Ikke bra-store sprekker i vasken og speilet på bad.Lite rom med ukomfortable dyner. Badet er det største problemet-ser ut som noe fra 1950 tallet. Fullstendig utdatert.Rommet som sådann var gammelmodig og trist. Nei, dette var ikke bra og hotellet er ikke verdig til å være del av small luxury hortels of the world. The trip from CDG to Hotel Vernet was quick, with a 5 minutes walk from Etoile. The receptionists were very friendly, and had my order correct even though I submitted my order less than 24h before. When I had to wait a few minutes for my room, I was offered a free drink at the bar, and they even brought me Foie Gras (that really despise...). The building […] in itself is well maintained, a beautiful glass ceiling in the dining hall and very modern bathroom with a bathtub. The room contained everything I would need, including a safe and free wireless Internet. The walking distance to the shopping district at Champs-Élysée is very short. The concierge service was very helpful in picking restaurant for dining, and every single person working at the hotel that I talked to spoke english. I would highly recommend the hotel, although it is usually at the high end of what I choose to pay. Les mer

Hotel Vernet is a lovely quaint and quiet hotel with the most wonderful staff!! The rooms are larger than one typically gets in Paris and well equipped. The location is literally a block from the Arche de Triomphe and the subway on small quiet street - the best of both worlds really. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

We specifically asked to have a traditional, not a contemporary room but were given a contemporary room (plastic furniture, white vinyl couch). The hotel is poorly renovated with lots of maintenace issues (shower pull knob missing, toilet roll holder falling off the wall, huge gap between the tile floor and tub, tub screwed in with bolts in front, water […] leaking from the floor when the toilet was flushed, bathroom fan not working). I asked that someone come up to our suite so I could let them know of the problems but no-one came . The breakfast buffet was poor (a few small pastries, no cereal, no fruit, no cheese). Could be a terrific hotel but renovation is sloppy - housekeeping is not quite up to par. Location is fantastic - service is good ( great for Paris) - building is very cool. This could be a five star hotel if not for the misses.

This is a true 4 star hotel in a great area. The hotel is on a quiet street one block from the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. The staff is very good and try to work with specific needs of hotel guests. The price point is good for the quality of service and class of the hotel. I stayed in a deluxe room to get a slightly larger room. The room I had faced […] the street but was quiet, there are other rooms available that did not face the street. The wifi service was good, the only downside was that the hotel gives an access code that works for only one device (who has only one these days?). Bottom line - I would stay at the hotel again. The hotel is really beautiful and its locaiton is very centric.We were right around the corner from the Champs ELysees so it was very convenient. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and the beds were so comfortable! But the safe in the room was not working and when we asked for them to repair it, they said right away. But nothing was done that moment […] or that whole first night for that matter. The next morning ,we complained that we couldn't leave the room with all our valuables and that they must fix the safe. well we had to wait for over an hour for someone to show up and fix it! Also clean towels were hard to find. We had to ask the front desk for the towels every day. Les mer

We didn't like this hotel PERIOD!!!! They were soooooooooooo so not kind at all!!! They need to train their employees to smile to their customer first!!!! AWFUL. !!!! Horrible!!!! Lovely boutique hotel 1 block from Champs-Elysees, and the Arc de Triomphe. Stately room with beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just up the block is the PublicsDrugstore...not your average drugstore... features a deli, bar, brassiere, L' Atelier Etoile De Joel Robuchon upscale dining, bookstore, cosmetics, wine, gourmet […] foods and more. Stroll a few blocks down the Champs-Elysees to taste the incredible macarons at Laduree. Great stay, would highly recommend it. Les mer

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS TOP NOTCH. THE CONCIERGE, IN PARTICULAR, WAS STELLAR. LOCATION WAS PRIME AND THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED. ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE.

Great boutique hotel with small accomodations (for American standards). Staff was extremely helpful and very corteus as well as fluently bilingual. Excellent location (3 blocks from the Arch of Triumph, two blocks aways from the Champs Élysées and abouta ten minute walk to te Eifel Tower. Very close to metro lines in all directions!

Først om fremmest en total forrygende beliggenhed i forhold til stort set alt. Charmerende hotel med meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Velindrettet hyggeligt rent værelse med alle fornødenheder. Alt i alt en super oplevelse :-)

El hotel esta muy buen ubicado, pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones, la calefacción no funciona correctamente , el desagote del baño tampoco funcionaba correctamente, y el precio del desayuno no es acorde a lo que ofrecen

凱旋門から徒歩10分。シャンゼリゼまで徒歩5分の便利な立地です。 お部屋は各部屋が廊下をドアで仕切られていて、4泊しましたが他の人に会うことはありませんでした。 お部屋の広さは普通ですが、家具などは高級感があります。バスはジェットバス。 バストイレとも広く清潔でバスローブも用意されていました。 食事は別料金なのですが近くにレストランが沢山ありました。著名人が多く泊まるほてるということですが、スタッフの方はフレンドリーです。 でも観光地への行きかたなど聞いたときすぐにタクシーを手配しようとする所など、ちょっと庶民向けじゃないのかなと思いました。鉄道の時間などは適当でした・・・ 2日目5時頃お部屋に、サービスですとお茶とココアとお菓子を持って来てくれましたが、フリーかと思ったら、21ユーロ。だっ […] たのでちょっとびっくりしました。でも全体的にはとっても素敵でまた泊まりたいホテルです。 Les mer

高級ホテルだが、従業員の数が少なく、何度も待たされた。最初の部屋は、リネン室の隣で、一晩中ガタガタうるさく、何度も夜中に目が覚めた。部屋は豪華で、場所もシャンゼリゼ通り、地下鉄、凱旋門から近く、極めて便利だが、値段に見合うレベルからは程遠い。

Hatten das kleinste Zimmer bekommen. Bei der Reinigung wurde der Papierkorb nicht geleert (4* Hotel) Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr unfreundlich. Frühstück sehr überteuert, man musste alles noch separat bestellen.
