Greit motell nær flyplass med shuttlebuss til Sky Harbour airport i Phoenix. Stort rom, god seng, standard bad, ikke føner. Enkel frokost bestående av muffins, bagels, papptallerkner og plastikkbestikk.

Flott hotell som fortjener fire og ikke bare tre stjerner men det burde hatt direktetelefon fra flyplassen slik at de lett kunne gis beskjed om at gjester vil bli hentet der. Restauranten er overpriset,så spis heller på flyplassen bare noen minutter unna. Anbefales!

Vi var veldig fornøyd med dette hotellet, både av hensyn til beliggenhet, rommet og anlegget totalt. Minuset var, bortsett fra mangel på frokost annet enn via romservice, at vi ble vekket kl 7.30 av kammerpiken på dagen vi skulle sjekke ut (!) med spørsmål om vi ønsket at rommet skulle rengjøres akkurat da. Vi hadde en veldig lang reise tilbake til Norge foran oss den dagen og hadde trengt å sove lengre. Folket i resepsjonen beklaget hendelsen på det dyppeste da vi nevnte den ved utsjekking derimot. Konklusjon: husk å bruke "do not disturb" skiltet!

"Close to Mayo and great places to eat"
The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was, clean, very comfortable and new. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had no problems whatsoever with our stay. It's one of the most affordable hotels near Mayo (a 15 minute drive from the Phoenix Campus), and was close enough to Applebees to walk there.

The room was clean and everything was working well. Because of its location next to the interstate ist was to loud for a good nights sleep, but we expected something like that when booking this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Close to Padres Spring Training facility.
Was told on check-in that there was NO ROOM reserved under my name. I had a confirmation # but it was through Hotels.com and the clerk could not find it. It was very busy and I was asked to wait. While waiting the manager came out and found the reservation and we got our room. At 2AM the toilet became plugged up and was unusable. I told the desk clerk […] in the morning and she asked me if I wanted to use the plunger, I said No and she said ahe could come up in about 15 minutes and take care of it. Would you stay again? Person at front desk was not very good at given directions to places we wanted to go. Elevator bell would go off every time it came to the floor little annoying at 1am

We stayed two nights at the hotel and were treated very well. The desk clerk even moved us to another room away from the loud ringing bell at the elevator, which was near our first room It would have been nice to have a small breakfast provided.

"Great Stay"
My wife and I stayed for three days. The room was clean and quiet, the staff was attentive, and the surrounding area was safe. Hotels.com got us a great rate, much lower than the advertised "walk up" rate. This is a great inn if you need a base for activities in the area. "Red Roof Inn in Thousand Palms, CA."
This motel in Thousand Palms was below par in my opinion. Room was old fashioned and outdated, and bath tub drain plug did not function. Holiday Inn in Los Angeles was splendid as was the SouthPoint Casino Resort in Las Vegas, NV. Red Roof Inn in Phoenix, Bell Road was good and service was very accommodating and location was also very good.

Needs some updating. Furniture, carpeting, linens, etc. all showing wear and tear. Basic cleanliness in the room was o.k. but there was dust and accumulated dirt in the corners, along mouldings, above fixtures, etc. Gave the impression that the whole place needed some upkeep. I did like to stay in this hotel. The only thing I would suggest is to have queen size beds and have the housekeeping personnel do the cleaning in the rooms everyday; unless we do not want to have service done.

I have been ill for several years now. The trip from home to the Mayo Clinic is about three and a half to four hours from Yuma. I stay here when my appointments are early late or on seperate days. The price is right and I love the elevator. I have never had a bad stay here.

I stayed here for a week and had absolutely no issues. Actually, it was great. Any store you can think of, and a movie theater, is within a few blocks and is safe. I walked for miles all around the neighborhood and to a nearby disc golf park. I got work done in the Superior King room the large desk. There is free internet which provides you with speeds […] fast enough to watch the web and watch youtube videos. And there is an outdoor pool which was clean and great to lay out at. I've been to this hotel 3 times now for different occasions. I have not once in those 3 times had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and the place is kept very clean.

hotel was ok, linnens were threadbare, no blow dryer in the room and no coffee maker, no box of kleenex just a smalll purse sized package.. i used that up in half an hour.no breakfast either.. the days inn around the corner where i always stay for the same price has all of that.. it was booked for the time i spent at redroof inn. i will use the red […] roof inn only if i can not get other accomodations at my prefered hotel Les mer

For the price of the hotel compared to the comfort of the beds are not worth it. Could feel the springs in the mattresses. We stayed in room 201 and the second floor and my room smelt like cigerrette smoke. We ended up staying an additional night and was told we were in room 330. The people are so very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and very quiet at night. Easy access off and on the freeway and there is alot of places to eat and have a drink in walking distance. Great area and Great room for the price.

I found it amazing (and disturbing) that when we called the front desk asking for extra pillows, they told us they were OUT. The excuse was that customers had been stealing them & that none had been received. 1) Isn't that why they take a credit card for incidentals? So, they can charge people who steal pillows. 2) No matter how many pillows have […] been stolen, why haven't they replaced them? 3) Blaming other customers for their lack of basic supply stock is not the way to handle this. The staff was friendly and helpful. And i had stayed here b4 and wasn't to bad good 4 the money but this time they sent me to a room that stunk like smoke and a broken ice machine on this floor. This floor looked like they 4got to remodeled. I asked 4 them to get me another room and they did next room still smelt like smoke, but room in better condition. The hotel is a walk away from the appelbees and a nice bar very you can have a drink and walk back to your room. It's clean, the room is big and comfortabe.

This Red Roof Inn is your basic no-frills hotel. I stayed here one night and it served its purpose while traveling. It was clean, and everything worked. The front desk was friendly. The hotel was quiet too and their was even a night security guard in the parking lot so that was much appreciated. I would not recommend this as a romantic getaway, but […] if you are traveling and need a place to stop and take a nice hot shower, relax and watch a little bit of some free HBO, then go to bed, this would serve its purpose.
