Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med god service. Veldig behjelpelige med bestillnger til restauranter. Deilig frokost.

"God service utenfor sentrum."
Koselig hotell med topp service.Fantastisk frokost.. God seng, rent og innbydende bad. Litt lite rom. Men, det lå langt fra undergrunnen. Selv om hotellet hadde en liten ferje som gikk frem og tilbake over Themsen hele dagen(gratis) var det et drøyt stykke å gå til undergrunnen. Men er du interessert i ro og fred lite trafikk og utsikt over Themsen […] er dette stedet for deg. Gangavstand til lokalt kjøpesenter. Les mer
"Hyggelig hotell-opplevelse i London"
Hilton London Docklands Riverside ble en positiv opplevelse. Alt fungerte utmerket, bortsett fra at det var vanskelig å regulere temperaturen på rommet. Dobbeltsengen var også smal, og madrassen formet slik at vi nesten trillet ut på gulvet.! Baren med småretter dagen lang var et godt tilbud, og frokosten blir med rette berømmet av mange.

"Very nice but..."
Hotel is quite ok but 1- to the closest uderground you have to take a bus or walk 20 min 2- we had a room close to the inwards coutryard and noise was a big broblem...from 7am to 12 in the night trolleys with dirty clothes, deliverys total disaster... Rooms and service were nice.
"Hilton docklands Worth the money!"
We had an exccelent visit to London and the hotel was very nice. Only complaint was that they burned our pizza at 1.30pm and they didnt have a minibar but everyting else was fantastic. Fantastic view out over themsen and a fabulous restaurant deck:). Lovely breakfast.

Hotellet ligger ca 30 min med båt/buss og t-bane til feks. Oxford Circus, men nok av handlemuligheter rett over elven, hvor hotellet tar deg over med 'egen' gratis båt. Her på hotellet har du muligheten til å slappe av på 'frokost' - terrassen på hotellet og nyte utsikten over Themsen, med en øl eller et galss vin, samt 'skyline'en til Canada Warf distriktet. Fin belligenhet ved Themsen. Rolige omgivelser. Velsmakende og variert frokostbuffet. Flott å sitte ute og spise frokost. Betjeningen er blide og yter god service. Fint med bassengområde og treningssal.

Meget hyggelig betjening og flott service. Flott frokost i flotte omgivelser både ute og inne. Rommene slitne. Tungvint å ta seg til sentrum - båt over til andre siden og undergrunn videre. Stod at det var hotellbuss som gikk hvert 15 min. Dennne gikk ikke. Det var grunn til at vi valgte hotellet.
"Veldig bra opphold - men usentralt"
Vi hadde et flott opphold på hotellet. Hotellrommet holdt bra standard og renholdet var topp. Forøvrig litt slitt i ganger og på området utenfor hotellet. De hotellansatte var bemerkelsesverdig vennlige og innstilt på å yte service, uansett hvor vi beveget oss. Kjempemessig frokostbuffet med hyggelig personale. Fint restaurantområde med kjempeflott […] uteområde med utsikt til elven og Canary Wharf. Veldig god mat. Det eneste jeg kan bemerke her er at det var for få ansatte, slik at de som var på jobb fikk det veldig travelt, men gjorde så godt de kunne for å serve gjestene. Når det gjelder beliggenheten så er det usentralt i forhold til alle attraksjoner i sentrum, MEN når vi ble litt kjent og i ettertid, så synes jeg at vi fikk oppleve også en annen del av London enn akkurat sentrum. Canary Wharf var et spennende og fint forretningsstrøk, med stort shoppingsenter og gode restauranter nede ved kaien. Vi tok dessuten båt fra London Eye til Canary Wharf en av dagene, noe som også var en opplevelse. Alt i alt "value for money"!!! We`ll be back! :-) Les mer
"We had a great time"
Very comfortable hotel, just 15 minutes away from central London with the underground. Thanks to the complimentary bus shuttle service to and from Canada Waters, we had no problems getting about. The breakfast was excellent.

"Godt hotell i London"
Et godt, stort hotell i London. Det ligger ikke kjempesentralt, men med shuttlebussen som går hele dagen gjennom og Jubilee Line kommer man seg raskt frem. Lang kø til den enorme frokostsalen hver dag. Meget hyggelig betjening.

