The staff is reasonably pleasant. The services offered are not up to a modern standard. The furnishings in the rooms, lobby and common areas are tired and worn. There are several other choices in Naperville, it would be hard to do worse.

Very nice stay. Disappointed there is no longer a hot tub. They said is has not worked in over a year. Should not be showing pictures or advertising they have a hut tub. My little hockey play was looking forward to soaking in a hut tub after his games.

The staff behind the front desk are wonderful. The hotel is impeccable. There's lots of kid friendly stuff as well - hot chocolate bar, free cookies, pool, and billiards. Two issues to be concerned with - food at breakfast was either stale or cold, and pillows in rooms are lumpy enough to keep you awake at night.

Very accommodating staff. Pool was pleasantly warm for my children. Breakfast was plentiful and kept fresh. The pool table and hot chocolate "bar" in the loby was a hit with my boys. And you can't beat the cookies!

The hotel overall was lovely. Very clean and inviting. I loved the lobby with fireplace and sofas! My room was imacculate and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and not at all what I expected, being that they served eggs, sausage, and bacon amongst other things. My only issue was the quality of the television in my room. It was an older model […] with very poor sound quality. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if in the Naperville area. Les mer

This is a quiet comfortable hotel. We enjoyed the morning hot breakfast and woke to smells of pancakes. The pool was nice, though we were really looking forward to the whirlpool which was closed. This was a major bummer. The fitness center is centrally located and in very nice condition with several machines. In the evening, the kids liked to go to […] the lobby and eat popcorn and read books from their mini library. I would stay again, though I would call first to make sure the pool and whirlpool are in working order. Les mer

Country Inn and Suites is a place to stary for it is all about comfort, cleanliness, and friendliness. The attractiveness of the lobby area and the room sets the tone. Staff at desk friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered is sufficient and satisfying--not too many items but satisfying. Good place to stay.

Overall, we had a good experience at the Country Inn & Suites. The price was reasonable considering it offered free breakfast with a decent selection, free cookies (yum!) and free popcorn. The rooms were adequate in size and the beds very comfortable. We did have a little trouble keeping the room temperature at a comfortable level-it was very stuffy […] when we got there. We had to run the air conditioning continuously to get rid of the stuffiness-unfortunately since it was mid-October, that meant it was quite chilly in the room at night. We were right near an elevator so I was concerned about noise/activity but it was not a problem at all. The hotel was close to restaurants and to the Chicago Outlet mall. I would stay there again. very clean room, nice facility, excellent breakfast. My experience was a 4 star hotel.

Only criticism was a loud hallway at midnight on a Saturday...otherwise, it was "ll good." Nice to have an ironing board in the room and waffles downstairs.

I came on a Sunday night needing access to the internet and to print off a document. I called ahead and was assured that both would be readily available. When I arrived, the clerk at the front desk told me I could e-mail the document to her, and that she would print it for me. The problem was that internet connectivity was terrible and I didn't get […] a reasonably acceptable connection for 11/2 to 2 hours. By the time I finished my document, and I went downstairs to inquire about printing it, the clerk who told me she stayed late had left for the evening, and the clerk who took her place was unable to help me. So I went to the business center and e-mailed the document to the front desk, hoping that at least I could get it printed in the morning. Thereafter, I actually figured out how to print it myself, and told the clerk that I didn't need them to print it out. So I got to sleep many hours late. I had a late morning appointment, so I figured I could at least sleep in. But then the clerk on staff called me, contrary to my instructions, and woke me up 2 hours earlier than my wakeup call, to tell me that had printed my documents! This hotel clearly is unequipped to handle a businessman's needs, and they should not represent that they can. I would never stay there again and no business traveler needing to use a hotel's business facilities should either. Les mer

Initially we were bit uncomfortable when we booked the hotel thru hotels.com. Since the price being offered was good we went ahead and booked it. When we reached the hotel , we were surprised to find a big hotel. It was really good and is about 3 miles away from the nearest metro station. This was very convenient to travel to Chicago downtown. The breakfast […] was really good. The hotel was very clean and so were the rooms. The hotel staff was also very friendly. If you are a guest then the laundry room offers free detergent powder in case you forget to carry.... Overall we were very much satisfied with our stay and would certainly recommend to book thru hotels.com for better rates. Les mer

We didn't spend much time in the hotel. We checked-in in the afternoon but spend the rest of the evening with family. However, when we returned late, the pool was still open and that gave the kids time to swim and tire themselves out enough to go to sleep right away. I liked the fact that the sink was in it's own area away from the shower and toilet. […] It made it nice for multiple people to get ready. It was also nice to see the fridge and microwave. If we had been staying longer I would have really taken advantage of this. The breakfast on Sunday morning was quite nice, and there was even enough seating for a family of five to sit with each other without much shuffling of furniture. Check in and check out took a total of about five minutes. The longest part was when I asked for directions to the room and the best place to park. we had good service , and xtre help due to having handicapped problems staff very helpful with all problems, had to cut trip short dur to coming down with flu the second dsy ,checked out and headed home.l

We fully enjoyed our stay here. The people were friendly, room was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is not far from tons of shopping. They have a shuttle to take you to the train station and pick you up. The restaurants around the hotel were excellent food at good prices.

Clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was very helpful printing directions and maps for us. Great location with free parking and close enough to visit Chicago and enjoy the town.

Our room had cracked tiles in the floor and a toilet that never really flushed properly, but we would still stay here in a heartbeat because of the outstanding free breakfast offered. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fresh fruit, make your own waffles, oatmeal and dry cereal were among the choices. Really nice.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was much more than what we expected with a large variety of hot and cold items. The only downfall we could comment on was the pillows went flat very quickly.

I was very happy with this property. The breakfast was good, the rooms comfortable and the service great. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent room. The towel bar broke and was fixed in a jiffy. No cleanup was done after the cleanup. I asked for coffee and cups to be added to my room after the 2nd day and it was not. I got to the great breakfast a little late one day and as told that it was closed even though there was food still out there (and pleanty of it). This hotel was a very nice place to stay if you are looking for somewhere in the suburbs. Naperville is a surprisingly nice city with a vibrant downtown and a lot of family friendly activities. This hotel is located right off I-88, is close enough to downtown Naperville, and convenient to the Premium outlets. I wouldn't however stay here if it was my […] desire to see downtown Chicago. Depending on traffic, it is at least 35 minutes to downtown and could be well over an hour in the morning or afternoon. The train is near and the shuttle will take you there, so if you want to get downtown that way it is at least simple to save you money on parking and tolls, but isn't quick, about an hour to get there. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and comfy, we had the 1 bedroom suite and it was perfect for kids. The pool was cold though and there was no hot tub. Les mer

friendly staff, wonderful room, internet worked great, clean, safe, comfortable. eggs at breakfast were a little on the weird side, but literally everything else was absolutely excellent.

We found the staff at this hotel friendly and helpful. The room was clean, pool was nice although small. Really good breakfast -- clean space and well stocked buffet. The kids appreciated the free cookies in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

We have used this hotel before and been satisfied. It would be nice if they would finish the spa, as it has been non-functional for at least six months! Otherwise we have been happy with this location and access to what we want to do.

The Hotel was great for the price, the breakfast buffet was full of options. The Staff were great at helping us with any questions we had. Pool was bit small, but the relaxing courtyard made up for the only short coming. My family will be returning to this hotel in future trips to the Naperville area.

My husband and I felt that, for the money that we were spending, the room needed a bit of updating. For the amount of hotels in the area, this is not one that we would be using again. But, they did have a free shuddle that took us to the 'downtown area' and that was AWESOME!

Comfortable no frills hotel had everything my family wanted. Clean Rooms, Friendly staff, A nice breakfast buffet and a pool Have been using Country Inns and suites as my go to hotel when I travel

We had an excellent stay. Breakfast was good and staff was on top of everything.

We stayed here for a training from work, which was located right across the street. Staff were extremely accomodating, even offeringus a umbrella to retrieve our auto to get to carport to unload. Food at breakfast was excellent, hot not a cereal and bagel thing, but hot biscuits and gravy and waffcles. Pool was heated. The only thing bad was I had to […] leave so I could not stay another night to enjoy its full potential. :) Les mer

The folks at the front desk were extremely friendly and professional when we arrived and when we left. A great experience.

My husband, son, and I stayed in this hotel for a weekend wrestling tournament going on about 3 miles away. Our only complaints were the cold pool and lack of pillows on the beds. We are used to four pillows instead of two. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic for the price. Great stay.

This hotel is in an odd location, but not far from downtown Naperville. Although it is near I-88, the hotel is quiet. The room and the hotel were very clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable! The TV offered lots of channels, and the mini-fridge and microwave were a plus. I would stay there again. […] My only complaint was that they use a two-pipe heating and cooling system, making it difficult to get the temperature right, but that did not detract much from the general comfort. We've been staying at this hotel for about 5 years. Never have had a single problem. The beds are super comfy, never a shortage of towels, and always very clean and neat. I am always amazed at how spotless the bathroom is including shower. They've even put in nice new shower heads. they are huge! We love their continental breakfast (minus the eggs, […] sorry, not a fan of the "fake" egg if yo know what i mean!). Always very quiet and every time we've gone we've had the pool and hot tub all to our selves. a few months ago when we went to stay and hadn't made reservations and the rib fest was going on!! we were forced to stay in another hotel and it gave me a new found love for country inn! i will never stay in another hotel.
