Også denne gangen fremstår Pea Sout A Inn som et deilig overnattings sted. Andre gang vi besøker stedet på 3 år og det er like hyggelig å besøke det. Trivelig for barn og voksne og kan trygt anbefales til andre. kort gangavstand til restauranter og kjøring til hyggelige Solvang.

Veldig fornøyd! Fint rom, veldig nærme stranden og stille og trygt område. Noe langt til sentrum dersom man skal gå! God service og ok bassengområde! Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Beliggenhet rett utenfor sentrum av byen. Hotellet har store, komfortable rom og et fint svømmebasseng i en hyggelig hage. Vi fikk rom ut mot bassenget, noe som vi likte godt. Butikksenter i gåavstand fra hotellet, bl.a. med en stor dagligvarebutikk.

"Hotell utenfor Santa Barbara"
Supert hotell med flotte rom. Vi kunne ønsket oss at det lå litt nærmere selve Santa Barbara, men vi fikk utrolig mye for pengene, så alt i alt er vi veldig fornøyd!

I would rate this to 3.5 stars in some what doen't feel to give it 4, I have booked for 2 King but when I got there I got 2 full/Queen, food is ok the same for every where I goes, bed kind of soft for me , i got the back pain next morning, may good for you, but not for me, front desk and services are nice people, but it good to stay for a nite here […] while visit my son in UCSB, Les mer

hotel was nice. not sure it was a four star hotel maybe 3.5. it was relatively far from beach and attractions. breakfast was quite nice with made to order feature and buffet. would stay there again. hotel was clean. beds quite comfortable. staff was pleasant.

Our room was ready when we arrived it was very clean our Grandchildren loved the pool and morning breakfast that was served outside on the terrace next to the pool. It was a very nice and we will stay there again when we visit Santa Barbara.
An outstanding hotel.My husband rarely travels with me as he has difficulty sleeping . He had no problem al all. Hotel was quiet, excellent beds, pillow choice, and great staff. Breakfast very good.However I would ask for garden facing room or you will hear the freeway. Lovely grounds as well with huge trees and flower beds. The original old house of […] the estate is still standing but it does not contain guest rooms. The property used to be a nursery. I might add that asking for a 2nd floor room is probably a good idea if you have a serious problem sleeping. Les mer

"visiting college son in Santa Barbara"
As always my husband and I decide to go down with only a week notice, on Labor Day Weekend no less. There were not a lot of hotels available. We decided to pay a little more and stay here. We are so happy we did. It was only minutes away from where our son lives. It's not near a beach or a cute place to walk but a quiet location. Hotel reminded us of […] the South meets Hawaii. "Lovely place"
Not perfectly located in terms of getting to the beach or Santa Barbara, but close enough with a car. Absolutely lovely grounds and fantastic room. Only issue was breakfast on an August saturday which was a shambles - not enough seats leaving around 40 guests standing and a long wait for the food to be cooked.

The hotel's suites are top-notch - TWO flat-screen HD tvs! Very comfortable beds. But the amazing culinary performanace by the two chefs who cooked hundreds of breakfast orders before our eyes was the highlight of our stay.

Very noisy. Expected more considering what they charged. Questionoable customer service. Did not explain anything. Just handed us piece a paper with information on it. Didn't even know that there was a restaurant located on the facility. Had to go out to eat. Staff did appear to care whether we were there or not. On checking out, they didn't even bother […] to ask if everything was alright. They didn't even say thank you. All they said was that everything was handled through a third party. Really good hotel, large rooms, nice pool, free drinks and nibbles. Not really in Santa Barbara, more Goleta, but still great value. It's about 7 miles to the front at Santa Barbara.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was surrounded by trees and flowers and was very calming. the service was great, the room was very clean and spacious and very, very quiet. It also had it's own private balcony. It was small but very intimate. I can't wait to visit again.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We had a little dachshund with us and it was so comfortable for all of us. Charming, very comfortable bed, and a great complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend it!
Breakfast made to order was great. Parking was hard to find, and I ended up with the very last open spot. I guess they were all booked that night. Hotel allowed us a late check out til 1 pm, which was helpful too! Overall a great, clean and quiet hotel.