Very nice hotel, helpfull staff and the cleaning of the room was fantastic! Great breakfast! Only minus was that it was quite far from the underground (Canada Water), the free shuttlebus helped a lot though. The restaurant in the evening was a bit of a dissapointment. Didn't live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Veldig godt fornøyd med hotellet. Familie på 3 hadde en langhelg i London. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor "sentrum" dvs 15 minutter med t-banen til Big Ben. Frokosten anbefales. Rommene vi hadde var helt ok.

"Helt OK"
Vil ikke si at dette er et 4 stjerners hotell, det er ett gammelt hotel med slitte men rene rom. Fortsatt "tjukk tv" i 2010... God kundeservice, men rommet vårt hadde veldig tynne vegger, kunne høre godt hva naboen snakket om på telefonen.Kjempebra frokost til 10 pund. må betales i resepsjonen ikke i restauranten for da ble det dyrere

"Vil gjerne tilbake"
Hotellet er gammelt, men rommene er store og fine, og alt er rent og pent. God service og nydelig frokost , ellers gjør at vi gjerne bor her en annen gang også. Litt utenfor sentrum, men supert med egen shuttle buss som går hvert kvarter.

Fint hotel i rolig strøk med god frokostbuffet, fin bar inne/ute med godt utvalg av småretter,vær oppmerksom på at man er avhengig av shuttlebuss ( tar 5 min og går 4 ganger pr time ) fra underground Canada water, siste avgang til hotellet er 2330
hte hotel was not up to the standards of the other hilton hotels i have stayed at. decor was very tired and in some places shabby.the only saving grace, was the view from our room. would not stay here again.
"Off the beaten track, but only a ferry trip away."
The hotel is situated across the river from Canary Wharf. There is a complementary ferry service which travels to and from the area every 15 minutes, and only takes about 2 mins. There is nothing much around the hotel itself apart from apartments, but as with anywhere in London, you are only a ferry trip or underground journey away from everywhere. […] The hotel is your typical 4 start Hilton, with a nice bar and decent enough rooms. If a good spa is important to you then this place won't cut it. The health club is a small/public one around the corner from the Hilton, with a small pool, a jacuzzi and a couple of sauna's. I didnt go in the gym, so can't comment on that. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. So..... to sum it up: Nice hotel out of the hussle and bussle of the City, but don't expect it to blow your mind. If you want a bit more class at an affordable, the Hilton in Canary Wharf looked nicer. Les mer
The bed is bit of tough to sleep on it. I experience the no hot water issue in our room. so, It was quite unpleasant experience.

"Hilton Hotel London Docklands"
The staff here were very pleasant and helpful, the car park is free and there's no congestion charge making it ideal to go into central London. The free ferry is vital however, without this service it would be difficult to get into London. on the down side the bathroom was a little outdated for a 4* and the grouting was missing in places. Over all the […] room was very large and we did have a view of the river and Canary Wharf. For a one or two night stay I would definitely recommend it. We didn't eat in the hotel as the cost was expensive but there was free fruit in reception to which we helped ourselves, this got us through until we found a much cheaper alternative. The hotel is perfect for visiting Canary Wharf and ideally placed for the O2 and the Olympic stadium about 2miles away) although there are a couple of rough areas to drive through to get to the hotel the area it's situated in is clean and modern. I have recently stayed in the Hilton in Canary Wharf, slightly more expensive but clearly newer! Les mer

"Not central but easy access to sights."
We chose this hotel for its quad rooms (often 4 adults sharing need 2 rooms). It was away from central sights but easy to get to the tube using the hotel's free river boat then a stroll to Canary Wharf station. Breakfast covered all options and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained. Beds were confortable […] & there was no noise from outside. Great location for Canary Wharf, very useful boat across the Thames. Breakfast has everything you could want, with great service.
If you are going to London and want to get to and from the city centre forget this hotel. It is a constant nightmare getting the ferry from the hotel to canary wharf and back there can be upto 20 minutes delays. On Sunday they do not run until 9am forcing me to pay 30 pounds for a taxi to the tube station. Very frustrating
"Hilton London Docklands Riverside - fantastic"
Our visit was excellent in every possible way. We are looking forward to our next stay and would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away for a romantic weekend or just a weekend in general. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful. We will be back pretty soon. Our room was fab and the view from the balcony was beautiful at night.
Nice hotel and staff excellent. Its a wee bit out the way but there is a regular ferry to take across to tube/train stations. Recommended
We were a little disappointed with the washroom facilities in the hotel room and the beds were a little uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice and staff were friendly. We felt the hotel needs some refurbishment .

