I will never stay at this hotel again, I found the staff to be rude then they imposed an extra $25 charge because I wanted to check in early.

The only thing that I care about is how clean the room is, it was "ok" clean but I notice (big yellow stain on the bed,yellow stain on the towel), the worst is yet to come (old socks, underwear n tshirts in the drawer that I hv no idea how long been there)...location is on the highway about 12 miles from the down town, there r near by shopping markets […] around and restaurants for fast food and also a lunch (olive garden n ihop), morning breakfast was little but more than enough for one person,almost everything that u usually take on breakfast, service was fast n nice. It's ok for a day trip friends,don't bring ur family there though,ur wife won't like it Les mer

I purchased a room with a whirlpool. The room, itself, was nice but the whirlpool was working efficiently. The service clerk immediately switched my room but had needed a slight attitude adjustment. All was well afterwards though. The breakfast bar was great!

Overall, it was a good stay. We had a end room and the hot water did not work. We were told it takes a bit to warm up because of the room location, but it never got past lukewarm...a bit disappointing, but other than that staff was great and the complimentary breakfast options were plentiful! I would stay at this hotel again.

There are better, more amicable hotels where they actually do clean your room and refresh the coffee when they say they would. I would NOT stay at this place again.

Loved the room. Only 15 minutes from downtown Detroit. Trainees didn't know how to handle issues. Managers never did. Poor communication.

Our room was large, with a refrigerator and small microwave. It also had a whirlpool which we did not have time to use. Clean, convenient, nice breakfast and helpful staff and a fair price.

I had checked out the various hotels in the area before I traveled to Michigan last week and decided on the Comfort Inn over the more expensive hotels in the area. I hoped I would not regret the decision. I did not. After a minor issue with the bathroom in my first room, I was quickly moved into a different room and my stay was fine. This hotel was on our short-list for a weekend trip to Detroit, and we booked when it went on a 48 hour special deal. Turned out to be a great choice. Staff was friendly and helpful, lobby much nice than you'd expect at Comfort Inn. The free breakfast included hot eggs & meat, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and instant oatmeal in addition to the usual pastries […] and whole fruit. Our room was spacious and very recently renovated, although a little plain. A couple of small maintenance issues were resolved quickly after we called to report them. Great location just off I-96 but far enough that highway noise is muted (our room faced the highway). The surrounding area is nothing to speak of good or bad, like any average Detroit suburb. The staff was friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable! I recently had surgery on my foot and asked if they by chance had a bucket since my foot was swollen. They sprung into action and delivered one to my room! The next morning upon checkout all 3 team members asked me how my foot was. The room was very clean […] ! Les mer

The front desk was helpful and good check in. Room was better than expected and comfortable beds. The only negatives were I could hear the people above us, we were on second floor, when they came in at 3 am and the heat/air unit was older/noisy. But those were minor things to me. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful upon check in. Hotel was busy that night and had to wait a few to check in but no big deal. Hotel is a bit older with newer remodeling. Room felt clean and we had an issue with the sink stopper in the bathroom but no big deal. Told the staff about it and they were very apologetic and wrote the order to fix right […] away. Breakfast was great! Everything from cereal, fruit and cheese to breads eggs ham and waffles. Staff was on top of keeping items stocked and tables cleaned. We were in town visiting family and will definitely stay here next month when we come back! Les mer

There were just a few things that I did not care for. No full size pillows, just a bunch of small little pillows. The hot tub bath tub did not drain completely, so I step into cold water in the morning. And there was no BBC America on the cable channels, How can I watch "Doctor Who" without BBC America?

good room at a good price.clean and did all it needed to do. will stay again at this price.would shop around if it was a higher price point.only complaint was the pillows in the room are terrible...tiny foam couch size pillows..5 or 6..no big deal but all parties in our group agreed on this.

I ended up staying 3 nights in this hotel. I was really happy with the staff, they were great, housekeeping was really nice. I was still in my room wen they came by and hooked me up with whatever I wanted and offered to clean and I said she didn't have to cuz it was fine. And the price was great, go thru hotels.com for a better rate. For the price and […] compared to a room I stayed in the first night this place was great. My family went to visit the Henry Ford Museum for 2 days. Although it takes about 15 minutes drive to this hotel, I would say it is worth. The hotel is nice and clean with the great price and location(right next to I-96). Costco and Mijers are accross the road. The room is fine.It's not a fancy room but tidy.
