Stort, men alikevel et hotel å trives på. Store fine rom, trivelige fellesområder og ikke minst fantastisk service fra alle på hotellet. Kan absolutt anbefales.

Bra hotell med komertable rom. Ligger et stykke utenfor sentrum, ca 10-15 min med bil. Servicen er som på de andre hotellene vi bodde på, så kanskje er det amrikansk service at de ikke gjør seg ferdig med en gjest før de starter med neste og har mange å forholde seg til slik at ventetiden gjerne blir lang ved innsjekking og når du trenger hjelp til noe. Gjester som allerede bodde der hadde fortrinnsrett, greit å vite at selv om du har bestilt og betalt på forhåd er det ingen garanti for at du får dette. Det er slik det fungerer der sa de, helt uforståelig for oss, men, men, selv om vi ikke fikk det vi hadde betilt ordnet det seg på et vis etter en del venting.

A good, clean and safe place to stay. Very nice hotel staff and great breakfast. Two blocks from Starbucks and Walgreens, and four-five blocks from the entertainment district/Broadway. On one (of four) days, we didn't get house keeping. Air condition in our room was a little awkward. Either the air was a little too cold, or it got dense and heavy to breathe. Difficult to find a temperature that was right and made air breathable at the same time. But all in all, a good hotel.

"Hilton Suites Brentwood."
Rommet var ikke klart da vi ankom hotellet (kl 11.40) men dette hadde vi heller ikke forventet. Rommet var imidlertid superfint til den lave norske prisen vi betalte. Det vi fant ut etterpå, som jeg ikke hadde lest på siden før jeg bestilte hotellet var at frokosten ikke var inkludert, så dette kostet 15USD per hode, det ble til at vi droppet frokosten […] og gikk på waffle house. (Resepsjonisten snøftet hånlig når jeg spurte om det var en Waffle House i nærheten). Før en bytur ba vi hotellresepsjonen ringe etter en taxi, i påvente om å få en vanlig gul en. Men hotellet bestilte en sort penere sedan som vi endte opp med å betale ca 45USD for ned til byen. Greit nok det, men det var jo absolutt ikke noe behov, særlig ikke når man reiser på ett budsjett. (Dagen etter ba vi om en vanlig taxi, vanlig gul taxi og resepsjonisten sa at de ikke kom til å bli noe billigere siden de måtte kjøre fra nashville, så han ringte en sort limo alikevel.) Alt i alt ett flott hotell, men likte ikke helt holdningen til resepsjonen, det var tydelig at de var vant med ett rikere og "penere" klientell som ikke fnyser av å betale 30USD for to frokoster og dyre turer i Limo/Sedan. "Definitely One of the Best Hotel Experiences!"
Three of us were on a business trip and had booked two rooms ahead of time. But the front desk staff could not assign us adjoining rooms, as per our original request. So, to make it up to us, we were each given a free breakfast for the next morning! And our meals were excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the layout. […] The only problem I had was the temperature in my room since I like it a bit cool at night. Could not get it comfortably cool so I just slept with just a sheet and I was all right. Pool was fine. The atrium was lovely and the decor overall was just perfect! Wish we had time to enjoy the beautifully lit fireplace off from the lobby in one of cozy sitting areas. This was definitely one of the best hotels we have ever been to. Would love to go back with my husband when it is not for business and REALLY relax and enjoy the whole experience! Les mer

"More than I hoped for!"
The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Nice workout area and very nice lounging area . The hotel is a little tricky to get to but it is well worth the stay.
"Repeat lodger"
This is the third time my family stayed at this hotel, and with our son attending a Nashville college, definitely not our last. The beds are very comfortable & the exercise room was well equipped.. Some of the rooms open to a courtyard and restaurant, which can be a bit noisy and smells like bacon in the morning (not complaining). "The Hilton Suites"
We love the Brentwood Hilton Suites! It is where we always try to stay when visiting Nashville. The area of Brentwood/Cool Springs/Franklin is convenient and has a huge amount of resturants/shopping etc. to choose from. We love the Cool Springs Mall and J.Alexander's resturant. If you go to the area and have extra time, visit Barbara's Home Cooking […] for the most delicious homemade rolls and food or The Lovelace Cafe for their biscuits! YUM. Les mer
"Top Notch Suite Hotel in Brentwood/Franlin TN"
Ideal family stay with must have suite for mom and dad. We stayed for very reasonable rate and we're extremely pleased with the comfort, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. This is a find for family and professionals on the move. Excellent pool/spa that was well maintained and extra good fitness facilities. Breakfast not included but a pricey but […] delicious buffet awaits. Bar, atrium and top staff made our stay memorable. We used most of the available amenities without a hitch. Staff helped us with a dr for son who got sick on stay. Best hotel in area, pass over at your peril! Les mer
"Nice Hilton in the burbs"
Upscale yet friendly hotel with great room suites and kitchen area. The exercise machines were pretty good and the pool table was a nice touch.

