We went to St. George to enjoy the sunny weather and planned on spending most of our time at the pool, but it was so crowded and dirty we changed our plans. The hotel staff had their kids swimming in the pool while they were working and their unruliness made it unbearable. The pool was littered with wet towels, and the hotel staff was completely unconcerned […] with keeping it clean. Luckily we used the hot tub the first night we stayed, because by the second day it was filthy and completely unusable. On the last day of our stay our room didn't even get cleaned! We were out of the room most of the day and when we returned around 3:30 our room still wasn't cleaned and we had to request for our room to be cleaned and get some towels so we could shower. The hotel manager was unsympathetic and unapologetic and simply said he would send a maid down with towels. We left for the day and returned around 11:00pm only to find our room still hadn't been cleaned! Needless to say, we won't be going back to the Quality Inn any time soon! Les mer

Rooms were very smelly 1 was strong cleaner smell and the other was old smoke or something I was trying to use the fax machine at the business center it was not working and the 2 staff at the counter did not say one thing to me, I had to go to the counter,2 ft away, and ask about the fax and was told it did not work, then they told me they could fax […] for me for a charge, Les mer

The air conditioner was broken in our room, the trash had not been emptied from the previous guests. However, it was close to our convention center.

This is a decent place to stay. This hotel had rooms that you access from outside...which I don't prefer. Also, the bathroom was really small and the bathroom fan sounded like a 747 Airliner. I felt bad for the people in the room above us - I'm sure they could hear it. The room was clean and generally well-kept.

I asked for a lower level room because of a handicap. The heater was noisy as was the parking lot. Room was clean, staff were friendly and bed was satisfactory. Unfortunately the noise kept me awake most of the night.

This hotel was what you would expect for what you pay. It did the trick for a one night stay over...though I think in the future I would spend an extra $10 to be at one of the other hotels nearby which are much nicer and roomier. This room was a bit cramped.

The price was great, and the hotel was fairly updated. The hot tub was nice, but reeked of chlorine. Pool was broken during our visit. Hot breakfast was actually fairly decent.

My husband, baby, and I and another couple all traveled down to St. George for a weekend to run the Color Me Rad 5k. This hotel was exactly as I expected. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was yummy. We had our 8-month old baby with us, so noise is always a concern, but it was very quiet and my baby slept great! The only thing […] I can think of to complain about is that the beds were a teeny bit hard and the pillows were very small and square. The physical aspects were all fine, but there was no wifi available in our room though it is advertised as being available and the tv reception was actually unwatchable on some stations and poor on most even though it was cable. When asked about both problems, the reply was "wiggle the wires on the back of the tv, that sometimes works" and "sorry, the […] wifi doesn't reach that part of the motel." There were a lot of things wrong in our room. There was a hole in the wall, the television wouldn't work because we had a bad remote which had to be replaced, and the sink stopper was broken. Larry had to get under the sink and fix it so that the sink would hold water.

It took 40 minutes to check in because of confusion and dificulty with an Expedia reservation. I ran the St. George Marathon the next day and this put me behind during my schedule the night before the event.

The convenience off the freeway was very good. Extremely good continental breakfast. front desk was helpful and it had a restaurant right across the street..

I've stayed at Quality Inns before, and I'm usually very happy with my stay. I think the problem is the owner of this particular place. This hotel was definitely worth the price. The TV didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work either. (Only a few of the number lines showed up.) The TV problem wasn't as big a deal to me since the staff wouldn't know […] about it unless someone complained, but the cleaning staff should have noted that the alarm clock wasn't working. That makes me think that they weren't paying attention, or they didn't care, neither of which make me feel better. On top of that, the towels were disgusting. There were stains and holes on EVERY towel. None of the towels even had seams anymore. They had all been ripped off with age. It was disgusting to have to use one of their towels after I showed. The tub was also uneven and creaked. Kind of scary. I feel like there is a huge lack of attention or care from the staff. There weren't any towels in the swimming area either. I just get the feeling that the staff and owner don't care about people's experience at their hotel. Other than that, the location is nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Les mer

aweful!!! First they gave us a room that already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Then we were given keys to the rooms farthest from everything and when we got there the keys didn't work to open the rooms. They acted like this was no big deal. Would never stay at a quality Inn again.

This was a quick in and out on the way to another destination. Everything was just fine.

not enough staff to run breakfast in the mornings...old rooms with uncomfortable beds. not enough pool towels. will never stay at this MOTEL again. ugh!

The hotel was very average, in my opinion. Since we were traveling with two young children, it would have been nice to have a recliner or more comfortable chair in the room. The bathroom was very small. Upon leaving we found a couple of items under the bed left by previous occupants. The tv reception wasn't the best. Fuzzy screen. Breakfast was good […] and the pool was nice. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. However, we will probably try another hotel next time we are in town. Les mer

There were little white things floating in the pool. It may have just been cleaning chemicals..but we didn't spend long in the pool after seeing that. I used to live down in that area, so I was familiar with the easy way to get into the parking lot, but I think it would be harder to get into if you were not from there. They charged me $55 as a cleaning […] fee when we left the place cleaner than we found it. The girl at the front desk was nice, but that is about all that went right with this place. Breakfast was free...but in contrast to other hotels it was nothing special. Huge disappointment! Les mer

It was clean and that is what matters most to us. We didn't stay in the hotel much because we had places to go. It was nice to return to a clean comfortable room and rest.

Air conditioner was'nt very good. Either it was on high and got pretty cold, or if you turned it down it was hot in room. The outside looked pretty good, but the rooms need a face lift. Our key would'nt open the door. We had to get a new key several times. Breakfast ok.

Would stay again, bathroom size/access is poor, room needs some minor maintenance ( torn shower curtain, rocking latrine, touch up paint bathroom door frame), all else very good

Stayed for one night on our way to Zion. Comfortable bed, good night sleep. My only issue was that the shower didn't get as hot as I would like. I still give it a five because the comfort of the bed made up the temperature of the water. There was a small amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling.

We stay here 1 to 2 times a month and have always thought that it is a great combination of price and comfort. Our recent stay I let a valuable item in the room and was very pleased that when I called the next day they had my item and are going to store it in a safe till we return next month

The hotel was nice for the price...not too run down but not super fancy. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything outside my room which made it hard to sleep.

Unfortunately we got a smoking room from Expedia because there was non other available. The smoke smell was overwhelming and was difficult for me and my son, who has allergies. Thank goodness the stay was only for one night on our way to San Diego.

The staff at check-in were inept! I thought by booking in advance through Expedia that the process would be smooth, wrong. It took ver 20 minutes to check-in. The room overall was good with exception to some worn carpet with a cigarette burn. Bed and bedding were great!

Iron man competition was being held. Place was packed. Room was still quiet. Tv's could use an upgrade but went there to sleep not watch tv. We'll go back.

I visited St. George to race in Ironman St. George. For my purposes, the room was perfect - first floor with a door that opened directly to the outside. They also opened their breakfast extra early on race day for the athletes staying there.
