Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean, room was extremely clean and breakfast was included. I would recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone and i would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was well kept, staff was friendly, breakfast was good! My only reccommendation would be to request a room on the side of the building AWAY from the train tracks. The 2:45am train was not a pleasant thing to wake up to. The tracks were literally right outside my window, and i do think that a room on the opposite side would be much quieter.

This hotel was a perfect place to stop while touring area colleges. Very clean, pretty high end furnishings, and a very good breakfast!

Staff friendly and helpful. I Am an old lady and short, some things (bathroom counter and bed) too high for me. The duvet on the bed lumpy. Continental breakfast very good.

My nine year old son and I stayed there on the way to a soccer tourney. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good and had many items to choose from. I would reccomend this hotel. The only thing I didn't agree with is I didn't get Hilton points because I made the reservations through Hotel.com

The only thing(s) that was/is/were irritating was that there was only one elevator in service and the elevators are slowwwwwww!

We travel a lot for competitions as a team, it is always a relief to find a Hampton Inn nearby. The quality and the value of the hotel are always consistently good. The only hotel we stayed at ever exceeded Hampton Inn was Homewood Suit by Hilton. Having said that, there are a few suggestions for this hotel: 1. Turn up the water and make it hot. It […] almost felt like we were taking a cold shower in the winter, that's how long it took for the water to warm up. The volume of water was like a soft drizzle, very unsatisfying. 2. Move the handicap handle further away from the shower head wall, so people don't knock their elbows on it constantly. 3. Increase the number of outlets in the room for phone and PC charging. 4. Where there is a mirror in the room, include a desk and an outlet so multiple people can get readied while the bathroom is occupied. These suggestions may apply to many more hotels not just this one. We were immediately taken care of, and greeted by hotel employees like old friends, and made to feel that we were very important. Accomodations were clean and new. The linens were freshly laundered and with out stains. A complementary breakfast was complete, and the attendant was very helpful, seeming to know what we were thinking. This was my 2nd stay in the past month. The hotel is under renovation but that wasn't a major issue. The staff was very nice and the adjustments made to accomodate the construction had no negative impact on my stay. I would stay here again.

this location is undergoing a major renovation and I was unpleasantly surprised when a contractor knocked and then without waiting for a response opened my door early in the morning, scaring and waking me up. I told the management when I checked out and she did not even apologize!

I had a short notice that i needed to stay in this area and this hotel worked out perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was neat/clean and in a good location for my needs. I will have to be in this area again relatively soon and will look to this location first.

The Hampton Inn Willow Grove PA provides what you expect from a Hampton Inn: A clean comfortable room at a good price. Breakfast and WiFi are free, and the staff is friendly. I really like staying at this hotel. It has a wonderful continental breakfast and the staff are very friendly. The rooms were nice though not big which is just fine for what I need. The hotel is also located in convenient place right off of the turnpike.

Needed a hotel in the area. For the price it was a good deal. The complimentary wireless and breakfast was pretty nice. A lot of signs advertising the clean bedding which made me wonder if they cleaned everything else "as needed". A hotel is *supposed* to provide clean bedding per stay.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was in town visiting a friend in the hospital with my daughter. I wasn't sure if I was going to be comfortable staying in a hotel without my husband but we both felt safe, the room was very clean and the staff was super nice. Good coffee too!!

This hotel is close to the area where our families live & we usually stay here when visiting. It has many pluses-they offer a very nice, full breakfast. All of the staff were very cordial & anxious to assist in any way possible. They also offer coffee etc. 24/7. In the past we've been happy with the hotel & their services, but this time there were some […] issues. The fluorescent light in the bathroom was flickering & clicking. We asked for replacement, but one was available to change it on Thanksgiving day (understandably). We were told it would be fixed the next day, but it was never replaced during our stay. When we returned to our room after the day's outings on Fri, we found that towels, cups, toiletries, coffee, etc. had not been replaced. It was a minor issue &staff quickly brought the missing items, but we felt it was a big oversight by the housekeeping staff since that's a significant part of what they do when servicing the room. Finally, and this is the main reason why the hotel got a score of '1' on comfort. The heating system did not work properly. It was a wall-mounted system with buttons for high and low heat/air conditioning. There was a dial for turning the temperature up or down--this did not work. The heater was on either high heat or no heat, so we had to continually turn the thing on & off to adjust the heat when we were in the room--including throughout the night. Needless to say we didn't sleep well b/c it was either uncomfortably hot or uncomfortably cold. Les mer

GOOD HOTEL, RIGHT OFF THE PENN TRN PK IN WILLOW GROVE. THE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS HELPFUL. THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS LESS THAN APPETIZING BUT THERE ARE SEVERAL RESTAURANTS NEARBY. GOOD PRICE FOR THE CONVENIENCE

This is a basic no frills hotel. Staff was very friendly. Things I did not like 1. I was on the first floor and traffic was very noisy early in the morning, 2. I returned to my room at 4 pm and room service still had not come 3. A guest brought their 3 dogs and left them outside in their car, they barked ongoing for hours, when a complaint was made […] to the front desk I kept being told they had contacted the guest and it was being worked on meanwhile there was still no resolution by 4 am. The hotel met with our approval and I would recommend to others if all they want is a clean, comfortable hotel for several nights. After seeing and hearing a very loud train pass by we requested a room on the opposite side of the tracks. The desk clerk was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was very quiet and we never heard the train throughout […] the night. The breakfast area was kept clean throughout the morning as many patrons dined. I have stayed twice now and both times was impressed by hotel staff. I found the room to be extremely clean and the sheets "Clean" and fresh. Housekeeping very pleasant and helpful The only problem I encountered was that my key card would require 2-3 trys before it would work.Overall I would rate this a very comfortable stay.

I have stayed here many times and the staff and the hotel always are pleasant. The bathrooms need a little extra cleaning at times, but overall are very clean. The A/C is typical noisy fan. Breakfast is busy and there is little space to sit.

They charged us double for our room and still have not given us our money back. On two occassions our key card did not open our room door and we had to come all the way down from the top floor to have it fixed. They have done nothing to make this mess right. Good hotel, very poor service.

Nice location right off of the PA Turnpike. Several places to eat and get a drink in the near by vicinity.
