Hotel is nice and clean and personnel are always friendly. It is a quiet atmosphere after a long day.
"Ramada Columbus Oh - Pretty inside, not much out"
The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was more than expected, but the waffle maker was dirty so we refrain ourselves of use it. We regreted that didn't had a gym on site, but the tickets for a close by gym were worthy. There was some renovations in some of the rooms which didnt help much the image, but was understandably. "Hotel in Columbus Ohio"
We went to visit my brother and his family for the Thanksgiving holiday. This hotel was within 2 miles of his home. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay at the Ramada North again.
"my stay"
The hotel Ramada in Cols,Oh. They did not have the correct reservation and sent me to the wrong room and also the heater did not work and it did get cold that night.
Cable was out. Not a huge disappointment. No additional rooms were available. I was impressed at how clean the rooms were. Would definately stay again. Don't let the 'cheaper' price scare you away

the room was good just need it a little paint water spot on roof didn't look good. but over all it was a good place to stay

This hotel had a very nice, friendly staff. We enjoyed the very nice pool and clean, quiet rooms. Would definately stay there again.

This hotel fits the category that "you get what you pay for" because the overall condition was poor, however, the people and location were great.

I thought to hotel was well worth the price. The room was quiet and roomy. The breakfast was roomy and the staff friendly. We had stayed at the Hawthorne Suites in the same area and also the same price range on a previous trip. This was a much better experience at the Ramada than at Hawthorne. But the place is old - if you are in to new and glitzy spend […] the extra $60 and try Embassy Suites. Les mer
"Comfort by Ramada"
This hotel doesn't look so great from the outside, or even in the secondary entrances....BUT, the room was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and comfortable and was a welcomed good night's rest!

"nice room, but no ice"
Check-in was smooth - our room was quite a hike away from the lobby, though. We could have parked in a back parking lot, but I really prefer to park near the lobby. We got our exercise. Looked at the property map to find the pool was at the opposite end of the hotel. We suited up and walked down... only to discover a sign saying the pool was closed. […] We walked to the front desk to double-check & yes, it was closed. This was very disappointing because we were really hoping to swim at the end of a long day of driving. The front desk offered us passes to a nearby fitness center, but they only had a pool for laps, which just wasn't going to work with 2 kids who wanted to play in a pool, not swim laps, so we passed on that offer. The room itself was clean, although I did kill one spider in the room, plus we saw a rather large spider in the hallway near the pool. The bed & pillows were comfortable. There was a small couch there which worked well for my 8yr old to sleep on. The ice machines were empty when I went to them in the evening and again in the morning, so that was frustrating. The wi-fi did finally worked, but it took quite awhile to get connected & stay connected. Breakfast was good - a nice variety of items. Sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereals, breads, etc... We all had a good breakfast & prepared to hit the road to continue on our journey. Overall, this wasn't a bad place - it was clean and very convenient to the highway. The lack of ice and the pool being closed were big issues for us. It looked like the hotel was a nice conference center at some point, but had deteriorated a bit over the years. It worked fine for a one night stay for us while driving through -- I'm not sure I'd want to stay here for several days though... at least not with the issues we encountered. Les mer

"Nice hotel"
It's a great hotel. My only problem with it was there was no sign on the main road letting me know where the side road the hotel is on was. I passed it a couple times before I finally found it. Great service and clean rooms made up for the extra driving by far. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Columbus!

I am not picky but the first room they put me in had unmade beds and mud on the floor. The next room was o.k., but in general the hotel was not very clean. When it came time for breakfast there was very little food and the juice machines, waffle makers and coffee makers didn't work. All in all it was not a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would go back another time. I was very excited when we arrived. It is a lovely hotel. It is a good location for all you may want to do and see in Columbus.

The hotel is under new management and getting all new furniture although to me, the old furniture looked good. The new owner was actually on site and really helped to make my stay a pleasure. Bring a mug with you .

The first room had bed bugs and the second room did as well. I ended up staying some place else.
