the room was so nice, clean, and comfortable. we didn't want to leave. the only problem was the children running up and down the halls all morning made it hard to sleep in.

The hotel wasnt too pricey and our stay was fantastic. While you could hear things from other rooms, it wasnt too bad. The room was beautiful and quite large, we enjoyed our stay very much and werent ready to leave.

My family and myself really enjoyed the suite, I would recommend Double Tree to anybody the custmer services really made us feel wanted and when spring/summer fully comes in we look forward to returning.

I had requested non-smoking room but the room smelled smoke although there was a small sign saying "Thank you for not smoking" I am senesitive to smoke I can tell from good distance. When I questioned the fron desk, the lady did not agree with me. I ahd to open all the windows in cold whether to partially eliminate the smell. Front desk was disorganized […] during my check in. I wasted my money for sure.I am not going there next time for sure. Les mer

We entered their restaurant about 20 minutes before closing because of our late arrival. They were wonderful and the service was great. Definitely going back to the hotel again and the restaurant. Food was great, too!

Overall our stay was great. One complaint - the pool. The water in the pool was HOT, like the temperature of a hot tub/whirlpool. Yet, the hot tub was cool. It was very uncomfortable being the pool. Nothing like sweating while you're swimming. Also, there were 2 seperate groups of people that came in who proceeded to jump in the pool with their clothes […] on. Two girls (not even young girls) were wearing their camisoles and underwear. Gross. I hightailed it out of there. The rest of the stay was as good as the last time I was there. Room was clean and comfortable. Location of hotel is great, lots of restaurants around. Very close to NJ Turnpike. Les mer

The Pool is Amazing - the staff was not friendly, and there was a lack of housekeeping and maintenance.

The place is very nice, and I could not complain at all about our one night stay. The restaurant is pricey, so unless money is no object, looking into something local is a definite for a family of modest means.

Nice comfortable hotel. Good fitness center and pool. Convenient location to downtown Philly (you can be in downtown Philly in 30 minutes at peak rush hour). Would stay there again.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We appreciated the flat screen tvs and the separate living room area. The restaurant food in the hotel was very good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Balcony had trash and a living room chair on it. Broken toilet paper holder. Thermostat display was in Celsius not Fahrenheit maintenance could not fix. Bedroom significantly warmer!! An outdated phonebook is provided in room. . . Worthless for new local business/restaurants

We are on the road for 3 weeks and wanted to stay some place a little nicer over the weekend. The "patio" the room opened up to was barely a balcony and had no room for even a chair. The room and bed were comfortable, but there was not a shower/ tub combination which is specifically mentioned in the description. The elevator was convenient, but the […] door to the outside opened to a flowerbed with a dirty sock, red solo cups and cigarette butts that were not removed even the next day. It was nice but for less money 2 blocks away you could choose the Hyatt House which is MUCH nicer and has a full kitchen or Extended Stay Deluxe which is just as nice and also has a full kitchen., Les mer

The hotel was very inviting. The hotel staff was curtieous and friendly, even gave me warm cookies. The beds were comfortable and clean, I would visit this hotel again 4.5 rating.

Hotel room was really nice. We had problem because expedia said the room was a two king bedroom and the hotel did not have two king bed rooms. However, Expedia was excellent about giving us a credit for the inconvenience. Unfortunately my son ended up sleeping on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. We arrived for one night to attend a wedding in the hotel next to the Double Tree hotel. At first, we were sent to a stinky outdated room with ancient TV facing the dumpster in the back of the hotel. I called the reception desk to complain an we were promptly changed to a much nicer room near the lobby that was updated and smelled OK. The only complaint […] I have is that the doors and walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation from the hallway. Also, the sofa is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The toilet paper dispenser was broken. But the hotel is a great value for what you get (a suite) and the bathroom is really big. The staff was very friendly. I would only come here for another event, this is not a luxury destination. The 3 star rating is accurate. Les mer

Our room was a suite, but the bedroom could not be cooled off... the air vent was in the living area and did not circulate well. Also, the pool area was EXTREMELY HOT. It was too hot to enter the area so we had to sit outside. They probably need a better system to circulate air in and out of the indoor pool area. Loved the room, big living room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, big bedroom and bathroom. Tvs were a little outdated but no big deal. Had a 1st floor room which had sliding doors to parking lot, which was great for loading and unloading the car, but kind of creeped me out at night. They did lock, but being a woman with a young child alone had […] me double and triple checking that lock. Back of the hotel was quiet and deserted. The pool was nice, but glass atrium room it's in was like an oven (very hot weekend) so unless you're in the water the whole thing, it was unbearable. Staff was really great. The restaurant on site was great too. Also close to many other restaurants. Overall had a great stay. Les mer

The beds were fabulous! So very comfortable. Three of us all said the same thing, "The beds are great!" We felt like we were floating on clouds!

All-in-all good hotel. Had to pay extra for breakfast and internet access. Remodelling going on in section of hotel I stayed in, electric equipment started before 7:30am. Stairways littered with construction dust and some wood chips. Ice makers on 2nd and 3rd floor in my section of hotel not functioning. On my two-day stay room service did not show […] up till 2pm, I was doing business work so turned them away. Bathroom very clean, beds very comfortable, very quite after 5pm. Les mer

Except for the road noise from vehicle traffic there were no problems. We were not next to a highway just a side road but it was still loud enough to wake someone up. The facility and staff were great.

I had the best experience ever as this was the first time that I stayed in a suite. The suite was very specious, very comfortable, very luxurious & a home away from home. The amenities ie swimming pool, large walk in-sit in or shower, morning new paper, house keeping, maintenance, microwave, refrigerator, closets, master bedroom, living room, kitchen […] & hotel as a whole are out of this world-top knotch-excellent. I would stay again. Quality establishment with good people working there. The only thing that threw me for a loop was the lack of free internet, whether it was WiFi or cabled to the wall. $11.00 a day is just more then I am willing to pay, and with the increased cost of the room, it probably should have been included. Great rooms, modest price and full service. Long halls but lots of entry doors. Suites were spacious and modern. Great bedding.

Room was clean and had sufficient room. Kids loved the pool, we loved the hot tub. We did not eat at restaurant, but looked nice.
