"Great experience with a couple of glitches."
For the time I spent at the hotel, it was a great place. The room was very clean though for some reason the electrical outlets behind the bed that regulate the lights, the clock and the phone had a mind of its own. Gio restaurant was great, Terry, our waitress and person in charge for the restaurant that night was awesome, she was very helpful and with […] the guidance of the chef, they were able to accommodate my strict dietary needs. Stephanie who worked the breakfast room and in room guest services the next day, was also very helpful and accommodating. What a gorgeous hotel! Staff were friendly, room was spotless, great views, excellent location. The only downside is that the the drinks and meals were very expensive however lots of other options around the area.

Friendly staff, well-appointed Lobby and room. Breakfast served in-room included in rate was excellent. Underground parking garage needs more signage to direct guests to Lobby and back to vehicle. Otherwise, a pleasure.

the hotel was lovely, first-class, from the comfortable beds to the swimming pool. the service was extra-friendly. within the hotel is a restaurant, Gio's, which is not to be missed. the only "less than perfect" rating was for the surrounding neighborhgood, which is bland. but it's only a few short blocks to the waterfront.

Paid in advance through hotels.com. Hotel was overbooked even though I had called to say I would be coming in late. They made me sleep on a couch in a conference room. For $200+, this is not acceptable. Was late at night, had to accept.

Only surprise was we had to pay $20 extra for parking. Other than that, fantastic.

This hotel has a very convenient location, right across from the Citadelle, close to nightlife and walking distance to wharf. It is kept beautifully, and staff are very accommodating. Beds were a little soft for our liking, but otherwise everything was perfect.

I have selected this hotel since It seem to offer a good location and the web site seem to indicate it was nice!!! Wow, I was surprise, This hotel is a great hotel, very nice restaurents in proximity. Location is fantastic, room is clear, spacious, breakfast if great. This is all what you need, in one location.

"Anniversary weekend at the Prince George- Perfect!"
We had a beautiful stay for our anniversary trip. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, bright, and quiet, with a very big, very comfy King sized bed. The room was ready for us early, so we were able to go to the room, relax and unpack almost 3 hours earlier. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel. We stayed on the top floor which included breakfast. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds. Close to the waterfront and other attractions. We did think the water next to the bed and not in the fridge was complimentary ---which it wasn't but it's a very minor complaint. We parked in their garage and walked everywhere. "Outstanding Hotel"
We stayed there twice in the same trip--once at the beginning and again at the end. The rooms were quite comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge assisted us several times. The location is great--right near the citadel and an easy walk to the waterfront. (Coming back is uphill and maybe not quite so easy.) There are plenty of dining […] possibilities in the area to fit all budgets, including one that is open until 5 a.m., which was especially welcome when we arrived very hungry on a Sunday after midnight.
