Attention was courteous and friendly, comfortable rooms, healthy breakfast choices and excellent location. I was hesitant to choose the place, because I made my reservation for a few days, but now I long to return.

Everything was great,except for the old comforter on the bed . The staff was trying to tell me that was the design. It had lumps from years of laundering.

One of the few hotels in which we've actually found comfortable beds and slept well all five nights we were there. Loved the breakfast selection, and no matter what time we went to eat, we always found it well-stocked. We were there to visit family nearby so only actually spent the morning and late evening hours at the hotel but found it quiet, clean, […] and the staff we did encounter to be friendly and accommodating. Also the size of the room was generous with a sofa, desk & comfy chair, along with the king-sized bed, TV cabinet and dresser, and a very spacious bathroom with a tall, long counter sufficient for several people to use at once. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Texas. Les mer

Everything was fine except all the breakfast menu main dishes consisted of wheat products (waffles, biscuts & gravy, pastries begals, english muffins). I like all those items but my wife is gluten intolerant and can't eat any of those things, so she could only have some fruit and coffee. There is gluten free flour available, gluten free waffle batter […] etc. Please check into it. Thanks. Les mer

Thank you for providing a clean, comfortable, and affordable place during my business trip. The breakfast was just enough. Hot waffles or oatmeal, yogurt, pastry, and/fruit. And the juice was fresh. It was just what I need when I travel. Thanks!!!

If it wasnt already paid for I would not have stayed.They were in the middle of remodeling and replaceing carpets throughout the hotel. The rooms obviously have not been painted in many years, which you think they would do 1st. Bed linens were very old and worn, leak in the bathroom toilet that never got fixed after requests. Phone didnt work, hence […] no wake up call. And on the last day, bathroom light went out. Room was small and cramped for 4 people, no table to eat on.Shared room with son and 2 grandchildren. Location was conventient, but I was expecting alot nicer for the price.Also the "hot" breakfast is waffles, not eggs. Les mer

Spent two nights here while in the area for business. The location so close to the freeway meant that our room (on the front of the hotel) had a lot of road noise. The hotel is currently changing carpet in most, if not all, of the rooms, so the smell of fresh carpet was everywhere. We were in the area for a family funeral and the Baymont was very convenient for our needs. The motel itself was pleasant enough and staff friendly, but desk staff needed more proficiency in English. We had extreme difficulty trying to work through problems with reservations involving multiple rooms and people.

Sometimes making reservations online isn't always what we get when we get to the hotel. I was traveling by myself so was very relieved as I arrived that the hotel felt safe, was clean and was what I wanted and got for my money. Experience was great. We were only there overnight. We did have a problem with our room key, but it was quickly fixed. The elevator had a weird smell, but other than that our rooms were perfect.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Lewisville Hampton. The breakfast was adequate and being able to use the hotel computer was appreciated.

This is a Days Inn in Hampton clothing. Aside from the great breakfast and comfortable bed, there isn't much "Hampton" about this property. It's tired, worn, and dated. I'm not sure a refurbishing would do much for it. Hampton needs to retire this property from there flag, unless this is ubiquitous to what the Hampton flag will become. Easy to locate, right next door to a popular restaurant/country store (like easy, not two minute walk), lots of the usual Hampton touches (good coffee, breakfast) in an older building. Good location, great service, comfortable for a family. Smallish pool, no hot tub (or bubble pool, as our kids call it). Right on I-35.

I books on hotels.com. I submitted info about the number and ages of those that would be staying. I book at king bed with a pullout sofa bed. When we get there the room has only a king bed. My husband went back down to explain the issue and the guy said all he could do was give s a single roll away bed. This meant three would be sharing a bed or someone […] would be sleeping on the floor. When I went down to discuss with him about switching us to a room that had two queen beds, I was told no there were no openings. I asked about canceling the room and he said good luck finding another room. He was rude and very unhelpful. Les mer

The breakfast area was clean, with many choices. They had a hot egg and meat every morning. The cookies during the evening hours were a pleasant surprise, and tasted super.

This is a clean hotel, which is a must have for us. The beds however, are a different story. We've never been in a hotel that has double beds! My husband and I are not large people, but found it really difficult to get a good nights sleep in these itty bitty beds.

Overall a very nice stay. Very comfortable bed and was quiet. The breakfast buffet was not the best though.

The hotel General Manager is very helpful and nice. The facilities are in desperate need of refurbishing. The hotel maids sat in the hallways and we had to step over or around to get to our rooms. The lobby is small but adequate at most. The breakfast hostess as well as the front desk personnel were all nice.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is very yummy and good selection. Close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Was very pleased with my stay.

Wonderful experience. I am a loyal Hampton Inn customer, and, once again, I was not let down. The front desks staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I did not have any noise complaints (I-35 is right next to the hotel). I would definitely stay here again.

this is a great hampton inn. the rooms are excellent as usual. the service and staff were all very friendly. it is an easy to find location as well, right off of Stemmons Freeway. a huge recommendation from us.

This is an old hotel that has been remodeled some, but it still seems like a cheap hotel. The rooms did not smell or fel clean and the lobby and breakfast area was dull. The breakfast was not good and we did not eat most of it.