"Perfect for Brentwood/ Franklin/ Nashville"
This was the perfect hotel for a central location for our visits to Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin. The beds were super comfortable, and it was nice to have a living area and a separate bedroom.

Excellent hotel! We were so happy with our suite - it exceed our expectations! We have stayed in other hotels that offered 'suites', but this floorplan beat anything we have seen south of St. Louis all the way to Biloxi!

"Family Time"
This hotel had a great layout for families. We had two pack-n-plays in the sitting areas and then the adults in the bedroom. It was quiet and the children loved listening to the water features in the lobby. Front staff very helpful! Great stay.

Lovely room and stay. Only concern was that it appeared that the tile surfaces in the bathtub area had been painted and the paint was chipping off. I had no small children with me. The bed was wonderful as was the sitting area. Nice large desk and lots if window light.

The rooms were wonderful and the hotel was very nice. I love the neighborhood! They had overbooked on a suite with 2 double beds for the night, but they gave me a suite with a king size bed instead, and free breakfast for all of the guests (it usually costs). My husband had a couple of stressful days in Nashville due to family issues. It was so nice to come back to such a comfortable, clean, inviting hotel and room. A great way to relax. Will stay there again the next time we visit!!

Great Hotel and a suite at that. My wife and I were in town for a concert. it was absolutely the best Hotel experience we have had in Nashville. The Spa was actually clean and the pool was very nice. We are definately going to stay there again.

"A great alternative to downtown Nashville hotels."
The Hilton Suites Brentwood was very close to downtown, but at about half the cost as other options, with no added fees for parking or internet. There were several dining options nearby, and the area seemed safe and secure, but finding late night parking was difficult. The restaurant grill in the hotel had slow service, but the food was good and fairly […] priced. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable, but the shower stall grout was stained. 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, lovely hotel, spacious rooms, attentive staff, all in all the perfect place to stay. Was disappointed to find the pool full of kids at quarter to 11 at night, which is more a complaint against parents than the hotel. "Excellent property, excellent staff !"
This hotel is beautiful, and the staff is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We traveled with young children and enjoyed the extra space. The pool was nice - conveniently located. Plenty of seating in the atrium too. I will seek out this hotel next time we travel to that area!

"review of our stay"
Hotel was nice, but there was a mildewy/musty smell in the room that made you want to open the windows. We missed the convenience of an eat and run continental breakfast being included in the price of the room as well.

Bed was soft; Lobby very nice; A bit cumbersome to find from freeway but easy entrance and parking; Good hotel. Too pricey for me but it was fun for one night.

We were shocked to have found such a nice hotel for such a reasonable price! I felt that our room smelled like cigarette smoke slightly, but was assured it was a non-smoking room and it didn't bother my husband. Rooms were very large. Bed was very comfortable! The ammenities of the hotel were lovely and we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Great Beds! Clean Room. Older televisions, not flat screen. The rom was very quiet and dark at night. When checking out of the hotel, we called the front desk and were told that Hilton's computers were down and we would have to wait to get our receipt in the mail. Before leaving the hotel, my husband and I went to the front desk to drop off the key […] and let them know that we were leaving. No one was at the front desk. I said in a loud voice, "Hello, we are checking out." My husband saw a man sitting in the back watching television. The man said, "Okay" and just sat there and continued watching television. We were expecting "Southern Hospitality" but did not find it at this hotel. Les mer
"Family had fun"
It was a great rememberable weekend at the Hilton for our family. The indoor pool, the comfort of the rooms and how friendly the staff is, The only think I would have like to seen was better dusting and maitenace of the rooms, you could really tell what had been cheaply fixed or painted.
