Everything is great excep the rollaway bed; terrible. My daugher is light, only 100 lbs and she cannot get any sleep, feel every wire on the bed!

Everything was great, except the beds were un comfortable. They were to soft. I think they were old because as i layed, the spring would sound like it was going to go through the matress. Paid the extra $10 for breakfast, was expecting bagels and muffins, ended up having eggs, bacon and potatoes. Saved about $30 if we were to go out for breakfast. Overall […] i would stay again. Me, the hubby and toddler enjoyed our weekend getaway. Hotel was clean and fairly quiet. The toddler loved the pool!!

Everyone at the hotel was friendly. We stayed here so that we could park our car while we were gone. We stayed the night before we left and the night we returned. Everything was perfect from the shuttle service, to the parking service, to the employees. They were all friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to have a little gathering place in the lobby with […] food and drinks. Although the breakfast is not complementary, it was good. Having free WiFi is a plus. Les mer

Traffic on 294 ran and ran all night long. I woke at 2am and was unable to get back to sleep.

Everything was very enjoyable. The room was very nice. My only complaint is that they put our room next to where they were doing some contruction. I think they were ripping out the rug or somthing. It took away good appearence for the hotel and i advise the hotel never to put guests where they are doing remodling in the halls.

Worst hotel in chicago. People smoked in the rooms and the cops came. Hotel did not throw them out...let them stay. Rooms and clothes all smelled like cigarettes the next day. Front office did not offer any help.

Great rooms and friendly atmosphere. Great service for the most part. Most staff make you feel like a guest while a few were way under par.

Nice hotel. Easy access to highway. Stayed in an end room with window facing highway. A little noisy but not too bad.

The hotel is located in Rosemont and you can get to and from downtown without paying tolls within 20 minutes. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint was that the swimming pool and spa needed a cleaning. We ultimately decided not to chance the water although many others went right in. We stayed at this hotel during a dance convention held at the Westin. We loved the convenience of the shuttle that took us back and forth and enjoyed the friendliness of the morning shuttle driver! Everything about the hotel was wonderful except for the service from the front desk evening staff. Thje hotel was great. Easy access to the interstate. The room was clean and very comfortable. I felt very much at home in between my business sessions. I was surprised at how quiet it was knowing there were planes flying overhead all the time. It was a great stay at a good price and I would not hesitate to stay again!

My stay here was great! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me several recommendations for restaurants and shopping and explained the best way to get there from the hotel. It was close to the Hyatt Regency, where I was attending a convention... only about a mile down the street. Parking was free, the room was very clean, […] and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is located in a nice area, so I felt safe walking, even in the evening. I had considered many hotels and ruled them out because I was staying alone, so it was a relief to find one where I felt safe. I will definitely stay here again! Les mer

Hotel was very convenient, with professional and helpful staff, extremely comfy bed and linens. If you can, get a room overlooking the courtyard - much more relaxing than those facing the highway. We stayed here for one night, passing through to Michigan. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels, and the king size bed was very comfortable. Our room had a balcony that faced the expressway and the Friday night traffic along with the jets from O'Hare, the room for the most part was very quiet. The courtyard was nice, the pool was small, but clean […] and looked nice. For a Friday night, we didn't hear anybody or anything. We would stay here again. Les mer

Nice hotel for the weekend. It's convenient to go downtown and near airport. Would stay when we visit Chicago. Staff are friendly.

Great. ALL staff was friendly. Decor stylish and comfortable. Delicious fresh-cooked breakfast ("free" for a small fee.) Kids enjoyed the basic pool and hot tub. Adjacent to highway but the rooms are nearly soundproof. Virtually perfect, but for slightly cramped room with king bed.

I said stayed in this hotel for 2 days and 2 nights and honestly this is a nice hotel. It is in walking distance to the casino, there is a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes and there is a small store in the lobby. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. My only issue is that the rooms don't come with a fridge or microwave (although there is […] one in the lobby). I feel like for the amount of money you are paying that is something simple to include. This hotel was clean and kept up for hallways and pool and fitness room. Room was very clean along with the bathroom. There is only down falls and they are not major, 1) elevators are extremely slow 2) House keeps come through by about 9am

If you aren't going to O'Hare, this hotel is really not convenient to any surrounding restaurants, activities, etc. Is close to H-mart and Skokie area. Rooms are adequate, but expensive for amenities. Towels were small and poor quality. Water bottles in the room are NOT complimentary- $3.50 each!
