I know that it is a "Green" hotel, but when you know that a guest has confirmed their stay you should have the common courtesy to turn the a/c on before they arrive so that they are not walking into an honest to God 93 degree room. Broken A/C, torn, stained carpets, bathtubs that don't drain, bad service. You can hear people's conversations in the rooms next to you. They cut breakfast off early. Terrible stay.

First two days breakfast was as expected.Third day had to ask for yoghurt, when made available staff member wanted to give one minitub between two! Milk, oats and water ran out, staff member too busy hiding behind desk using laptop. Appeared owners were out and the help just didnt care.

The hotel was nice for the price I got. The service was good and very helpful. Although the one of the pillows was dirty, for the most part the room was nice.

Served it's purpose. Close to favorite restaurants, mall, freeway, etc.

I've been in the business where surveys rule your life so I understand how this works. Was it the best hotel I've ever stayed at? No. Best food? No. But I did get what I paid for. That is the problem most people do not understand. You want high dollar? Pay for it. If you want a clean bed and room with no trills, then you can pay less... I got what I […] paid for. Thank you.. the bathtub was mildew stained and there was mold in the calking and oder to the room. there was also a couple screaming at one another untill almost midnight. the night staff was nice and attentavive the noise complaint.

The location was convenient for the far west side off the ten. Check in went ok. The room was extremely hot. Because the windown unit had not run all day, the room was very hot. Because the bed is far from the window, the room did not cool down by bedtime. Going to sleep was difficult. Worse: at 8:10 the next morning a cleaning man simply walked into […] the room m- no knock, nothing. Neither my wife or I were dressed. When I told him to leave, he spoke in very poor english somthing undeciperable. Ten minutes later, he walked in again. Again, I told him to leave. Although we did not speak the same language, he was obviously unhappy that the guests were inconveniencing his morning cleaning schedule. Les mer

The swimming pool was not cleaned and very dirty, closed. It was not mentioned on the website so we were really disappointed, that's not fair. The weather was great and the swimming pool should have been cleaned and open! Our room had a door with the room adajacent : too much noise!!!!

The phone in my room didn't work. It was May 2 but the HBO TV program guide was still from March. The location was suburban Houston commercial slum, but why should I complain? It was probably the last available (on Expedia at least) hotel room in all of Houston due to the record attendance at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC).

It took forever to check in. The hotels front desk looked terribly confused and it took a while for him to find the reservation. the process seemed to be a surprise for the hotel. The room was spacious but was certainly an average accomodation. The holel was very clean, Rooms are very clean and comfortable, The holel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Great. I would stay there again. We read the bad posting of other and found them false. Me my wife and young son had a very nice stay.

Overall it was worth staying there; personnel were very pleasant; the room needed to be a little cleaner esp. the bathroom; the outer door needs to be straightened with the jambs and wall, to close properly

water leak leading to standing water, both mornings breakfast buffet was out of juice, fruit, bacon, waffle batter, coffee (coffee!!!), and syrup. The breakfast attendant was sitting down watching a movie during breakfast rather than re-stocking. We had a non-smoking room but the smoke from other rooms came in through the vents. The price was reasonable, but I had a couple of issues that will keep me from returning. The free internet access was not usable. The couple of times I was able to connect, any web page took literally minutes to load. I had a non smoking room where obviously people used to smoke a lot....I forgot some stuff and they didn't keep it.....a disaster

It may seem like a good deal, but my two night stay here was terrible. Bad location and service. But nothing tops the dirty room, broken doors, carpet stains and hair on the bathroom floor. Heat was broken and its winter. Id been cheaper and more pleasent in my car.

Pretty sure I saw drug deals going on outside my room. Saw a guy sitting in his car in our parking lot drinking a 40oz from a brown bag.

I have stayed at other hotels around the same area for a much higher expensive rate and considerably less quality than this hotel. I was so surprised. My first reaction was "Please don't smell funny", as soon as I stepping in the room, no funky smell, AC blowing for a nice cool room. Our room was very spacious! There was a whole lounging area separated […] from the bed by a pleasantly constructed wall with a nice view of the king bed where there was a nice two seater couch and a cute coffee table. I was disappointed by the size of the pillows, but that was the least of my worries. The bathroom sink & mirror was huge. The mirror could view 10 people at a time. The microwave and fridge aren't of the best technology, but the fridge was actually cold! The bathroom was spacious too, making it easy for my 6'7" boyfriend to actually USE it with plenty of room. Everything was exceptionally clean. The interior was nicely decorated & gave for a nice ambient surrounding. It was a bit hard to use the TV because it was small and placed in between the space of the lounging area and the actual bed, making it confusing as to where they actually planned on guest to sit & use it. But again, least of my worries. I am very please. Clean smell, clean room, big space! Very nice rate! Les mer

This hotel is old and the room had bulging carpet. The refrigerator was barely cold. The coffe service in the room was tolerable . The "full breakfast buffet" consisted on microwave bacon & sausagege patties, breads, 3 cereals, and the usual hotel pastries.
