃんとしてありましたし、PaylessスーパーマーケットやGPOから近いのは便利だと思いました。
"プレジデンシャルスイートにアップグレード！"
2012 / 1 / 27 ～ 1 / 31の4泊で利用しました。 ホテルにチェックインすると、予約していた「オーシャンフロントコーナースイート」から、「プレジデンシャルスイート」にアップグレードしたとのコメントが！！ 広さは倍、料金に至っては3倍以上違う（正規料金の場合）ので半信半疑でしたが、部屋の前に着いたら入口ドアの大きさが他の部屋の倍ある・・・ 「プレジデンシャルスイート」であることを確信し、嫁と飛び跳ねて喜びました！ 新婚旅行でも無いのに、、、と不思議に思いましたが、考えられるのは、ダイナースプレミアムカードで決済したぐらいしかないよね、という結論に。 ホテルに聞かなかったので、理由は分からずじまいですが・・・ 部屋の内部はシェラトン・ラグーナ・グアムのHPに掲載されている […] 写真ほど調度品もなく、めちゃめちゃ綺麗ではありませんでしたが、とにかく広くてスペースがたっぷりあったので快適に過ごせました。 マイナス点は以下6点ぐらいでしょうか・・・って結構ありますね。。 ・寝室上部のファンが動かなかった ・バスルームのエアコンを止めると変な音がした ・バスルームの鏡台前にコンセントが無い ・ベランダのジャクジーを毎日清掃してくれない ・カーテンの開閉が手動 ・ドライヤーのコードが短い ホテル滞在上の注意としては、タモン中心街から遠い（循環バスでDFSまで30分）ので、循環バスの最終時間（DFS前発21:00過ぎ）を意識することぐらいでしょうか。 もちろん逆に取れば、静かにのんびり過ごせるということになります。 部屋のグレードやベランダからのビューによると思いますが、総合していいホテルと言えます。 あと、ゴルフをされる方は、送迎に取られる時間がタモン中心街のホテルよりかなり短く済むのでおススメです。 往路では最後から一つ前で乗れ、復路では2ストップ目に降りることができます。 Les mer
"シェラトン ラグーナ グアム"
１２月１～５日滞在しました。 繁華街からは、かなり遠く買い物は不便でしたが、落ち着いた環境でノンビリ過ごすにはもってこいでした(^_^)/~ 子供はスライダー付きプールでおおはしゃぎ！ インフィニティープールも眺めが良く楽しめました。 ただビーチがないのが残念でした。 クラブラウンジは大変便利で、フル活用しました。 ラウンジスタッフの方も大変フレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました！ 日本食レストランの稲庭うどんはお勧めしません・・・ ルームサービスのパスタもイマイチでした(>_<) アウトレット近くのレストランは移動も近いですし、お勧めです♪
"괌, 쉐라톤을 갔다오면서.."
호텔의 가격 대비, 시설 환경 등 좋았다고 말하고 싶습니다. 비록 해변가에 위치해 있다라고 보기 어렵지만 호텔의 수영장에서 바다를 바라보는 맛은 좋았습니다. 호텔 내 식사 선택의 폭이 좁아서 안타깝긴 했지만 오믈렛을 맛있게 하는 주방장 덕에 조식을 든든히 챙겨 먹을 수 있었습니다. 저와 아내는 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다.

위치는 다운타운과 거리가 다소 멀지만 트롤리 버스를 타고 주변경관을 즐기며 다닌다면 별 문제가 되지 않은거 같았으나 호텔 밖으로 나갔을때는 차를 랜트 하지 않는다면 아무것도 할것이 없는 위치임. 호텔시설은 리모델링을 하였다지만 좋지도 나쁘지도 않은편이며 수영장만 즐긴다면 아무 문제가 없지만 시내에 위치한 호텔들과 달리 쉐라톤에서 해변으로의 접근은 어렵다.

