Hadde en natt på reise til Boston og valgte et litt bedre hotel for oppholdet i området. Dette var et meget flott 4 stjerners hotell som føltes som 5. Fra det at vi kom til hotellet i taxi så fikk vi den flotte behandlingen. Luksusfølelse hele tiden med super proff og hyggelig personell på arbeid. Fikk god hjelp med bykart, tips og råd, veksling av penger og bagasjehjelp inn og ut. Stort flott rom med superflott bad og kjempegod seng. Vi burte ha vart her flere dager men kommer sikkert tilbake for litt mer "luksus" i hverdagen.

Hotellet ligger rolig til i den litt bedre bydelen. I nærheten er det mange merkeklær butikker av den dyre typen. Det er noen minutter å gå til barer og uteliv, men bl.a. Cheers ligger nærme. Hotellet kan oppleves som litt "stuck up" for dem som har noe mer penger enn folk flest, men hotellet er pent & rent og har en god service. Ekstrakostnad for wifi er minus, samt at undertegnede ikke liker å bli stående i en defekt heis... Bra "posh" hotell.

I had a pleasant 3 nights' stay and am happy with the experience. The only issue I had was with the internet being painfully slow - to the point of being unusable - in the business centre. Otherwise, I have no real complaints.

"Out of town on a budget"
This hotel is good for those who wish to save a few dollars. Out of the main city but with a complimentary shuttle from Logan and to the rail station all is within easy reach at no extra cost.
AC was not working properly, and too much noise during night,some people spoke very loudly at about 2:00 am, and room not cleaned ect. It's a very bad staying there.

My sister and I went took a girls trip to Boston - neither of us have been there before. We booked Ramada Inn Boston because it was the most affordable option for us. What we didn't know was how much value we got from this hotel! We saved money on taxis as the hotel has an airport shuttle and a courtesy shuttle to and from the JFK subway station. All […] staff that we dealt with were very friendly and provided impeccable service. The free breakfast (incl. make-your-own-waffles, eggs, toast, muffins, fruit..etc.) was an unexpected bonus and very tasty. The hotel itself is older, but well maintained and beds were very comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend to others and stay there again if we visit Boston! Les mer

"Filthy hotel, dark hallways, broken fixtures, etc"
I lasted approximately one hour in this hotel and immediately made arrangements to stay somewhere else. You DO NOT want to have anything to do with this place. It is filthy dirty, in a bad neighborhood, strange characters wondering around the perimeter, broken locks on windows. Quite a disaster.

Staff were very pleasant, breakfast ok, room comfortable. Shuttle service also makes stay convenient. Will recommend.

We only took this hotel at the last leg of our trip to get a pick up on Boston's Seacoast tour and because this was one of the more reasonable priced hotels. Did not realize that the hotel was so far from Boston's downtown and that it was a good $20+ for a one-way taxi ride there. The staff seemed subdued and not overly friendly. The hotel was, sorry […] to say, seedy and scary in some ways. The room, however, was surprisingly clean and nice for two people. Although I understand the hotel is in a residential area, I still wouldn't walk too far from the hotel at night. They do have a free airport and subway shuttle. For a fee, there is a hop on/hop off shuttle that comes in the morning if you wish to visit downtown Boston. Free breakfast was good. All in all, despite my not recommending this hotel to others, for one or two nights if you have a car, the hotel is not a bad deal. But, if you have to rely on public transportation or taxis, it can be a bit pricey and the locaton is a bit iffy. Les mer
"convenient shuttle!"
This was a great place to stay largely because of the shuttle service they provide. Shuttles leave for the nearest transit station every half hour and you can get right into downtown from there in about 15 minutes. They also provided transportation to and from the airport. Great service.

