The hotel was dated from the moment you walked into the lobby. As you entered the hallways you could tell right away the same from the wallpaper and carpet. The elevator gave you the sense of a freight elevator. The room itself seemed nice when you walked in but the bathroom was dirty from wear and tear. The bed was comfortable but I could swear their […] were bed bugs. The service was professional and pleasant. Although the rate was very reasonable for a Hyatt I expect more for whatever price. I thought the restroom facilties could use a little updating for the price of the room.

Starting with the reception staff, everything about this stay was excellent. Room was large clean and comfortable, Hyatt Place lobby/dining/lounging area concept was very nice. In room 42" TV with a console for all manner of inputs (HDMI, VGA RCA etc..) is a nice touch to view your own media.

Rented 2 separate rooms and both were extremely humid. The sheets felt moist for the length of our stay. Air conditioners made the room cool but did nothing for the moisture. The AC units were also much louder than I am accustomed to.

Excellent service. availability of a fresh meal 24/7 comfortable rooms .quite the stay for business or pleasure. wonderful!

The lobby is really nice and the hotel staff are very accommodating. I like that there's always some food and beverages available. The rooms are very roomy and have great amenities. I appreciate hotels that have fridges, a living room space, and free wifi which this hotel had. The bathroom was ok. The shower just seemed a little gross in my opinion. The biggest plus to this hotel was its location - we used it as a stopping point along a longer trip. The indoor pool was great for the kids, but on week days it doesn't open until 5 p.m. (there is a lifeguard on duty, which is a nice perk). Breakfast was adequate - cold food free of charge (cereal, toast, yogurt, etc) and hot food (waffles, eggs, omelets, […] etc) for an extra charge. There are several other chain hotels in the same complex, along with a Ruby Tuesday restaurant and a Denny's, so the area seems safe enough. One of the two sinks in the room backed up with nasty smelling black gunk, and it tool repeated reports to the front desk to remedy the issue. Large clean rooms with beautiful amenities. The beds are so soft and comfortable. The staff were extremely cordial. I would highly recommend this hotel for the money.

I travel a lot. Convenience is one of the biggest factor in choosing a hotel and having said that, this hotel is 5 mins away from BWI! Secondly, the room was VERY NICE! It was well laid out, clean, bed was comfortable, nice 42 " TV and a work area for businessman like me. Bathroom tub and shower is a little outdated. Breakfast was so-so. This is also […] the cheapest hotel in the area, but the nicest so far. As a matter of fact, this hotel is way better than the $200/night hotel in DC metro area where we stayed for 2 nights. When we visit this area, we stay in this hotel only. I really enjoy the hotels spacious rooms and lounge area. This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is excellent. I like where the hotel is located right off the highway. Look forward to our next visit.

Room was very clean and modern, including the bathroom. The "fitness center" wasn't great....4 or 5 cardio machines and one water cooler (no cups?) and no tvs does not make it a fitness center. Definitely could improve on that, Not that I'm a fan of Ruby Tuesdays, but it was nice to be able to walk (or stumble in my sister's case) a short distance to […] and from the restaurant. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the landscaping was beautiful. Our room that we were given at checkin did not have a bathroom door. After contacting the front lobby, they gave us another room down the hall. This room had no working lock on the door. We had to use the security latch on the top of the door to keep it locked at all times. The room […] itself was nice and big, had a large flatscreen tv and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice, but did not have much to choose from. The menu to choose from did not have much variety either. Couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. Nice setup in lobby for snacks and drinks. No muss ,no fuss in and out. Very nice room/suite at good price for the BWI hotel neighborhood.

Here's what's good: The rooms are extremely spacious and the beds are very, very comfortable. The team working the breakfast buffet works their tails off to keep everything stocked, which is no small feat. You can't beat the rate for the amount of space. Unpleasant front desk with a "couldn't care less" attitude. Checked in after the clerk finished her other duties, only to find that the room was not properly cleaned. The bed looked like the cleaning staff just pulled it tight and some hair in the bed was a bad sign. At that point I asked to have my money back from Hotels.com. Great hotel. Would stay there again in a second! Everyone was friendly and the room was really clean. Awesome experience! Would highly recommend.

The hotel is a must nearby the Airport area. The ammenities are great and the value is excelent! Everything is clean and comfortable, highly recommended.

