Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

Stort sett fornøyd med hotellet. Ryddig, rent og hyggelig personale. Tok mye metro for å komme til sentrum, men denne lå like ved hotellet (50 m unna). Ryddehjelpen kan valse inn tidlig, men ellers kjempefornøyd.

"Timhotel Berthier XVII Paris"
Hotellet hadde en grei standard. Var relativt fornøyd med oppholdet her. Minusene med hoitellet var at det luktet røyk på rommet. Restauranten var imidlertid ikke av så god kvelitet. Maten smakte godt, men servicen en av dagene var ikke bra. Vi måtte vente lenge på maten, og fikk også feil mat.
"SKUFFET!"
Vi bodde 4 netter på hotellet og var lettet da vi skulle dra. Størrelsen på rommet var helt ok,det samme var sengen. På rommet var det imidlertid en rekke mindre krypdyr både på skrivepulten og på baderommet. Dette føltes ubehagelig. Videre kjøpte vi frokost(da dette ikke var inkludert i den fastsatteprisen) 1 dag. Vi valgte å ikke gjøre dette videre […] da det kostet 10 euro pr pers og var bestående av et serdeles begrenset utvalg. Området rundt hotellet opplevde vi som lite hyggelig på kveldstid. Eneste pluss med det må være metro i umiddelbar avstand. Hotellet kan kun anbefales ved en særdeles lavbudsjetts ferie. Les mer

We was very pleased with our stay at Timhotel! Quite a far way from the centre of the ciy - but the metro is about 20 metres away, and it's a really easy system to use. The homeless people in front of the hotel, which I had read about here, was no problem at all! Good beds and cleaning of the rooms.
"En uke på TimHotel Berthier"
Dette er et ganske stort hotell med mange rom. De er litt trange men ok standard på senger osv. Ikke mye plass til å oppholde seg på. Knøttlite TV med lite interessant for utlendinger. Franskmenn dubber alt. Bad og dusj toalett ok. Vifteanlegg har bare ett stille: full fart og det bråker for mye. Endel støy fra store veier rundt hotellet hvis du åpner […] vinduet. Maten er veldig god. Topp service hvis du spiser der om kvelden og ikke for dyrt. Bedre mat på hotellet enn mange restauranter vi besøkte. Internett er ikke gratis og ganske dyrt. Ikke mulig å skrive ut boarding cards fra SAS siden det måtte da sendes som epost til resepsjonen noe som viste seg å være umulig. Men dette er heller ikke nødvendig. Metroen er rett over gata. Med ukeskort (ta med bilde på 2x2cm) kommer man fort til sentrum og alle severdigheter. Prisen vi fikk på to rom i en uke var også veldig bra. Alt i alt et enkelt og greit hotell med god mat, god service og ikke noe negativt av betydning. Les mer

"Timhotel i Paris - et sentralt og rimelig hotell"
Hotellet kan anbefales til dem som skal besøke Paris. Hotellet har vennlig og hjelpsom betjening. Rommene er rene og helt ok. Det er lett å komme seg inn til sentrum, da Metrostasjonen ligger like ved hotellet. Frukostbuffeten kan anbefales. Reriser jeg tilbake til Paris, kommer jeg til å bo på dette hotellet.

The hotel has personell that speaks both french and english. They are helpful and polite, and was allways available. The breakfast and dinner at the resturant was ok, and as we expected from what we had read at the web-site.The hotel is situated close to the centrum of Paris, but not quite in the middle. It is close to a metro-and train-station, that […] makes you reach the most of Paris' touristattractions and within 5-15 minutes. The area around the hotel is like a suburban-area, with some grocery-stores and cafes, but it was not our choice to spend much time there, as we prefered the more urban part of Paris. Les mer

"A comfortable stay"
The Hotel Campanile Paris 17 is not the most luxurious Hotel you'll ever stay at, but that's hardly what matters here. The standard is good, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Their English is sufficient and the room size is what we were expecting. There is little noise from the outside (at least from the 4th floor), the restaurant on the […] 1st floor has acceptable prices and the Metro is wonderfully close. All in all I can highly recommend this Hotel if you are looking for a relatively cheap alternative to "better" hotels and something far more comfortable than a motel. Les mer

Hotellet ligger litt utenfor "sentrum", men har metroen rett utenfor og når denne går hvert 5 min, er ikke transporten vanskelig eller dyr. Bra frokost til Frankrike å være.