Exceptional. Positively charming grounds, nicely appointed suites, convenient parking, wonderful, cook to order breakfast. As nice as the Ves Parker Double Tree for which we've paid over twice the price. Conveniently located 5 minutes from UCSB where our daughter attends.This gets 5 Stars in my book.

"A bit expensive for what it is"
I chose this hotel because it takes dogs, which is a big plus. Other than that, I don't think it's hugely better than the Ramada Limited, yet it costs significantly more. However, I did get outstanding recommendations from hotel staff for a dinner spot. Also, there is a glorious 2 mile walk from the hotel to the beach (4.2 miles round trip) that is […] an absolutely perfect way to start the day. Everything is comfortable -- bed, etc. Robes in room to wear to the pool/jacuzzi. Breakfast I thought was pretty bad, though it is made to order. Les mer

"Great Hotel near UCSB"
I loved this place. There are many separate small buildings that look like victorian houses placed around a beautiful, garden. They love dogs! You get a warm cookie at checkin! It is very close to UCSB campus. I may go back just to stay there.

This hotel was great and very convenient to UCSB. The Sexton House is on the property. My husband could not believe it. When he was a student at UCSB back in 1976, he used to come over to the property and play his guitar under one of the palm trees. The house was in disarray and there was nothing for a few miles around. The house has since been restored. […] There are many rare species of trees. It is well worth walking through the grove in the front of the hotel. The house is also open to walk through also. The original owners of the property had a nursery and brought many rare species of trees over form the South Pacific. We are staying there again this month for Parent's Weekend and my husband is bringing a picture of the house as it was over 30 years ago to show the staff. Les mer

"Not worth the money."
We paid too much for a room next to the highway, terrible view, non working air and dirty carpeting. A hotel that needs a bit of updating. Not worth it.

I have stayed at 2 of the Pacifica suites chain and both had charm and execellent front desk staff. The Goleta hotel has a made to order breakfast was good. The rooms were homey and comfortable.

"Very nice, but a bit dated"
We very much enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are very spacious suites, and the complementary happy hour, breakfast, internet access, and parking are nice features. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are a bit dated, and could use a bit remodeling. There's not much to complain in terms of cleanliness or comfort though--the biggest complaint was that the […] bathroom is quite dark. There's not a whole lot to say about the location, except that it's very convenient to get onto 101 and head to Santa Barbara or further up to coast. We liked it quite a bit, overall. Les mer

We just spent the weekend at this hotel. I'll start with the positives: Breakfast was AMAZING!! we got to order our breakfast, you can even take coffe/tea, fruit and juice to go and it's all free!! The rooms are nice if you're not close to the freeway.. if you book through hotels.com or Expedia they pre-assign your room so you don't really get to tell […] them to give you a room away from the freeway. We got lucky because only the living room was close to the freeway.. the bedroom was on the other side so we had a quiet night. But when we were just in the living room you can hear the cars on the freeway. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a cute little balcony. The living room was ok.. i wish we had a big table in front of the sofa to put food and drinks on. This hotels is a 8 minute drive to state street.. i think for that reason it should be less expensive so that's why i thought it was a bit pricy. Other than that it is sooooo much better than the 100 dollar motels close to state street that are dirty and smell bad. Les mer

We were put in the very back of the hotel with a view of the barn. The wireless internet browser was down (after 30 minutes on the phone with the helpline). There was no shampoo in the room. Little things did not cut it.

"Very good hotel for the money"
The hotel has excellent location and surrounding. We loved the vegetation surrounding it. It's few minute of drive in either direction, downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB. The breakfast is very good too.
"Nice room but the water..."
We enjoyed our stay except for the brown water that came out of the sink and the bathtub spigot and the toilet. We ran the water but it stayed brown. We asked at the front desk if it was safe to bathe in and they said yes, they have it tested once a week. It's well water they said, that's why it's brown. We were showing my wife's parents around Santa […] Barbara and this was a kind of expensive suite, so the brown water really threw us. I would recommend the hotel, as long as they don't mind bathing in brown well water. Les mer