조용하게 쉬시면서 괌을 즐기고 싶으시다면 완전 강추요 호텔은 살짝 외곽에 있긴하지만 셔틀버스가 잘되어있어서 전혀 불편함 없구요 이왕 예약을 하실거라면 라구나클럽(9층이더라구요)을 강추합니다. 조식 완전 깔끔하구요 스넥바 이용가능하구요 음료 물 등등 무제한 제공해주구요.... 저녁에 맥주랑 약간의 양주도 무제한으로드실수 있습니다. 전 거기서 아침저녁 다 해결했거든요 ㅎㅎ 암튼 직원들도 친절하구요... 딱 하나 단점이 있다면 한국어 가능한 직원이 없다는거요 하지만 정말 약간의 사소한 영어와 몸짓으로 모든게 가능했습니다. 전 완전 만족했어요 시설이나 전망도 말끔하구요 ㅎㅎ

"不错的酒店，只是位置不太理想"
酒店虽然就在海边，但是没有沙滩，只有礁石，但是海边很适合冲浪爱好者。游泳池非常的漂亮，酒店景色也很不错，不过正如其他客人说的，空调的声音的确相当的大啊。每天晚上有土著人的歌舞表演，不过自助餐的菜品的确是不容乐观啊，加水果都不会超过10个菜品，味道也只能算是soso。酒店还有shuttle bus，去海边或者购物点还是比较方便的，和其他酒店相比，算是偏远和宁静的。如果喜欢热闹喜欢购物喜欢天天瘫在海边那不是很建议这里。早餐也一般吧，我吃了3天，有3天都没去吃，可能不喜欢西化的，连面条也没有的。

허니문으로 선택한 괌 쉐라톤 라구나 리조트, 객실은 오션프론트 코너스윗-프리 클럽 라운지로.. 정말 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 바닷가가 보이는 테라스에 전용 자꾸지가 있고 조식과 스낵바, 칵테일바가 준비되어있는 식비가 많이 들지도 않았어요.. 거기다 허니문에 맞는 은은한 조명이 마음에 들었던 스위트 룸이랍니다. 여러분에게도 적극 추천합니다. ^^

마지막날 렌트카를 주차장에 주차했는데... 누가 고의적으로 확 그어놓고가서 70만원 물어주고 왔어요. CCTV가 있다지만 범인은 잡기힘들고...ㅠㅠ 안좋은 기억안고 왔네요 호텔자체는 좋아요

ホテルに到着早々、空港で荷物のトラブルがあったことが判明し、散々な出だしでスタートした旅行でしたが、日本人スタッフさんを始め多くのスタッフの方に助けていただき、難無きを得ました。本当に感謝しております。 プールは噂どおり、海と一体となったようなレイアウトで、夕暮れ時に海の方向にゆっくりを泳ぐと、まるで大海原を太陽を追いかけて泳いでいるような幻想的な気持ちになります。 部屋からも夕日が眺められ、雨季であったため毎日スコールがくるのですが、海にかかる虹も何度か見ることができました。 リゾートホテルに有り勝ちな大勢のスタッフによる過剰なサービスはなく、気ままに滞在できる気安さが感じられました。 クラブルームもゆったりとしており、日に何度か提供されるお酒やスナックも充実していました。 繁華街からは若 […] 干離れていますが、バスが頻繁にでているので気になるほどではありません。むしろ静かな環境と町に出かける際に気晴らしができることがメリットととして感じられました。 一点、ハウスキーピングの時間や内容が日によって差があることが気になりましたが、また利用したいホテルの一つになりました。 Les mer
"해양스포츠 이용"
다른곳에서 3박 후 1박만 쉐라톤에서 묵었습니다. 하와이 쉐라톤에 비하여 가격도 1/2 정도고 해양스포츠가 거의 무료라서 서핑 및 카약등 배울수 있어서 좋았습니다.

小さい子どもさんのいるご家族連れ、大人だけでも、またGuamの観光スポットへのアクセス（交通手段）も揃っていて、いろんな楽しみ方の人に対応していると思いました。 ホテルスタッフも親切でよかった。 ただ、建物の古さのせいか、となりのトイレの水の音や廊下での声がうるさく思うことも・・・それさえなければ とっても満足できるホテルだと思いました。 青い海と青い空に向かって建てられた教会での結婚式を外から見ましたが、とってもステキ！ 思い出に残る式となるでしょう。うらやましかったです。そんなとき、老若男女で楽しめることでしょう。 朝食付き、インターネット無料はかなりありがたかったです。 Hotels.comに電話した際、対応がよかったのでうれしかったです。