You would think with this being Hyatt prop that it would be decent. but not this one. The elevator was broken i know that happens but last time i stayed they a month ago it was broke. the mgmt of this hotel is broken....oh the coffee pots always empty

I really like this hotel chain. The size of the rooms and comfort of the rooms are very good values for the money. The included breakfast buffet is continental although you can order hot foods. The shuttle was a little slow (25 minutes after calling for a 2 mile drive) at 1:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, there was a storm associated power outage which lasted longer than expected. When the power did come back on, the heating system chirped intermittently, the tv, phone and internet remained down and we were unable to get room keys until much later at 10 PM ish. The staff was very helpful and maintened a very pleasant dismeanor, particularly […] the individuals who walked us to our room before the key system was activated. Despite the force majure annoyances, both my wife and I agreed that we would definitely stay again. Les mer

The girls that work the front desk are fantastic and extremely nice. Housekeeping on the other hand was awful. I checked in on Sunday and they never cleaned my room once, and I checked out on Friday. I had to call down to the front desk for towels and had to talk to the manager about them cleaning my room. I had left and came back around 3 and my room […] wasn't cleaned. I stripped my bed before I left and had the sheets and wet towels on the floor in the middle of my room. I had to go down to the main floor and speak to the manager and he made sure my bedding was changed and I had new towels for the next day, but after your gone all day who wants to have housekeeping come in at 3 and clean your room. You want that done while your out all day so when your in for the evening you can shower and relax, no such luck at this hotel. I was very disappointed this time. I have stayed here before and didn't have one problem that is why I wanted to stay here again. The room is nice and spacious especially since it has a divided sitting room and sleep area. Les mer

It was very easy to call the hotel from BWI Airport and they sent the shuttle immediately. I don't think I even waited 5 minutes. Quick ride to the hotel. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of a real foyer/check-in area. It was so tiny though clean, pretty and efficient. I was a little disappointed that there was no real bar area. The room […] itself was spacious and clean. I would have loved to stay more than one night. Loved that there was a separate bed area and living room type area. The bed was huge and comfy. Very nice

Hotel rooms were large and comfortable so for those of us on business trips, it is easy to stay in the room and work. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet included.

It is time for them to upgrade some of there furniture

I was disappointed in the breakfast, I was expecting a hot breakfast instead it was a continental breakfast they should state that when booking the room. Also the sheets were very scratchy & my room was not that clean There were urine stains under the toilet seat & a lot of hairs in the bath tub, very disgusting. Very convenient to BWI and a central place to meet folks either traveling into or coming from the surrounding area.

We were shocked at the amazing use of space and lay-out. Our room had a private bed area plus a living space with a wet-bar, including fridge. The TV is the biggest in any hotel I've stayed in (50") and we could jack our computers, DVD player or iPod directly in. Flat screen, HD, and swivels so you can watch from bed on one side of the divider or the […] couch on the other. The woods, cabinetry, and linens speak of the most up-to-date fashions, functionality and comfort. The only place the room showed it's "real age" was in the bathroom, which wasn't updated like the rest of the room was. The wall-paper and fixtures in the tub/toilet area scream old hotel, with black stains in the silicone, but it wasn't enough to give this hotel anything but very high marks when taken in with the overall room. The people working there were all very friendly and helpful, too. I intend to stay here each time I'm in/out of BWI if I find prices as good as we did. Les mer

The hotel service was great. The room was large and the only thing I'd say it was lacking was a microwave. It is very close to the airport, movies and a few restaurants. My only thing was I felt the closet was small, towels were a tad rough and the water should come with a warning as it gets extremely hot. Other than that two thumbs up!

The room is good sized but the sectionals need to be updated. And the bathroom design takes a little time to get used to since the sink is seperate from the shower and there is a wet bar in the room but why would you use it? There a Ruby Tuesday across the parking lot that has excellent service and food too.

Hyatt Place has the feel of a boutique hotel. Well appointed rooms, extra space, free wifi, delightful lobby bar, good quality free breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The one shuttle operates from the hotel every half hour.Great place to stay on an affordable rate. Only took less than 10 minutes to get to the Harbor.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was extremely nice! I have no complaints! Absolutely fantastic! The only minor issue I had was there needed to be some hard boiled ggs on the breakfast buffet.
