Fint hotell med hyggelig service! Eneste minus var at Det Ikke var minibar på rommet som man kunne bruke som Kjøleskap. Flott basseng utenfor!

The room we stayed in smelled humid and the bathroom had rusty faucets in the sink and in the shower. The toilet was not clean and had hair on the seat when we arrived. The hallways smelled like someone was smoking all the time. the stay was worth every cent spent. our room was clean ed on a daily basis. once we had put ourselves in place the shuttle was there for us. i would stay again!!1

enjoyed my stay close to superwalmart ,westgate mall across the street good place to stay for short time eg. a day or two before your cruise rooms in desparate need of makeover paint and new carpet would do wonders nice pool and spa area hotel on very busy expressway however traffic noise not a big factor,hotel staff very friendly and helpful

Carpets were stained in hallway and in the room. Bed Cover was stained (looked dirty). Bathroom sink was stained. Found used ... wrapper under the bed. I only stayed because I was on a business trip and proximity to where I needed to be. The furniture looked like it was extremely old and the chairs were stained too. It's nothing to rave about. I think the rooms a lil overly priced... the room felt outdated. but overall it was as clean as it could get. The emergency exit door which is supposed to be closed at all times was open and the glass window broken... didn't leave me feeling really comfortable seeing as my room was right across from it. It was horrible, another guest checked into my room, under my name. Had to wait fir 30 mins for the front desk agent to give me a room. I booked a PH room, the room looked like an average room. never staying at this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it either.

I arrived the hotel around 2am in the morning, the front desk quickly helped me check in, and upgraded my room to their penthouse room (that's really warm me up after long flights). The room is very fairly clean for a 3-star hotel. If I don't want to have room service every morning, they will still ask me if I need new towels, shapoo, or anything I […] need ... etc. The hotel location is pretty convenience for travellers as well. There is Walmart, Starbucks, McDonlad, and a little shop stores nearby (within 10 mins driving distances). I would love to go back again if I travel to Miami again. Les mer

Even though the price was reasonable, I thought that this hotel for being a Howard Johnson brand it will have at least a clean room. When I checked in, I noticed that the hotel has been poorly mantained. The elevators, one was broken, the public rugs on each floor totally old, rusted and dirty ( they dont even clean them) . You can smell unconfortable […] smells . The rooms!.. the matrresses pretty old , everything you can see that they dont spend one cent on updating, changing or at least keep the rooms clean!. I dont know how they can have their name of Howard Johnson on the property. The bathroom tiles were with mold . I was very nervous to take out my shoes and to get an infection. So, if you have any other options, please pay a bit more and stay on another hotel Les mer

We stayed a couple of nights before our flight back home. The hotel was comfortable, near a mall, plenty of restaurants and shops around. 10 minute drive from MIA airport. Free Parking and Free Wifi. It can get a little noise being so close to the highway. We paid 99 dls per night, that price is unbeatable.

We were tired. The night was late. The lobby was large and elegant, so we anticipated a wonderful stay, only to find stained carpeting and bed ruffles, old dark overused furniture, and a bed that was so soft and squishy even Goldilocks would have run away. The only positive thing about this hotel is the bar downstairs. And that's only if you like Latin music. Not what I'm used to at all.

55 minute wait for the shuttle. Placed in smoking room w/ non-smoking reservation. Broken furniture, stained/soiled carpets. Toilet with hair and tub with soap ring. Poor customer service at front desk. Never AGAIN

I couldn't have a proper rest over there because: (1) too much noise from the vehicles on the surrounding roads, (2) the second night there were some thrash-metal band playing inside (!) the hotel, by the pool. Unfortunately, there windows don't have provide enough noise isolation from the outside.

The hotel is located <3 miles from the airport. They provide a shuttle, so it made the commute convenient. The hotel needs some TLC. The carpets definetely need to be replaced, and fresh coat of paint would go a long way. The front lobby and conference area has been updated and are in good condition. Some other parts of the hotel are in dire need of […] a face lift. However, my room was clean and comfortable. My biggest problem was that the front desk staff were a bit on the "unfriendly" side. They would say hello if made eye contact with them, would answer a simple question, but not much more beyond that. However, I observed them smiling, laughing and engaged in lengthly conversations with the spanish speaking guest. I am Canadian and do not speak spanish, so I did feel a bit slighted by this. The Bell Hop Supervisor and housekeeping staff were friendly though. Not sure if I would return... Les mer

The room was good, but the only problem is that I wasn't informed until the morning that I needed a voucer for the continental breakfast.

Our room was on the 8th floor , Our main complaint, was the excessive noise ( loud talking) in the hallway at the wee hours of the morning, in fact an arrest was conducted at 3:45 am in one of the rooms. The bathroom in our room needs updating .

The details said kitchen which was very misleading. What kitchen actually means in an extra sink and counter. No burners, no dishes, no silver ware. A microwave , toaster and mini fridge do not make a kitchen. Very disappointed in being mislead.

WHEN YOU ENTER THERE IS NO HELP WITH LUGGAGE, ONLY 2 AT THE FRONT DESK AND LOTS OF PEOPLE WAITING. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, THE BEDS ARE KIND OF CONFTY BUT NOT THE PILLOWS.

Hotel needs a good carpet cleaning job ! Filthy hallway carpets ...Room was clean but carpets also need a good cleaning. Walking distance to a small shopping mall , restaurants & grocery store but very far from big shopping malls. Staff very nice... restaurant on premises was okay. Not that close to airport...actually about a 30 minutes ride by shuttle […] which has a bit of an irregular operation/times of operation. Room was spacious and confortable. Les mer

The hotel is nearby the shopping mall, you can walk to it. There is a shuttle service to the airport. Price is good for what you get! To stay for 3 nights and shopping it's okay but not as a relaxing vacation, because of the noise of the cars on the highway and the noise of the toilet of the neighbours.

Expedia greatly exaggerated to rate this as 3 stars. The room felt rundown, unclean, and should have been rated as a modest 2 stars. If you use the "unpublished" Expedia hotel offers, you cannot review before you purchase ... and you will be stuck in a dumpy room.

This hotel was billed as being close to the airport and it was not. It was on the far opposite corner of the airport, and during rush hour the shuttle time was not dependable due to heavy traffic. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle, being told "it is on its way" when it clearly was not. It took about 35 minutes to get to the hotel at about 6PM and […] about 20 minutes at 6:30 AM to return to the airport. The morning shuttle left 15 minutes earlier that scheduled, fortunately we were downstairs. The hallways were shabby and dirty, the door to the room was covered in dirty fingerprints, the bathroom door was disintegrating on the lower edge from moisture, the bathroom floor was dirty behind the door. The bed was comfortable. The reception staff were good and the downstairs areas were clean, but we would not recommend this hotel. Les mer

The hotel staff was very helpful. The restaurant staff was not focused on the guest needs and comfort, and sometimes even rude. The vending machines for beverages were all sold out, and not refilled in time. My reason for staying in the hotel was for its convenient location.

The hotel is good enough to stay and sleep. The staff is very frindly. Its clean but just a little out dated. But this was my second time staying and will stay again

People stuck in the elevator with a huge wait in the lobby for the one that was working. I asked the front desk where the stairs were and they directed me outside...10 floors later the door was locked. I eventually made it to my room but this was typical of my stay here. Mediocre rooms which felt dirty and too many issues left me feeling like this was […] a bad idea. I will look to stay elsewhere moving forward. Les mer

The rooms need to be updated. The bathroom has no counter space. The tub has a bench and the shower head is at about four feet high. The whole hotel seemed run down and not well maintained.