This hotel was fine for what we needed it to be. We don't believe in paying a high amount for a hotel room that we will be only there to sleep for a bit and take a shower. The shuttle service however, was GREAT! (Thanks, Ed and Big Bear). To and from the airport, just give them a call and they will come get you, and to and from the "T". STayed at this place and it will be the last. Caliber of front desk personnel upon arrival less than desirable....housekeeping came in my room prior to checkout on last day and threw my toothbrush, paste, etc into the trash, thinking i had checked out already...wasn't the case, i own the room till checkout at noon, unless i was missing something.. all […] i did was go have breakfast and return to room tobrush my teeth and found it all in the trash.....not happy...also, no fitness area, good start point for running though. The hotel needs a good renovation. Breakfast time was crowded with people. Personal at front desk not too helpful.
"Quality & Convenient"
For a 1st time visit to Boston the Hotel was very located and conveniently placed near the 93 which was used every day to get in & out of town. The Hotel was clean, the staff friendly & the complimentary breakfast was awesome & with 2 teenage kids it was appreciated. Great value!

I chose this hotel because of it's affordability in spite of the concerns I had about most of the negative reviews. While it is stated as a dowtown hotel, it is in fact in the suburbs of Boston some distance from downtown. On the positive side, the hotel has a shuttle that leaves every half-hour and goes to the train station/airport. It is about three […] stops to Downtown. Steps away from the hotel is a large bowling alley/pool hall, and arcade room. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the property and a pretty good restaurant/bar next door. I reluctantly entered my room, not knowing what to expect. I walked into a rather nicely-decorated, clean, comfortable room that was well air-conditioned. There is a candy store that makes home-made candy also steps away. If you never leave the area you can still have a nice day. Also, the tour buses will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. Breakfast consisted of waffles,eggs,etc. free of charge. I had a wonderful room in a nice hotel with great amenities and a great staff. Very pleased and would stay again when I return for Fall foliage. I stay in hotels often, and this was as good as any of the more pricey hotels. Many people leave their cars and take the train for freedom to drink. GREAT DEAL!! Take it. Les mer

pros- great location to surrounding attractions. The bowling alley was a nice hidden spot. The restaurant beside the inn was excellent. Shuttle to the airport and the redline. cons- hallways outside the rooms were hot and smelly. was confusing as hell to find the room.

The location and shuttle service were extremely good. Beyond that we weren't satisfied with this hotel. It needs an immediate update throughout--carpeting, painting, etc. (the stench in several hallways was appalling). My wife and I could bear two nights because of the affordable (for Boston) price, good access to important sites, and breakfast. the hotel does not have a microwave, the TV in the room is defective and nobody is interested in helping us out, there was no cot available even if they said on the ad that they would provide cot if we request it, the staff during breakfast was rude. However... this hotel has other staff whose services are exceptional the front desk person named Bob […] ...very helpful and the driver who shuttled us to the airport...we forgot the baby's diaper bag and they were good in returning the bag to us on time for us not to miss the plane. I still would recommend the hotel because of these exceptional employees. Les mer

While the hotel does not seem to have been painted in decades and the front desk staff were rather surly, the cleanliness and spaciouseness of the rooms, the ample breakfasts and the superb shuttle service - inlcuding airport pick-up and regular subway feeds and the very helpful drivers - more than made up for it. The subway price in Boston is inexpensive […] and staying outside the centre of the city enabled us to save on accommodation costs. The hotel was just your average hotel, nothing too exciting, but the staff was awesome. From the people at the service desk to the maintenance guys who spent almost an hour trying to help me get my keys out of my car which I had locked in there! They never gave up and still managed to stay friendly while helping me even though I know they must have […] been frustrated. Even the owner came out to make sure I was ok. The hotel staff were AWESOME! The shuttle service was always on time and the front desk personnel (Stephen) were very courteous. I'd stay there again in the future.

No problems whatsoever, but the necessity of taking shuttle to T (subway) should be considered by non-drivers. The shuttle is free and runs every half hour, takes about ten minutes, but this does require a little planning.

Quite disappointed in this Hotel. Room had a dank smell. Breakfast included scrambled"egg product". One of the maintenance men was sitting in the breakfast area, talking on his cell, and was quite obviously a little tipsy --this at 7:15 in the morning. Will not go back to this hotel
