"Buyers beware"
I was on a business trip, stayed at this location because of the location and the price. but there is a 30% different of what I paid (Which I'm OK with) and the actual Invoice the hotel that gave me at the check out. I'd stay here again,but hotels.com really don't have to make 30%.

"Barking Dog"
We drove 6 hours to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with our son who attends RIT. The hotel was very convenient to RIT. The real issue with the hotel is that it is considered "pet friendly". The room across the hall from our rooms had a dog locked inside that continually barked. We called the front desk to complain, the first time, at 10:30 pm. After […] the third call, at 11:30, a member from the hotel staff and maintenance staff showed up at the door of the room. They did remove the poor dog locked in the room by itself. When I made the reservations, I would have asked the policy surrounding "pet friendly" accomodations. It is not clear and did have a negative impact on our stay. We would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone. Les mer

"Great location... OK price"
The hotel is pretty much inside the RIT campus making it a great location for people visiting the school and closer to restaurants and other shops as well. The hotel is close to interstate as well. I will give 4 stars to the hotel and not 5 because of the price.
"Scariest hotel stay ever!!!!!"
I found both rooms I had reserved to be very clean and comfortable. However my problem arose after retiring for the evening when at 3:11a.m I awoke to find a man standing at the foot of my bed! After my initial shock I started screaming at him causing him to promptly leave. How did he get into my room you may ask? The front desk obviously not only gave […] him my room number but was then gracious enough to provide him with a programmed key card to walk right in! When I informed the frontdesk of this I basically got what amounted to an “Oh…..sorry about that”. So I wondered was exactly what would have to happen for anyone to take notice? If this man had come in and assaulted me or worst, then would this incident have hit someone’s radar? Then to top it all off the young lady at the frontdesk pretended to write the incident down before sending me on my merry way. So not only was I not worth her time but I’m stupid on top of it. If peace of mind and safety are of any concern to you for your hotel stay in my opinion this is definitely NOT the place to stay!!!!!!!!! Les mer

This hotel is an ordinary and plain hotel. If it is not for the loud air conditioner, I would recommend other people to stay because of the cheaper price. That air conditioner is like a train running beside your room at all time and we finally decide to shut it off even though that would make the room hot. I also noticed the sink cracked. "Rochester Radisson Select Comfort Beds"
I will never stay in a room with a Select Comfort bed. When I tried to adjust the stiffness the noise of the pump was very loud. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. In all the hotel was a swell, but don't accept the Select Comfort bed. It was terrible.
"Wedding Rooms for out of towners"
We kept some spare rooms for wedding guests which came in handy for last minute accommodation changes. We are glad the Radisson was there to assist in our emergency room changes. Guests reportedly very happy with their rooms. Thank you all

The breakfast was horrible. Very disappointing for a hotel. We were expecting something better than a muffin in a sara lee package. I think they should make there breakfasts better. Better hotel quality.

Close to everything and very easy to get to. Everything you needed was within a 5-10 mile radius. We were very impressed as this was our first stay there and will probably do that again next year. The Restaurant was fabulous. We didn't even need to leave to go for dinner. Dinner was great. Every thing about our stay was wonderful. Thank you!!!
"Prfct hotel in visiting RIT, but a bit dated"
The hotel is right next to RIT, and will provide free shuttle services to/from the airport as well as rides to the school, so it's ideal when visiting the school. That said, the hotel looked a bit dated and tired. Could use some updates and care. Worked very well for us. Free Wifi was nice.

We had such a nice visit here. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the large and welcoming swimming pool. It is in a really convenient location to travel to Rochester sites, such as The Strong National Museum of Play. The hotel was really great fun for our price range. "Raddison Holtel Airport Rochetser NY"
I'd stayed at the motel before and was pretty satisfied with it then. we did have some issues with our bed and the wall outlet in the bathroom. However, they were quick to remedy the issues. We also had an issue with housekeeping. We were naot available for them to clean the room before 9:30 AM so they didn't do our room. the next day they showed up […] at 3:30 PM when were coming back for my grand daughter to take a nap. Consequently, no nap. other than that, it was a good stay. They have a great pool. Laps at 7:00. Breakfast is expensive. Les mer

From the minute I walked into the hotel to the minute I left I was treated very well. There is a pool and a restaurant on the premisses therefore depending on what your visit is for, there is no need to leave the hotel.

Was visiting my son at college and stayed at the hotel. First, the beds are old air inflatable mattresses -- just awful -- either too hard or sections of soft air pockets. Need new beds! Second, the wireless internet did not work -- the signal was very weak in my room, and it would fade in and out. Was useless. Third, they just installed new "outdated" […] TVs and the remote controls barely work. I had the maintenance person come to my room and he apologized because the new sets are awful and there was nothing he could fix. So, bad mattresses, poor internet and horrid TV service. "Radisson Rochester is a bit down at the heels"
The price was right so it's hard to complain, but the Radission near the Rochester Airport has certainly seen better days. It feels worn and somewhat uncared for -- it was clean enough, but could have been better with a bit more attention. It gave off a something of a depressed feel. The number beds were kind of a fun gimmick, but it was clear that […] there were very few kings available with this option. We would rather have had a king bed than a number bed if given the option, but we weren't. I also found the interior systems -- ice machines, refrigerators, air conditioners really loud. "This is the worst hotel I've ever reserved!"
Horrible! Rude front desk help. They only had double beds, which was not what we expected. The lady at the desk told us that that was our own problem. The "fitness center" was an oversized hallway leading to the pool. It was boiling hot, with no fan or TV. The water cooler was even empty. The candy machine was broken. The pool renovation was not complete […] as it was supposed to have been a month and a half ago. The toilet was dirty . Their were lots of stains on the bedding. The whole place just looked and felt as if nobody cared. Hands down the worst hotel I have ever made reservations for. Les mer

"Gret room for the money"
Very nice and clean hotel. Not the newest, but it was just fine for my business stay - very close to RIT and shopping and generally a decent area. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

"College Visit"
This hotel was great for visiting RIT - right on campus. Hotel was clean & comfortable. We didn't stick around for meals or other ammenities. Would have liked to check out the pool. The room was a more than we wanted to pay but location was key & anything else cheaper was a dive.

"Good Location"
I enjoyed staying at the Radisson Rochester because it is on the location of my daughter's college, RIT. The beds were very comfortable, easy access to shopping and eating. Loved being away from the city. Did not try out the hotel restaurant during this visit. Would definitely stay again for the right price.

Rooms seemed well kept but public areas IE hallways rugs seemed worn. Most reception desks employees were friendly, helpful however there was one woman who seemed very abrasive & bossy to both her coworkers & the public. Overall for the rate our stay was more than satisfactory.
