Quality Suites Buckhead Village - Atlanta

This hotel had what we needed and tho the pool was not open yet everything else was great, from the rooms cleanliness, size and features to the breakfast. I would stay here next time I visit Atlanta

I had read a few on line reviews, I am not sure what others expected, but I was so pleased with my stay, look it is not the Ritz, but it is a good place to be for a few days if you are looking for a homey environment. It was very comfortable and having a separate BR and LR as well as an eat-in kitchen was so great. I was extremely impressed with the hotel and the service I received. Brittany, the front desk attendant was friendly and very courteous. I will return to this hotel every time I am in Atlanta.

I had a conference in Atlanta, so hubby and I make a weekend of it. The room was surprisingly spacious. There was a cozy living room with a sleeper couch, fireplace and TV. There was a kitchen area with stove, fridge, counters and microwave. The bedroom area had another TV of its own, closet, sink area, toilet and shower. The bedroom had doors to close […] it off from living area, The only negative was there was a condom (unused in wrapper) in the bedroom nightstand drawer. and there was an empty soap wrapper in the shower area - so the room was not cleaned very well. Also, shortly after check in a woman tried to open our door. When we answered she asked why we were in her room since she reserved it for another day. Good value for your money. An older but well maintained motel. Suite was comfortable. No elevators, outside walkways. Unusual layout of rooms around the property. Adequate "free" breakfast, nothing fancy or unusual.

Overall this place was a great place to stay for a quick business trip, room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and breakfast was really good with tons of decent food. The property itself is definitely showing it's age and needs some structural maintainence but I'm in the construction business and notice these things, and didn't really […] have anything to do with our stay which was pleasant, close to upscale restaurants and the freeway, I will stay here again if I am in the area. Overall. I liked the hotel. I expected a suite with two double beds but was very pleased to have gotten a two bdrm/ two bath apartment suite. One of the first things I noticed is the lock on the bathroom door was broken, and so was the garbage disposal. The dishes were paper, not microwave friendly. I expected real dishes and u had to ask for pots and […] pans. Plus the window sill in one of them bedrooms hadn't been cleaned apparently in an extremely long time. Liked that house keeping came everyday and actually washed a few things that the kids may have left in the sink a few times from breakfast. Hotel Room was large and set up nice. The whole hotel could use an upgrade. The service was excellent. The price was better than most hotels in the area.

Rooms were not ready until 5pm because of a lack of housekeeping. Once in the room it wasn't clean and didn't have towels. I had to call the front desk and I didn't get an answer until I called the reservation line. It was pouring rain outside and I was told that if I wanted towels I would have to come get them from the front desk. Not very convenient […] when you have cold shivering child fresh out of the bathtub. The service was not what I would expect. The hotel was advertised as having cooking items and dishes with the kitchen. The only dishes were some paper cups and a few plastic plates. I completely enjoyed my stay here at the Comfort Suites. The room was nice and cozy and I felt like I was home away from home. Having the kitchenette was a nice touch, that kept the food expense down. This hotel is going to be excellent once the remodeling is done.

I stayed over night for a family function. The hotel is ideal if your stay is longer, but will stay again. The young man at the front desk was very nice and courteous.

I thought the hotel was good. My biggest 2 complaints are that there was WAY too much noise in the parking lot at night (apparently, it was prom weekend) and that my room was dated. Overall, it was a decent value for the money

The hotel is in a very nice area. My only complaint is we couldn't get the air lower then 65 degrees so we often slept with our door ajar for air to come in. We didn't notify front desk but maintenance wasn't there and windows were locked shut.

Getting ready to undergo major renovation and just in time. Nice staff, but accommodations are old, carpet is stained and felt dirty. Space was great for mom, dad and three kids since this was previously a two bedroom apartment. Overall fine as we did not spend much time in room. I'm sure it will be much nicer after renovation.

We appreciated the helpful staff. And the location was excellent for appointments in Buckhead. The park behind the hotel, and residential community made it extremely quiet.

The rooms were great. We had 2bedrooms kitchen and living area. Close to the High museum. Will book the same hotel the next time we are in Atlanta.

The hotel had a great price considering the real estate of the surrounding area. Nice, large room with all amenities. Major downfall was the internet connection was painfully slow and would stop working frequently.

It is a perfect budget hotel, friendly staff, great location, free parking, clean, home-like suite, quiet and beautiful surroundings. One issue though: the wooden structure of the building, old, wooden stairs etc. provides no sound-proof living condition. Because of the low price I was a little spectacle when I made the reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The room was nice, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was filling. The only downside is the parking. The lot is very small and at night it was hard to find a space.

My daughter and I stayed for two days, we really loved it. Everything was perfect, we will defiantly go back there again. My room was far from the main hotel entrance, the next day I told them that I would like to change my room because I don't feel comfortable there, they changed our room right away. Room was very nice, more than we needed for our short stay. It was easy to get to and away from the busy Atlanta traffice. Only negative was the bathroom was very small compared to the spacious room.

Was pleasantly pleased with the courteous staff and roomy room. The breakfast was more than enough. Only complaint if I had to state one was the carpet and couch in room was a bit icky... But would certainly stay again if EVER in Atlanta. Which I don't ever see happening if I can help it.

Went to look at Georgia Tech with my son, upgraded to the 2 queen beds, surprisingly it had a kitchen and each queen bed was in it's own room with it's own bath. Basically a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. Much better than I expected. There's a Publix supermarket and Walgreens nearby. Our rate was great, less than 100 for the night. We truly enjoyed our stay at Quality Suites, everything was great starting from the friendly and welcoming staff at check-in, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Buckhead area.

I booked this hotel because of it having a full kitchen. It did have a full kitchen, but I wasn't expecting to have to supply my own pots and pans. Paper plates and disposable coffee cups, which were never replenished, plastic silversare and a couple of kitchen style spatulas and spoons. Nothing to cook with or serve on.
