We did not stay. After going to our room we were very dissatisfied with the room. It was not clean smelling, the wall paper was peeling off the walls, the clock was not secure just to name a few. We also did not feel safe because of the lock and because there were people hanging around the walkway. We came in late after a long days drive and experienced a refreshing service at the hotel. Even the room was a smokers room it was clean and good smelling. Thank yo Quality Inn for a good nights sleep.

Except for the marijuana smoke coming from the common door the hotel was fine.

Overall okay hotel just don't ever come early they won't be able to accommodate you

We have stayed in this hotel several times a years for many years since our children moved to NC. This time the hotel just seem "tired." The carpets need cleaned, the ice machine was out of order, the curtain needed to be reattached to the rod, etc. Just little stuff but in the end we will be looking for another hotel next time we go.

Not the most updated hotel, but worth the money paid.

Considering the situation I was in (hurricane evacuation and pet in tow) I did not have much of a choice on where I stayed. The staff are friendly and attentive, but the condition of the hotel and grounds needs some work. The room was adequate. The carpet, walls, and chairs were stained. I used a towel if I sat in any chair. I removed the bed spread […] immediately when checking into the room. The television and furnishings are dated. The air conditioner filter was so clogged I cleaned it myself. The cleaning staff could pay more attention to the cleaning of the bathroom (crud around the back and bottom of the toilet) The room was dark and dingy. the bathroom had one light out. The desk was wobbly, but I did not have the tools with me to fix that. The breakfast was good except for the cramped eating area. I did not point out these issues to the staff because they we dealing with trying to get people checked in during the hurricane. Housekeeping did come by on one of the worst days asking if I needed anything. The rooms are loud and you can hear everything going on above you. Again, the staff were great, but the conditions of the rooms, grounds, and the building could use some attention to detail. Les mer

Hotel was a disapointment. Bathroom tub dirty, ceiling yellow stains, wallpaper falling apart, Ac making a noise, bed pillow case had brown stains, mattress had hair and dust .

This property is decent, but this is an older/slighty dated property. Very nice stay, continental breakfast was nicely presented, but the room had alot of issues. There was a major tear in the curtains in our room, HBO and other channels didn't work, the rusted/scumy shower-stopper was sitting on the bathtub making the thought of taking a bath unbearable. […] Maintainence really needs to be stepped up here to improve this hotel. Very clean great location.

Some noise through the night awakened us periodically. Squeaky floors in room above. Good selection for breakfast. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. For the price it was a good stay. Friendly staff made the stay more enjoyable.

I would stay here again. I travel alone as a single 60s woman, and am careful about where i stay. This hotel was fine, though a bit further off I-95 than I would have preferred. However, the rooms were clean. I did a bed inspection because of the cuirrent bedbug situation and all was fine. Perfect location to fit my travel plans. Near resturants shopping and main highway. Also had free breakfast before checking out and made getting to my apointment on time.

NICE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK, MAID SERVICE SUCKS. THE TRICK YOU WITH A PHONE CALL AND THEN NEVER SHEW UP TO CLEAN THE ROOM. NOT GOOD

We were on I-95 and this hotel was 8 miles off the highway. The bathroom was not very clean (or simply too old?) and air conditioning was a bit noisy. Pros: bed quite comfy and breakfast was ok.

Awesome convenient hotel great area convenient stores and shopping around within walking distance. Nice Nice hotel.

We spent 1 night at this hotel on our way down to Florida. This was a perfect 1/2 way point from New York. The location was a few miles out of our way from I95 and don't get mixed up when you see a closer Quality Inn right off 95 as this one is more in the city center. The rooms were awesome! The beds were super comfortable and clean! Great WIFI for […] internet! Breakfast was great and free! Hot waffels were a plus! Would stay here again! Les mer

For the price we paid, making our reservation same day, I'd say it was a good deal. The only complain I had was that the common areas, hallways and elevator were warm. The AC in the room wasn't as cold either. But, the room was very clean, the breakfast we had was excellent (waffles, orange juice, apple juice, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc.) The person […] attending to the breakfast was vigilant and quickly refilled things, cleared tables etc. Les mer

The room we were given was very damp and smelled musty. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to others.

Cet hotel n'a que le nom de quality.Les chambres auraient grand besoin de restauration. Lors de notre voyage, on a eu beaucoup mieux pour moins cher.