"조용한 주변 환경 속 쉐라톤 라구나 호텔"
1. 위치 주요 관광지와 동떨어져 있어 좀 편의 시설 이용에 불편하나, 조용히 리조트에서 쉬고자 하는 분들에겐 좋음. 2. 친절 아침 조식 하는 레스토랑 웨이츄리스 대체로 친절한 편이나, 매니저 급인 필리핀계 여자분 정말 불쾌할 정도로 불친절함에 전반적인 직원 이미지를 실추시킴 서빙이 조직적이지 못함.
"시내에서 멀어요"
시내에서 멀어서 버스타고 이동해야한다는 불편한점 빼고는 만족했습니다 인피니티 수영장풀 진짜 좋더군요 바다에서 수영하는 느낌이 든다그러더니 진짜 그느낌이 뭔지 실감하고 왔습니다 아침 조식에는 종류는 많지 않지만 낱개포장된 시리얼과 떠먹는 요플레 같은게 있어서 좋았어요 로비에서 와이파이 잘터지니까 인터넷사용하실분들은 참고하세요 아참 또하나 안좋은점은 DFS 쇼핑몰 가는 DFS전용버스는 쉐라톤에 안와요...빨간버스 3달러 주고 가야되요 그리고 걸어서 10분정도 거리에 슈퍼마켓이랑 한국인이 하는 오까 약국있어서 급하게 약먹어야될때 유용하더라구요~ 전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔이에요^^ 객실도 깨끗했고요~ 또가고 싶네요 ㅋㅋ

Hotels.com에서 직접 예약해 8월 첫째 주에 4박 5일간 Sheraton에서 숙박했습니다. Club Lounge Access 옵션 선택했구요. 전반적으로 방 넓고 깨끗하고, 경치도 좋고, 벌레 없고 등등 호텔 시설에 대한 불만은 없습니다. Club Lounge에서 제공되는 아침식사가 좀 부실하긴 하지만 그리 문제되진 않았구요. 이 호텔의 문제라면, 연결된 해수욕장이 없다는 점 (Alupat 섬이 있어서 괜찮다고 주장하는데... 영 아닙니다)과 풀장이 적고 작다는 점 (유아용 풀장 빼면 달랑 두 개)입니다. 차를 렌트했기 때문에 중심가에서 아주 약간 벗어났다는 점은 문제되지 않았는데, 해수욕장이랑 수영장 취약한 […] 게 좀 치명적이었습니다. 차로 5분 거리에 Ypao 해수욕장이 있긴 하지만, 돈 내고 빌리는 sunbed가 없어서 좀 아쉬웠네요. 괌에는 또 가고 싶은데, 그 때는 아무래도 Tumon 쪽에 수영장 많은 호텔을 고를 것 같습니다. 그리고 호텔 내의 3DS Adventures를 통해 돌고래 투어를 갔었는데, Alii Nui라는 곳을 연결해주더군요. 근데 돌고래도 못보고 배타는 시간도 완전 짧고 (1시간 30분) 해서 완전 불만. 일부 환불을 요구했지만 투어를 한 번 더 시도해보거나 티셔츠를 받을 수 있다고 하더군요. 계속 환불을 요구했지만 결국 아무 보상도 받지 못했어요. 그냥 좀 더 잘 알려진 곳 (ABC Guam이나 한인 업체) 통해서 할 걸 하고 후회했습니다. "괌 쉐라톤..."
이번 여름휴가를 괌 쉐라톤으로 다녀왔습니다. 먼저 꼭 객실을 업그레이드해서 아침,저녁비용을 절감하세요 일본관광객들은 많이 이용하는 반면 한국분들은 패캐지라서 그런지 한끼 20불 지불하시고 먹네요 전반적으로 괌에서는 평균이상이나 가장 기분을 상하게 한것은 타월대여하는 부분과 어린 호텔직원들의 불친절이었습니다. 저희는 부부와 아이셋이어서 다섯장의 타월을 달라하면 다섯장 타월은 많다고 투덜대며 주는 직원에 스트레스....ㅡㅡ;;; 호텔 로비 정문에선 손님과 마주쳐도 인사하지 않는 직원들...제 생각엔 나이가 젊다 못해 어려보이는것이 성수기때 호텔에서 알바를 쓴게 아닌가 생각되지만 넘 기본이 안되있네요 비추천이유임다

쉐라톤 호텔다운 느낌이 물씬 풍겨나는 곳이였습니다. 특히 바다를 한눈에 바라볼수 있어서 좋구요! 바다의 수증기가 구름이 되어가는 듯한 느낌의 풍경이 좋았습니다. 또한 직원들이 친절하구것은 말할것 없이 좋았습니다. 조금 아쉬운것은 다운타운쪽이 아니라 시내를 갈려면 버스나 면세점 택시를 이용해야한다는 것이 조금 아쉬움
