This was the worst experience I've had there. 1st we get into our room an no remote for the TV. Go to take a bath in the whirlpool an jets don't work. So we move to another room an the tub doesn't drain

The employee who checked us in wasn't as friendly as usual, and there was some hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. But the breakfast is good, It's easy to get to, the rooms are great for the price and the beds are super comfy. This is a hotel we have stayed at many times and will continue to stay at.

Stayed one night with our baby girl. It was quiet enough that her sleep wasn't disturbed, the jetted tub was nice, the breakfast was good and they have the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in any hotel

First off, it should be mentioned this place is ADJACENT TO AN ADULT VIDEO STORE, and there are creepy people walking around the parking lot. If I had small children, I would avoid this place. It's also in the parking lot of the Mall, which can be good or bad depending on your needs. Also, my room's door didn't lock when closed unless you pulled really […] hard, which I figured out pretty quickly, but the maid service didn't figure it out, and after getting back two days in a row my door was just open even though I told the front desk after the first time. The guest services was a little lacking when we checked in, but the room was fabulous! The breakfast was outstanding! Wonderful weekend getaway!

I had a very nice stay. The room rates for myself alone or with my son and significant other was the same rate. That was appreciated. The pool was open until midnight and was well maintained. The hot breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The location was quite busy, with a major interstate near by, plus a shopping center. Beth G.

A decent stopover location, alternative to portland higher prices if just stopping by. Able to accomodate families with free breakfast. Updated rooms but still felt dated.

The beds and pillows were SUPER comfy. It was right by the highway and you couldn't hear any vehicle noise. The breakfast buffet went quickly and was slow to be replenished and the pool could use a little attention.

Upon arrival, was told room was ready for check-in, went to my room only to discover that "ready" meant un-vacuumed floor and dirty bathroom. When I went to schedule shuttle service (note this was a business trip and I needed transportation to/from vancouver office), was told they had "loaned their van out" and unless I needed a ride to the airport […] I was out of luck. Went swimming and discovered that the jacuzzi was extremely unfit for use; there was brown substance covering about 1/4 of the bottom. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There werte cigarette butts and gum wrapper type trash going into the hotel interest..made it look unkempt. The pool door was not working properly and part of our party got locked in and it took the clerk about 15 minutes to fidget with the electronic lock to get it open. We had a 'suite' which just meant a tiny sitting area next to the beds with a small couch, separated by a short wall. Overall, the room had a dirty, grimy feel to it, especially the carpets although I'm sure they were vacuumed. Based on seeing two other guests with dogs, I assume they allow pets here which may contribute to the overall dinginess. The […] room had an older bathroom which was clean enough. Hotel is a little hard to find. Very good breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. The sheet/comforter on the pillow-top mattress was ripped and needed to be replaced. But it was only a very minor issue.

There was no jetted bathtub and it was the smallest queen sized bed I have ever seen. I think it was a double bed. Why would you ever let someone bring their dogs into your hotel? I wont stay here again.

This would be hard to find from a map but if you have a GPS in your car it is manageable. This is comfortable, clean and quiet. Sleep comfort is a priority for me. We stayed twice; the first bed was almost too soft but the second time it was perfect. The pillows are not wonderful but the mattress is cushy and the bedding decent quality. The rooms had […] microwaves and minifridges as well as coffeemakers. The morning breakfast (with eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc) is fine for a good early start. There is free WiFi and a Wall St Journal, and only slight freeway noise. The only minor thing is that if you are pulling something on your car (in our case a small utility trailer) parking can be an issue as the stalls are all head in to curbs. We did find a section of lot with few cars and parked across the lines, but each time it was iffy to find that. An option is to park out on the street but that seemed less secure. Les mer

We stayed in a room with a whirlpool tub, which was huge. The room was long and narrow but included a mini-fridge, sofa with a pull out couch, and two queen beds. The breakfast was included and was surprisingly good. Cinnamon or plain waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, sausage and eggs. As others have noted the beds were very comfortable but the pillows […] were a little flat. The hotel is also pretty hard to find although you can see it right from the 205. Overall, a 4.5 out of 5. We were impressed with the hotel overall but the spa jets were, temporarily, disabled and the continental breakfast was mediocre. The proximity to shopping and the highways/freeways was also a serious plus.

The room was nice enough, but hardly worthy of the name "Suite". The two queen sized beds came with plenty of pillows, one mattress seemed a bit softer than the other although that may have just been my imagination. It came with, frig, microwave, single serving coffee maker, etc. However, the TV was a small screen model like those made back in the 90s(?), […] no channel guide provided.. We didn't get a chance to try out the largish 2.5 person in bath whirlpool tub, which looked good. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was adequate if not spectacular. Eggs, (scrambled & hard boiled.) stale cereal, skim and 2% milk. Cheap fruit - by that I mean apples, oranges, grapefruit and bananas, no melon. Make 'em yourself waffles, bacon one day, sausage the next. Terribly nasty watered down OJ, apple juice, bad coffee.. English muffins, bread and a toaster were available. Yogurt in the frig. Free WSJ. Small but nice pool, jacuzzi, The exercise room was just off the pool, making it way too steamy to comfortably use the treadmill, elliptical and bike. The main reason I would not recommend this hotel is the noise. The hotel is located right off of S.R. 500 and you will hear the traffic at all hours. I got past that by turning on the fan (no heat no cooling, just fan) to mask the outside noise, it works as long as you don't mind the fan running all the time. Hall noise and stairway noise were also at unacceptable levels but that varies (we were in room 101). Les mer

We have stayed in this hotel before and I remember enjoying our first stay. It is close to a mall for any last minute necessities. It is close to the interstate to provide easy access but not too close as to create traffic noise. The rooms are clean, large and packed with amenities. We had a lot of fun in the pool area as well. We arrived a little early and they let us check in anyway. The room was very nice, clean, beds were very comfortable. I used the fitness room (too hot) and the pool and hot tub which were very nice. Breakfast was good. Nice place to stay.

We stayed here with several small children and received wonderful service. We loved the comfortable beds. The furnishings are new and beautiful. Breakfast was very filling, with sausage, eggs, oatmeal, etc. The kids loved having hot cocoa available all the time. The indoor pool was clean and wonderful. Everything smells very good, too! There is an adult […] video store on one side of the motel, but we walked out the other door and walked to the huge mall across the street. Les mer
