Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was included and had more than the usual continental with eggs and bacon and bagels was a nice option. the 24 hr laundry was handy too.

Hotel was clean and very friendly. Not the most comfortable beds. Breakfast was not appetizing at all.... All things considered, not the worst place to stay though.

I think the title says enough. Price was as high as others in their class and location, so try elsewhere. I've stayed at many better Quality Inns.
"Pleasantly Pleased"
This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The hotel staff was very friendly, the pool was great, and the room was very clean. The hotel itself is in a great location. My only complaint is the wireless internet. It will drop your connection randomly and the signal is pretty weak in the rooms. Other than that, the stay was better than expected.

Shower pressure issue. When I complained to front desk they took me around to 8 differnet rooms because they did not know what rooms where doubles or kings. After eight rooms finally got on with a king and good water pressure. It's very hot in tucson so call ahead and have them turn on the ac to your room otherwise you will bake for atleast 2 hours […] waiting for the room to cool down. Les mer
"Not a nightmare but..."
Staff is friendly, shuttle is convenient. There are a few "fast food" restaurant next to the hotel. The room was OK and the breakfast standard for a quality inn BUT the air conditionning is really really noisy. This is the only reason why i wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

"Convenient and Clean"
Hotel is a short distance from the Tucson International Airport, which is convenient and away enough from airplane noise. Room was clean and comfortable (double full size beds, non-smoking). The hotel had some age on it, but was updated. Staff were courteous and friendly.

My kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My daughter got sick during the night. Luckily for us the hospital was not very far away. We gave it a thumbs up!

The room was clean, and there was a refriderator/coffe maker in the room. Pillows were pretty small and lumpy. I don't know that I would book here again, probably spend a little extra money for a hotel with a little more updated rooms.

"good for the price"
I echo what others have said about the hotel being a bit run-down overall, and on the musty side, but the room itself was perfectly clean and comfortable, with a good amount of space and a fridge/microwave. If you are not expecting luxury accommodations--which you shouldn't at this price--it is totally satisfactory.

"Okay hotel"
Room was clean, shuttle to airport was prompt. Hard to get anywhere else without a car from here though. Nice staff.

Clean rooms, good pillows. Pool/hot tub was clean and nice. Nothing fancy, but good value. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, fruit, waffles, milk, juice, muffins, toast. No free wi-fi.

The bed was uncomfortable to me. The side entry door was able to be opened without the key. The A/C control panel was worn to the point of being unable to read, therefore some experimentation was needed to get it working properly. Clean and convenient to the airport. Great refrigerator and microwave! Good TV but the weather channel didn't work for some reason. Weak plumbing... the toilet wouldn't always flush. They plunged it but it didn't really help. The sink was slow to drain, but they fixed it. No elevator... had to use the stairs for the second floor. Very much what you'd […] expect for the money. "Excellent choice for the money"
Surprisingly quiet for an inn near the airport, has free Internet. Also has a decent pool (a big plus in a hot place like Tucson). Continental breakfast is typical for this kind of hotel. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave (in addition to a standard coffee maker). "Great room for the money"
For the price this hotel is great, close to the airport and a couple of restaunts in walking distance. Clean room, friendly staff. Only bad thing was that the exterior door to building would not lock.

WE REALLY ENJOY THE STAY THE ONLY PROBLEM, NO CAFFINE FREE DRINKS IN THE SODA MACHINE OR FOR BREAKFAST(NON FLAVORED) THE HOT TUB NEEDS TO BE SERVICED ONLY ONE JET WORKS, THATS WHAT WE USUALLY GO FOR BUT HAVE BEEN THERE THE LAST TWO TIMES WE CAME TO TUCSON, AND WILL PROBALY STAY THERE AGAIN

"Security Issue"
This hotel was good. The only Issue that I had was the security.. We stayed in the north end of the building. The North entrance was supposed to be secured via the hotel security/room card. That north door security feature was not functional. Our room was near that door. I didnt sleep well knowing that ANY unauthorised persons could enter.
