Wow! Dette hotellet har alt man kan drømme om. Ligger midt i smørøyet, har et eksklusivt preg og er alikevel koselig. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

"Close to downtown."
Stay was great. After completing the MS 150 it was comfortable for me, my wife and three kids.

"No TV Guide & Movies too Expensive"
We were very disappointed to have a great room to relax in -- only to find out that there was no way to find out times and listings on the TV channels. Additionally, all pay-per-view movies were WAY over-priced. They even charged to listen to music in the room.

Very courteous staff and fairly clean rooms. Everything was great except we had like 3 spiders in our room. Other than that it was good....

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, but the surrounding area isn't what you'd want to see when looking out your window. Plus we had a fantastic view of the dumpster. Some of the electrical outlets in the room were not working properly so my flat iron kept turning off. The map on my phone said to take Duval St. to get to the hotel but it's […] a dead end so call the hotel for the right exit number. It was very expensive but during SXSW that's to be expected. "Another Review :-) GREAT bang for buck."
I have a job going on in ATX and Ihave to stay there a couple times a week. I have stayed in lots of hotels there in ATX at this price range. Bang for buck I always head back to this place. I rate a place by how clean it "feels" and by the towels. The bed is great also . . overall just dig this place.

this is a nice clean hotel, room is very roomy with L shape sofa good for relaxing! the only draw back is the breakfast, they made it nice and do not use disposable stuff (which is very good), but they dont' have enough manpower to clean up thus make it hard to find a clean place to sit ., refill was too slow, I heard people asking for cups, spoon, […] cream all the time, usually this doesn't happen in nice places. breakfast contents was good, free internet, so still a good hotel to stay. this actually was my 3rd stay in this hotel for it's just right priced! Hotel sign was small in comparison to the surrounding signs, so it was not visible from the highway. The hotel was being remodeled, so our room windows were covered with plastic on the outside, which caused a constant rattling all night long and woke us up every couple of hours. We really liked the rooms, very modern style and price. We just stayed one day, because Austin was in the middle of our trip. Next time we are in Austin, we will stay here, great hotel, service and ammenities and great price. Other hotels should immitate this one, if they want to stay in business.

Excellent staff. Good clean room with a surprise continental breakfast! It was not advertised at all. And a small Starbuck's.

The service was lacking, as upon checkin, the front post was unmanned. Later, other staff were too busy reviewing their facebook feeds or something to even address me right away when trying to place an order for drinks at the same front desk (it also serves drinks). The room was spacious, but unfortunately the window does not open. The new carpet in […] the hallway must be off gassing because a horrible chemical smell pervaded everything, and to make matters worse, the bathroom of the room we stayed in smelled of mildew. What to do? Air out the room by opening the door to let the chemical smell in.... The bathroom obviously had not been disinfected, and after one shower the black spots of mildew on the grout grew. At the second shower my spouse took the grout became slime pink with more black. The smell of mildew pervaded the room. The breakfast the next morning was horrible. No fresh or whole foods, no cream, no milk, no salt and pepper to go with the $7 egg mixture scrambled egg breakfast that tasted like motor oil. When I asked what was in the eggs the reply was nothing. I asked again and the answer was that it was a prepackaged egg mix and the grill was sprayed with a nonstick spray. Just aweful! Don't stay here. The cheaper hotels in the area are much better. Les mer

I have been working a project in ATX for a few months. I found this little gem during my many nights in ATX. I use hotels.com to book a room if I don't feel like driving back home. Bang for buck really dig this place. Always clean and nice front desk peeps.

Very Clean, a better three starr of the group in Austin. Staff was attentive, and sure to greet when they saw you. Location was nice, close to I-35 but, not so colse as to hear the traffic noise. Only thing that was a diss. was breakfast in the A.M., was kinda skimpy, just fruit, cold cereal, yogurt, could have been more, should have been more!

"Hyatt Place Just a Few Minutes North of UT"
Most everything about the Hyatt Place is just perfect for a short weekend stay when visiting Austin or attending a fun-filled UT football game weekend. My only two complaints: the wall type air conditioners are pretty loud and close to the bed, requiring one to get pretty chilled and having to turn up the volume on the tv pretty loudly to hear; and […] there were some small moldy areas in the shower tiles (crazy to place those kind of tiles in a high usage shower). Love this Hotel, the rooms are big and super comfortable. This sitting area is a great place to get away and read a book when the Partner was watching football. I truly like the experience. "Great hotel, but not pet friendly..."
It's a great hotel. The mattress was extremely wonderful. That is a top priority for us. The only thing that good be better is for it to be pet friendly. Also, we had long distance charges from our room to our Dallas cell phone number. We talked about a minute or less and each call was $10. each. We are talking to the hotel now to get at least one […] of them removed! I love the Starbucks there in the hotel....I just wish they took my Starbuck gift card! I don't buy from that spot, because I can't earn points. Les mer

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I found the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff was always available to assist us with any problems. The neighborhood is alittle rough but there are several really good resturants within walking distance.

Excellent service and very clean. The double room has a sofa-bed free of charge. Staff was friendly and jelpful. Only issue is the really narrow closet. Other than that, its worth the price!

My girlfriend and I arrived very late and we were very tired. The young man at the front desk was pleasantly energetic and helpful when we checked in. The room was nicely laid out, clean and quiet (which was surprising since we were right next to the side door). My only problem was the neighborhood. It was in a part of town so bad that the hotel seemed […] to feel it was necessary to post signs in the room, the lobby and the parking lot warning guests to protect their belongings at all times. For this reason alone, I probably wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. And that's a shame, because it really is a nice place. Just a bad neighborhood. Les mer
