Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

This hotel is in a great location, close to 3 tube stations, walking distance to Oxford St and many other attractions. Staff are friendly and helpfull and the room was modern, comftable quiet and clean. I would stay again without hesitation.

My wife and i came to London for the night to watch a show and chosed this hotel for the location,however we were over the moon with our room and with everybody treating us very well indeed made ouu stay even more enjoyable .This was for us quite expensive,more than we would normaly pay but in our eyes money well spent

This hotel certainly lived up to to reputation that goes hand in hand with the Radisson . We booked this one for its convenient location as we were going to see a show and it was spot on for getting about . Staff were very helpful too as the concierge was outside the hotel , helping us to get a taxi . Will stay there again .

Location was good but if you drive, very hard to find the spot to park your car since no place to stop in front of entrance. We made at least 5 big rounds to simlply find the place to stop. My friend and I went to London for the wkend and this hotel was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff, really good location and the hotel itself was lovely. Was ideal for what we wanted, we would recommend it to anyone and we will be staying there again! Gold stars all round! :)

I take 2 annual trips to london and normally stay in a holiday Inn which is more conveniently situated for shopping. However, as my daughter had been ill, I decided to go for a more luxurious hotel this time. I was extremely disappointed to find that the room was unavailable until 3pm. Although it was stated at the time of booking, this was my first […] experience of having to wait until so late to check in. Also, check out was 11am and express checkout was also unavailable, so the hotel worked out at over £11 per hour each! I ordered room service for dinner and it was delicious. However, I had to pay by cash as the mobile machine was not available, and despite the addition of a tray charge AND 12.5% service charge, the bill check had a space for "gratuity"! This is a beautiful hotel , and the staff are very friendly and polite, but I would not recommend it to my friends due to the late check in. Les mer

Although we were offered free upgrade to kingsize bed, room was exremely small. we were unable to fully open one cupboard as the doors hit on the bed and wardrobe hanging space taken up largely by ironing board. "Very modern feel - only one issue"
Allround great ambience, nice bar, lobby with fragrance, great service from staff. The problem i have with this hotel is the size of the gym. Its a tiny room in the basement, with very sparse equipment. The free weights are not weighing enough (seriously), and no rubber ball or mat to do your ab crunches on. Not up to standard.
Nice hotel, but the room was very small for the price we paid. Also the mirror was hanging off the wall.

IF you are on a short stay in London and you want to see all the sights then this is the place to stay. It is so central, literally 2 minutes walk to Oxford street, 5 minutes wlak to Covent Garden & Leicester square. My wife and walked around for 2 days and saw all the sights without ever getting on a bus or a tube. The hotel is nice and modern, rooms […] are well put together and clean (they are small but that is to be expected for a city centre hotel). Staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn;' eat at the hotel so I can;t comment on the food as there was so much choice of bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 mintues. Great Hotel, always try to stay in a Radisson, close to all the area's we wanted to see, would recomend to others and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

we arrived early in the morning and were given a room right away. that was a great help! but the room was very small for the price (even for london standards). the staff were very helpful and the location can't be beat. there was an overpowering smell of disinfectant or deodorizer in the lobby that was there all the time. very unpleasant.

Arrived early and they upgraded us to a kingsize from queensize, which is always a good start to a hotel stay. We booked well in advance and got an excellent rate on hotels.com. The Bloomsbury Street hotel in London has been recently rennovated and is in tip-top shape. The location is very good on a quiet street near theaters and the British Musem. Our room, however, was so small you could not tie your shoes. Given the high room rates, it is certainly no value as a place to stay in London.

Good hotel with roomy rooms and bathroom. I would have liked it if the maid service would have cleaned our room early in the day after we turned on the light for early cleanup. Often the room wasn't done until 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. 4 & 5 star hotels should not have lax room cleanup. Great location if you want theater or the London museum.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. The service was very efficient, and the king room was far larger than we expected, having travelled to London previously. The location was very convenient and the hotel had a very cool vibe. Recently renovated and very 'hip'. Will stay there again.
Despite having a prepaid, confirmed reservation for a Superior Double, we were given a room with twin beds and told that the hotel was fully booked so that room could not be changed. Location was fine, with many restaurant choices nearby; a good thing because prices in the bar and restaurant within the hotel were ridiculously high. The room -- a double -- was TINY. It was impossible to get around without bumping into each other. In essence, if one person wanted to move around the room, the other person needed to be sitting on a bed.
