Store og rene rom. Gratis internett tilgang i lobbyen, men på rommet koster det ekstra. Concierge er ubrukelig, bedre å søke selv på nettet. God service ellers. Beliggenheten er veldig bra i Bostons Back Bay som er rett i nærheten av shopping (Boylston og Newbury Street) og mange restauranter.

We stayed three nights at the Boston park plaza. The hotel is located right by the Arlington subway stop and right by Boston commons. Super convienant for getting around. The room was a petit suite and was fine for my son and I. I only wish that we could have had a roll out bed in our room as well. We shared a queen size bed and that was tight. Førsteinntrykket var at hotellet var veldig flott og erverdig, det er store lysekroner og rustikk interiør som passer med stilen. desverre svarte ikke rommet vårt til forventningene i det hele tatt, og det vi hadde sett på bildet. det var knøttlite, og bade gikk det så vidt an å snu seg på. Dørlåsen fungerte heller ikke. Vi sov der en natt, men dagen […] etter klagde vi, og vi fikk oppgradert til et dobbelt så stort rom, med to senger og to bad, uten å måtte betale for det. Det gjorde at vi generelt ble veldig fornøyde med oppholdet. Frokosten der var veldig dyr, så vi valgte å spise andre steder (dette trekker ned litt, da vi liker best å spise frokost på hotellet). Det er fantastisk beliggenhet, midt i sentrum, men likevel stille og rolig, og mange gode restauranter rett ved. Les mer

The Boston Park Plaza Hotel is perfect located. Nice atmosphere in the lobby as well as in the restaurant. Waiters were extremely helpful and positive. Breakfast was exellent! Unfortunately we did not get the room we booked, but a smaller one. This was compensated with free breakfast every day for both og us. Some of the receptionists was not very serviceminded. The […] room was small but nice and clean, good housekeeping. To charge extra for internet is very poor, should be free. Late checkout costs extra for 2 more hours, usually free at other hotels. det var et fint hotel sentralt og lett å finne frem til. veldig fornøyd med servisen på hotellet både under oppholdet og etterpå når jeg måtte finne igjen en gjenglemt eiendel.

Vi har meget fornøyd med oppholdet. Det er høy standard og rommet var stort, rent og pent og komfortabelt. Siden hotellet er stort virker det litt upersonlig - særlig resepsjonen som minner mer om ankomsthall til en togstasjon. Men beliggenheten er ideell og der er flere gode restauranter i nærheten.

Hotellet var sentralt, svært nært subway stop Arlington. Rommet ble rengjort daglig og servicen i resepsjonen var bra. Hotellet har gratis treningssenter med håndduker, sportsdrikke og sportsbarer. Rett utenfor hotellet er parken Boston Common.

Hotellet har nok sett sin storhetstid. Her var det så vidt heisene kreket seg opp og ned de 15 etasjene. Jeg var på hotellet ifbm konferanse, og to kolleger fikk frastjålet sine iPads på rommet, og en annen så en mus på rommet sitt.. Air-conditionene på alle rom bråket fælt. Ellers bra.. ;)

Hotellet er litt snobbede, men ligger veldig nært undergrunnsbanen, (100 meter) og derfra er det meget lett å komme rundt Boston. Eneste ulempen er at området mangler frokost, lunch og middagssteder i nærheten. Særlig frokost var ikke å oppdrive i nærheten hvis man ikke vil spise på hotellet.

Based on how much it cost per night, with no on-sight parking, and additional cost for internet access, it wasn't worth it.

The rooms are small and the service can be slow due to the number of guests they are servicing. The room was clean though and you couldn't ask for a more perfect location. You can walk to the north end and south end in 20 minutes. Great location and will stay there again when I visit.

For this type of money I was expecting something a little bit nicer. Honestly, the rooms were gross. The air conditioning didn't work and when they sent someone to fix it, it was the loudest thing I've ever heard. The bathrooms were extremely small as well. Needs major updates.

Good downtown Boston location, but the hotel is run-down the rooms cramped, terrible views. The whole hotel has a horrible worn feel to it. Avoid.

I visit Boston about twice per month for business and this is my go-to hotel. The (plaza petite) rooms are small, but they're always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is fantastic both for walking and for T access, which can get you anywhere in a few minutes. We loved the location. The hotel is 1/2 block from the train station and in easy walking distance from tourist sites, shopping and numerous restaurants. That said, I probably still wouldn't stay here again. The hotel couldn't get the climate control right. Boston was experiencing a heat wave, and our room was too hot to be comfortable at night. That […] was even after I requested that maintenance come up to check climate control. The closet door didn't work; the tub drained poorly. For over $200 per night, I would expect something better. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I have been pleased with the quality of the hotel. The staff and concierge were super friendly and helpful. It is located right by the T stop for the green line making getting around Boston easy even if you don't have a car. I would stay here again if I am in Boston.

The hotel common areas are nicely refurbished but our room was tiny and the shower so small that the curtain stuck to you while you were in it. Service was top notch and the hotel close to public transit, which made up for it.

poor maintance in the rooms , paint so thick it would take a month to reach bare wood , don't use room service , a medium size pizzia costs an astounding 45.95 !!! internet was fairly priced at 12.95 for 24 hrs and the front desk takes a n extra hundred dollars from my debit card. all in all not a great experience.

Hotel was in great location, right next to Arlington Green Line and Boston Commons. The staff was very nice. Big shocker was the $46/day valet parking which I fault myself for not looking into beforehand. The room was very comfortable, hotel had a nice old feel to it and when the new owners renovate, I hope they keep the old porcelain sinks - they are […] beautiful. Well located, old school hotel. Only had trouble reaching concierge from room but overall a very beautiful place. Somewhat confusing when reading from a map, but you get used to it. Great value, I highly recommend!

A real gem! Excellent service, fantastic location, beautiful interior and amazing buffet! The Hotel gave us an early check in at 9am! The only downside was that while the rooms are clean, the walls are thin and they could use some maintenance (frayed carpet, missing panel on the desk). But hey, it's an old classic, hotel.

Had a great shirt trip to Boston for Sox game. Nice sized rooms. Plenty if space for pack n play for baby. Very clean. Great location to walk to swan boats, freedom trail, restaurants. Easy to get a cab and the T. Would recommend.

The hotel was very crowded due to events in boston and a wedding and the people tehre were very nice. Unfortunately, at 230 in the morning the AC turned off and i would have to get up every 15 minutes to turn it back on. Normally not a problem but when you are there in a double bed with a pregnant wife, it isnt the most comfortable. This is your standard somewhat upmarket hotel, with a few strange problems. They didn't seem to have enough staff on when we visited, so there were huge lines waiting to check in. Also, the rooms were pretty pokey and the Wifi charge ($12 per night!) extortionate. Our suite was very spacious and nice. We had an amazing view, 3 different directions of the area all great. HIgh up enough so we could hear the church bells but not be bothered by sirens or street level noise. Being a Historic Landmark some furniture was well broken in but comfortable nonetheless. The bed was superb, no dust balls clean window sills, […] all nooks, and crannies clean. We travelled with our toddler so I always look under beds, and around little spots a child would see. The Valet staff was so kind, and friendly. The number of shops, food choices, and being so close to spas, and the Public Garden was the best. We walked to Quicny Market from hotel and taking in the sights of the Garden before taking the street route made the walk seem like it was so short although it's a nice walk. Best stay in Boston yet!
