Large rooms, great stay! Very comfortable

Have stayed in many of these properties and this one just as good. Extremely easy access location to two major highways, modern, felt like new, big room with sectional sofa, less than $100. No neighborhood whatsoever so not for tourists or site seers unless they want to drive.

Very nice for an older hotel. The staff was very friendly. The self check in/out was great and easy to use. The bed was very comfy. The road noise wasn't too noticeable even being right on Central Expressway. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, great breakfast, frendly staff, great service, and very good value for money. If I had to pick on something negative it would be the noise from the motorway which runs past the hotel and goes 24/7 - otherwise enjoyed our stay totally

bad smell in the room and bath broken a/c unit and made noise all night long reserved 2 double room but received 1 double room first time. After complained, got the right one would not stay again

Staff was helpful and outgoing, rooms were clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast was good - lots of fresh fruit and bread options (eggs were not included on free buffet). Very convenient location - direct access to Highway 75.

Loved it. It was close to all the shopping malls and to restaraunts. Looked just like the pictures on the site. Its in a Very nice are and would stay again. They make great chocolate chip cookies!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but otherwise nice. The location was only minutes from the attractions we visited in Dallas (Galleria Mall & Dallas World Aquarium). I will definitely stay here next time we come to Dallas.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We got a great deal and the hotel was a great place to stay in. Staff was helpful and very nice and the room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice while visiting Dallas and both times I stayed have been an amazing time I was very pleased with customer service.

Breakfast is good, room slept 3 women well. The hideaway bed isn't very comfy. The next time, whoever has to sleep on it will probably sleep on the couch instead. This is our 2nd time staying there. We love the hotel, location and great service!!

This was the best place to spend spring break not crazy in any way. You could just sit back a relax.

The breakfast is served in a real feel kitchen room. The windows were a bit dirty.. The rest of the room was very clean. The bathroom is a bit squished.

I was greeted with a very warm hello and smile. The room was amazing. When I walked into my room it was amzing. The bed was comfortable and the living area was amazing. Flat screen tv was easy to work and. Understand. Every time i needed to call downstairs the staff never once sounded inconvienced. Breakfast consisted of cereals fruits and bagles. […] If you want something like eggs you will have to pay a pretty penny. I didnt like the omlet but the bacon was good :) Great place Les mer

The staff was wonderful start of stay to end. We were in town for a Hockey Tournament my son was playing in. The breakfast is not too bad....lots of fresh fruits and juices.....cerals and bread choices. You can order off the menu and it is reasonable in their prices. The menu is available 24 hours....so that is a bonus. We were on the 3rd floor....again […] not to bad. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We a mini fridge in the room that was wonderful for storing water, sports drinks and juices. Towels were big and fluffy. TV in the room was a 42in Flat Screen. Internet Connections were free and blazing fast. The only reason I would not recomment this hotel is because so many young adults stayed at this hotel that weekend making the noise levels unbearable for me. This is no reflection on HYATT. They can only do so much and the other paying guest staying there have a right to make noise. But slamming doors, loud TVs, laughter and noise all night make not for a restful night. Another thing I did like was that the complex is gated for your car and belongings protection. I don't say don't stay here.....I just say it was too much for my middle ageism. Hopefully if you chose to stay here.....it won't be a party central for your weekend or night. Les mer

Conveniently located. We were there 2 nights on the weekend. Rooms are VERY spacious, clean and beds very comfy. Huge flat screen TV's with plenty of plugs for computer etc. Did smell smoke in hallway at times. Typical continental breakfast is okay. The kitchen area looked like world war III hit it on Sunday morning. Gated parking which is nice. Staff […] very friendly but they do hold back $40 deposit on credit card in case of damage, etc. Would definitely stay again Les mer

Hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and price was good.

If you are just looking for a place to drop your bags and go to bed...this is a great value. Good location with lots of restaurants in the area!

I will be staying there every time I go to Dallas.

Love this hotel. Lots of space in the rooms. The only negative thing I would say about this hotel is the breakfast leaves ssinf thing to be desired - not a large selection of options at the complimentary area. But the rooms, gated parking area, and friendly, helpful staff overcomes that one flaw.

I flew into Dallas and met colleagues from other cities here. The rooms..staff..location...made our stay productive and enjoyable! Great hotel and staff! Outstanding hotel for the $$$.

What a pleasant surprise. We were extremely happy with this facility. Big clean rooms, nicely decorated and wonderful helpful staff. Will definetely stay again.

Great chic hotel

Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central - close to Downtown & Sub areas of Dallas. I really enjoyed my stay and next trip to Dallas will be staying agan.

Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was limited if you came back late.

This was my second time staying here and i loved it! Its so comfy and close to everything! I will definitly by staying here again next time im in dallas

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good shuttle service, good price for amenities. Food/continental breakfast just okay, but that's pretty standard.

The hotel was great for our turn around trip. The location was a little further than anticipated, but accessible to major freeways so it wasn't that difficult to get to our destination.

If you're looking for a lush, amenity-rich room, go to the Adolphus or some other higher-priced spot. But this Hyatt is great if you just need a clean, roomy, convenient, comfortable, affordable place to stay. I like the layout of these rooms -- nice common area with a privacy panel for the bed. I was not expecting this hotel to be this nice. Every bit as nice as some boutique hotels I have stayed in but for a much better rate. The young staff were helpful and friendly. The place has a cozy feel. .I will definitely stay hear again..

I have stayed at this Hyatt Place before and go back because it is very conveniently located. The staff is always courteous and helpful and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. A very good value.

for the price its a really nice hotel

Wonderful hotel, this was my first time staying at the Hyatt and is definitely my number one choice from here on out! Room was very spacious except the bathroom but hey if that's the worse I'll take that any day!!! Front desk assistants were very friendly and funny :") it was a joy you stay there.
