Nice hotel. The breakfast was OK, although staff did not actively manage the breakfast area very much. Beds and showers were OK.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size and overall room in general. The lighting was too dim for my liking and we had some trouble locating the hotel from the road. We would stay there again for sure. The price was right for what we got. Thank you.

Point Inn in Jackson, WY. We travel fairly often for pleasure. This was overall the worst breakfast we've ever been offered anywhere in the world.

We only needed overnight tosee Tetons,but wanted a hotel with ajacuzzi. Saw this online for xx and it was a deal. Clean comfy room, jacuzzi was hot enough and continental b'fast! Desk staff recommended a local restaurant that was excellent! will be back!

The only problem is the room was a little crowded with two queen beds. I suspect a king size room would have been better. Liked the wired internet, the location and the morning breakfast. Place was really good for us.

for a large amount a night I didn't expect only one roll of toilet paper, no conditioner, and a broken tv remote. The only nice thing was the whirlpool bath. Free wifi would have been nice, but that was not offered.

Great location. Lobby and breakfast area nice. Room was a little run down and the springs in the mattress were about to come through the top. Not the best night's sleep ever.

The room was really a fairly large suite with a great jucoozee. Everything was close to better than average. A little bit away from the main town center, but very close to other necessary shopping. A good three star hotel.

I stayed at this hotel on the first night of my 4-day vacation to Yellowstone NP. It happened to be our wedding anniversary so I booked a suite that had a hot tub. The next morning we had an incident which has never happened in my 25-year of traveling all around the world. The toilet overflowed with the xxxt water all over the floor during flushing […] (no, we did not drop anything to clog it). While the hotel promptly got it cleaned (thanks to the worker) it spoilt our mood for the vacation on the first day. I suggest that you stay at Jackson Hotel Lodge if you are trying to find a cheaper place with a better service. Les mer
this hotel was one of the cheaper ones we could find. it is most likely cheaper than others because the rooms and furnishings are old, the hotel is NOISY, and it is a bit outside of town. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The carpeting in our room was filthy. There were many large areas of stains. I noticed another room had clean carpeting, so don't know why this was in such bad shape. I did let them know. I reserved 2 rms. w/identical requirements and expecting them to be co-located. They gave us one rm. on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd.- the one on the 2nd floor […] did not have a refrig. You can hear sounds from adjacent rooms so not that quiet. They did have a nice breakfast. Les mer
The breakfast was good. The hotel was hard for me to find because it is listed as 350 hwy 89 but it is behind a bristro and I had a hard time finding this one. The night I stayed did not have any water until morning because of a water main was broken. "The Point in Jackson Hole"
Staff was friendly, however, there was no pool (only a hot tub). They had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, however, the waffle maker did not work properly. We did not encounter any problems while we were there. Good customer service.

The Point was adequate. The room had a funny smell when we went in and it never went away. One very, very nice plus - they have a complimentary laundry room which was nice since we were on a two week trip. The breakfast was okay, but get there early - they have a very small space for it and was mayhem!
"Good price, great location if not downtown"
Hotel next to several major restaurants and best grocery store in town. Is about a mile from "downtown", but not an issue. Discount store across street and is also a bus stop. Would stay again, but ask for a room with a sink that has a stopper that will open far enough to drain sink quickly.

Friendly, helpful staff. The hot tub was perfect. Just a few blocks from downtown and a couple of miles from the scenic Grand Teton mountains.

Although this property is too far away from the center of Jackson to walk, it is a half a block off the main drag so nice & quiet. A large grocery store & restaurants are nearby. We took this hotel as the online pics looked good and it was offering big discounts. From my impression, I would say that it was nice a couple of years ago, but the maintenance has been left undone for quite a while. Some of my pet peeves include flat sheets used on the bottom that never stay put and a joke of a breakfast. They were guilty of both. The pool was in repair while we were there but the staff was kind enough to allow us in to use the sauna. Our suite had a hot tub in the room, and a fireplace. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Guest Service was very friendly and quick. The hottub and sauna were large and nice. the rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice large shower and good water pressure and bathroom was nice. The heating system worked well. The furnishings in the lobby were updated. The hotel room furnishings ie comforter and carpet […] and wall paper was a bit dated (1990's). The breakfast was good, could use a little more variety, but what they had was good.I'm not a snob nor is my husband. We came to Jackson to snowboard!! The Inn had a great location (right across from the bus stop), and the price was exactly what we wanted. It included a very nice continental breakfast with homemade waffles and good coffee. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of snowboarding. I have stayed at the Pointe Inn and Suites several times and have always had a pleasant stay. The Pointe Inn and Suites is located next to a major grocery store and a bus stop that that can take you where ever you need to go. My last stay was enjoyable and the staff was very accomidating when I needed extra assistance finding a taxi service to pick […] up my wife when her vehicle broke down 40 miles away. I would recommend the Pointe Inn and Suites to anyone who is looking for a economical stay in Jackson Hole, WY. Les mer

My husband and I were passing through Jackson on business and we stayed one Thursday night there at this Hotel. WARNING --- This hotel is a dorm room for kids working here from out of the country. The party started at 2am after the bars let out and for some reason went on the hallway outside my room. We were so pleased with our accomodations for the night. Our room was large, very clean, and very welcoming. Though our reservations were for a King Size bed, we found out we had a bed, couch that made into a bed, microwave, coffee maker, and a small fridge. The location was off of the main drag and so was a little quieter that we expecteded. The lobby […] was clean and the desk personnel friendly and helpful. Usually if you don't drink coffee--too bad. It was a nice treat to have hot chocolaate available. The continental breakfast was very nice. We will definitely stay gain. I can't believe it was only rated as 2 stars. Les mer