Never again. Hotel staff only speaks French, considering Paris is a tourist area. In Hotels.com, the room was advertised as one double bed + 1 single bed. We are a couple and we were given 2 Single detached beds when we arrived at the hotel. The coffee/tea making facilities, the cups were all in plastic, we requested for mugs, but was sent down to restaurant […] as they do not do room service. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two days in Paris. Being a younger couple we did not mind walking further to get to the attractions. It is easy to access, however when we first got there many bums were sleeping right outside the hotel. During the night I would say that saying on the main road is the safest. I had a good stay at this hotel, on overall i am happy because it is very close to metro station and there are tons of shops nearby. the reception staff on the other hand are a mixed bunch, some are very friendly and the others are not especially when you ask them about directions to go to certain tourist location in Paris via metro. very brusque attitude […] but i put that behind me and at the end, i had an enjoyable stay! This gem was one block from the "tube" station and busses(15 minutes to everywhere). Adjacent to Kensington Gardens. Room a bit small.

This hotel was a great place to stay for a night. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was very close to the Arc and Eiffel tower. It was also very convenient. The staff was multilingual and were very accommodating!

We liked the location, near the metro and RER, and the restaurant was good. Wifi internet access was great - good speed. It was down for a few hours, but it was free and fast when it was working. Appreciated the tea and coffee tray in the room. Unfortunately, we saw tiny ants everywhere - in the room and in the lobby/restaurant. IT'S A LITTLE FAR FROM CENTRAL OF PARIS BUT NEAR ESPACE CHAMPERRET VIA TAXI 5 MINS OR UNDER 7 EUROS. ROOM IS CLEAN AND THE RATE IS FARE. SUPERMARKET IS IN 5 MINS WALK. BREAKFAST IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND I SUGGEST TO EAT ACROSS THE STREET.

the shower in this hotel is amazing. the water stays hot and the pressure is strong. the bed was also a king size bed and the mattress was comfortable. this was a good hotel to stay at and very conveniently located to the subway stop. we stayed here before going to the charles de gaulle airport and it was two transit stops awayl. however the trainsit […] was not very convenient but that is another story. the hotel is great place and had a car park for 15 euros a day. Booked the hotel trough hotels.com. Was one of the best rated in the area. Chose it even outside of normal walking distance to attractions because of price and nearness to Metro. The personal is friendly, and there is a subway station just crossing the street, which in Paris is very useful. The rooms are pretty small, but clean.

1. Unhelpful employees. They would do the bare minimum to satisfy your request, and not an inch more. 2. Smelly, unclean rooms: the first one smelled of dog urine so we requested a change; the second room, where we stayed, had multiple water stains in the ceiling and smelled of mold. Carpets were dirty and smelly. 3. Breakfast was a joke: they charged […] us 10Euros each, made us pay cash before entering, and didn't alerted us that 15 minutes later they were going to pick everything up.. The few thing we were able to taste were cold and dry. Please DO NOT HAVE breakfast here! Any boulangerie will give you a fantastic breakfast for a 1/3 of the price. Les mer

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are small. Staff is helpful and speaks good english compared to normal france standard. Metro is close and also there are typical french cafes around.

The room is clean but there is hardly any room to move around after you take out the pull out bed. There is a great bakery as well as supermarket nearby. You can get some fried chicken wings or burger from "Quick" which is just opposite the hotel. The post office is also within walking distance. The hotel is very close to the Metro. Unfortunately to get to the hotel from the Metro you have to pass through a tiny area where there are people begging for money and sleeping there. The hotel is pretty basic. The front desk didn't speak much english but were happy to help point out where the sights were on a map and how to get to those on the metro. […] Our room was tiny but no smaller than any other European rooms. 2 single beds and a cot that goes under the bed for our child. Our chief complaint were the bugs. There were these tiny harmless bugs that crawled all over. They got into some hard, packaged candy that we had. Gross! Told the front desk at the end of our stay and they didn't seem surprised. The room was a bit small, ( but that was expected)but clean and the beds were very comfortable the cleaning ladies were great, some spoke english, the front desk could have been more knowlable. If you are not looking to spend a lot of time in your room then this hotel is ideal. Close to the metro and cafe.

"The hotel is just opposite a Metro station"
This is a reasonably priced hotel in perhaps not a very good neighbourhood but the best thing is that it is opposite a Metro station and close to highway which makes travelling in Paris very convenient. The breakfast wasn't good though!

We spent 4 nights at this hotel in april 2011 and were pleased with the quality/price ratio. This is a quite nice hotel that can be easily reached by car from the Blv. Peripherique, which is very important for someone driving to Paris for the first time.