My wife, two daughters and I booked a family room just for one night. We were met by very polite reception staff who duly checked us in with no fuss or bother. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a large room with a river view. When we noticed there was insufficient bedding we called housekeeping and within 30 mins all was rectified. The […] breakfast was included and was served in a lovely setting - the food and choice was lovely. The only very slightly negative point with our say was that the bathroom looked a little tired but it's not a brand new hotel. All in all, a great experience and one that we will certainly repeat. Great value for money and lovely hotel. Bath looked a bit worn and was told by reception that we had to pay for breakfast but I had already paid online for it to be included. Glad I took a copy of my reciept and all was resolved. Brilliant location and easyaccess to O2.

The hotel was a little further out than expected, but we were grateful for this as there were thousands of people in London to celebrate the New Year. Very happy with the hotel and staff. Paddington station were charging £8.50 per item to hold luggage while we spent our last day sight seeing - but the hotel offered to hold it for us free of charge. […] Would definitely visit again. A bit outdated room on the ground floor. It was clean. TV from the previous century, why not a flat screen with more channels. But overall it was a good stay. What was a bid strange?: the male breakfast room manager, trying to do popular, was talking '2011' language to a 55 year old. Not appreciated and not very HILTON like. What a Muppet. "Hilton Riverside / Canada Water"
I'm not sure I shoudl tell you how good this hotel is as I want to make sure there are rooms available when I go next time! Buffet breakfast is the best I have ever had, always stocked up from crossiants to full breakfast salmon, cakes, fresh fruit the and you get a flask of coffee or tea on your table. Service is superb and all the staff are attentive […] without being in your face and say good morning to you. Would suggest you get it with your room as its £18 a head! We had a martini and lemonade and a double rum at night and this cost £16 (ouch) lovely pub about 30 yards from the hotel, and if you are happy to walk 15-20 mins there is another pub hidden away called the Salt Quay where the food was excellent and good value. If may seem out of the way but at the price its well worth it. You can get the Hiltons own boat across to Canary Wharf and back free of charge. The O2 isn't far from there, about 3 stops ish. Closest tube is the Rotherhite overground, and this is a 25 minute walk but as i say if you cross on the boat to Canary wharf you can avoid this. very pleased, and at Hotels.com prices, even more so, thank you to the hotel! We stay at this Hilton at least once a year for a London weekend Break. This was the first time we used Hotel.com and had no problems with the booking. We had a room in the warehouse conversion part of the hotel and it was excellent and better than the new build rooms. If you can get a room in the 'old' section then go for it. Hilton Breakfasts are […] legendary and did not disappoint on either morning. They really do set you up for the day. One of the best things about this Hilton is the riverside patio. Even in October we could sit outside and watch the river and the towering buildings of Canary Wharf. We liked the free ferry service to Canary Wharf where we caught a Thames Clipper Service up-river to The Embankment. Excellent service. If you are 'surprised' by the Hilton Bar prices then there are 2 pubs within 150 metres of either side of the hotel offering better value. The area is genuinely quiet and feels safe. With the bus service that stops outside the hotel and its closeness to Canada Water & the Jubilee Line getting into the heart of London is simple on the tube as well as the river taxis and the tube service out of Canary Wharf. The Hilton at Rotherhithe offers a quality choice against the more Central London hotels. It certainly offers better value than say The Hilton at Green Park which is eye-wateringly over-priced. "Great to use the Thames River Boats to get around."
The Hilton Hotel was on the Thames opposite Canary Wharf, the staff where helpful and friendly, the hotel is in need of some long term work but overall it is clean, tidy and nice bar and reasonable prices and the weekend was good value. A pity that the DLR wasn’t working and it would be most advantageous if the hotel had a late night service for collection […] to get back to the hotel late from Canary Wharf (Mini Bus every 20 minutes?).
