"Town overrated"
The hotel was great but we were didapointed in Vero Beach; not really as charming as we were led to beleive by reputation.
i have stayed here a few times and this was far the busiest time but all in all they handled it very well ,, very professional staff , front desk a little cold but it was very busy and theres a lot of demanding people out there best hotel in vero by far , nothing even colse there to this one would only stay there

My wife took me to the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa for my birthday. She had asked the Concierge for champaign and something special in the room when we arrived. The Concierge ordered special cupcakes and stopped on her way in to work to pick them up. When we arrived our scheduled room faced the courtyard so I changed it to beach view. My wife informed […] the Concierge of the change while I was completing the check-in. she ran up and picked up the champaign and cupcakes and delivered them to our new room just as we had arrived. That is service. everyone at the hotel was like that. They had a wine and champaign tasting in the lobby the first night we were there, for free! Will definitely return. Our experience at the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa was perfect. We were away for the holidays, and my children were in awe. Would recommend it for older chidren. The suite was beyond spacious. You are right on the beach, while still having poolside options. There is a restaurant on the premises, plus many within walking distance. This was by far the nicest place I have ever stayed in. Kimpton has spared no expense to provide an exceptional value. The rooms are exquisitely appointed, and perfect for the romantic getaway that I was looking for!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was as helpful and personable as possible. The on-site restaurants were fantastic and the beach cabana food/drink service was a real treat. We will be back!

This hotel was EXCELLENT! The price is a little steep but it was well worth it. EXTREMELY PET FRIENDLY!!! The staff was friendly and amazingly helpful. The spa is outstanding! IT is not part of the hotel but has space within the hotel so you can't charge to room which to me was not a problem at all. "vero beach hotel and spa"
Very comfortable and convenient. We walked right out of our door to the pool and down a short hall to the gym. Service was excellent. We were visiting friends in the area and their kids came over to swim in the pool. No big crowds or noise- a perfect size with amenities .

"pleasantly surprised"
Having stayed elsewhere in Vero Beach we have been disappointed. But this Kimpton Hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel room was large and well appointed. The staff (everyone from front desk to pool person to valet parking attendants) were friendly and helpful. Some of the nicest staff we have ever encountered. Would recommend this hotel.

My Mother and I had the most enjoyable stay at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. Everything was simply top notch. Our room was beautiful and attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. Warm staff and superb environment. I am going to bring my husband here for his 55th birthday. So happy I found this charming gem.

"Great place to stay, but not much beach"
Great hotel, with excellent view of the ocean. Clearly a more upscale place. Very friendly staff, and loved the complimentary wine reception from 5-6PM. However, beach could not have been more than 20 yards wide... waves were touching the property wall while I was there. With all the excellent beaches in Florida to chose from, this falls a little short […] as a "beach" destination. But you could say the same about most beachfront property in the same area. "An outstanding stay!"
I am a very frequent business traveler. This property has exceptional rooms and top class service. I will stay again. The only small comment I would make is that the room I had, while beautifully appointed, did not have a desk to work at. It had a drop leaf table which was almost as good.

Beautiful hotel on the ocean with great dining areas, bar and fire pits overlooking the ocean. Staff is couteous and professional. Wine reception every evening as they are celebrating their 10 anniversary. A great experience.

We have stayed at this hotel once before and were very familiar with the rooms - we booked on Hotels.com based on the description of the hotel room and when arrived were advised that is not the type of room paid for even though the description was of what we were expecting... we were advised that the site was not current with descriptions and apologized […] - We advised them that was the reason we booked because of the room - They advised that they would move us the next day but we had to stay in this other room one night.. we did ,,, they moved us the next day,,,, so they were very good to us even though the room was misrepresented on Hotels.com Les mer

I had a wonderful oceanfront room at a reasonable price through hotels.com. They upgraded me at the desk after I told them about an inferior room I had during my previous stay (no exterior window, only a window to an interior hall!). So be careful about your room/price relationship which will be influenced by seasonality. Also, the bar and restaurant […] are both very nice but a little pricey. Les mer

I had a wonderful stay at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. THey front desk staff were wonderful and upgraded me. My room was enormous and bright and beautiful - complete with a small kitchen that rivaled my own in my New York City apartment. The linens on the bed were soft and luxurious and I am quite fussy about these types of details. "More Then I Expected"
While I knew that Kimpton Hotels were nice and have high standards, I was very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and location of this hotel. Right on the beach, and a nice beach it is. The rooms were spectacular. We had a two bedroom, two bath, with a living room and a small eating/kitchen area on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean. WOW! More […] impressive was the staff. the front desk folks were friendly and helpful, but the valet crew was fantastic! They knew everything about the community and were a pleasure to talk to and were smiling all the time. I have never given 5's across the board in the ratings, but I did this time! Les mer

This place was great. we got a suite and had lots of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. A balcony with a view. The pool area was very cool, right on the beach and the beach was a good beach. There was a nice pool area bar and restaurant. Highly recommend.

We went to the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa for our 1st anniversary and loved it. It was a little crowded and a few too many kids runninng around for an anniversary trip, but the hotel and restaurants were fabulous. We got a couples massage and ate breakfast on the beach every morning! Beautiful place, great beach! A great escape!

The perfect getaway for two… We enjoyed each second of our vacation, the installations are so nice, the fire by the beach at night was so romantic, the employees were so cordial, the view amazing, the room phenomenal It was the perfect place to get away of the craziness of our routine, rest and enjoy the family
