Hotellet var fint, og servicen meget god. Det eneste vi kunne sette fingeren på var frokosten, der utvalget var relativt dårlig, samt at å kjøpe wi-fi tilgang kostet alt for mye. Nabolaget bar preg av å være i voldsom ekspansjon, med hektisk byggeaktivitet. Følgelig så det ut som en byggeplass i nærområdet, uten at dette sjenerte nevneverdig. Støy var absolutt ikke et problem. Hotellet ligger et lite stykke utenfor det mest sentrale området av Milano, men ettersom t-banen kun er noen få minutters gange unna gjorde ikke dette noe. To stasjoner med banen, og man er midt i hjertet av byen!

Jeg var i Milano i april, og dro for å shoppe. Det var gåavstand til alle de gode handlegatene, og det var sånn passe rolig rundt hotellet. Frokosten var god og servicen var upåklagelig. Det eneste jeg ville klaget på var at sengene var steinharde, dusjen var rar og de var enten for varmt eller for kaldt uansett hvor lenge jeg stilte på vannet (det kom så sent.. her snakker vi ett minutt eller 2) og dvdmaskinen virket ikke. Sier jeg som ble oppgradert fra vanlig rom til leilighet:D jaja. Supert hotell.

Vi hadde et veldig behagelig opphold på hotellet. Vi hadde rom mot bakgården så det var ingen støy, og rommet var av veldig god kvalitet. En av oss har cøliaki og det viste seg at de var veldig behjelpelige i hotellrestauranten med glutenfrie produkter. De hadde et eget bord med forskjellige glutenfrie varer i frokostsalen. Transport til sentrum var veldig enkelt siden trikken gikk ofte rett på utsiden av hotellet. Hotellet anbefales.
"Very nice hotel"
They could re-paint the walls and repair some tiny things, but generally it's a very good 4 star hotel. The rooms have plenty of space, perfect for our baby to crawl around. The carpet is at least 10 years old, but looks clean. The hair dryer is a joke and the shower head is fixed at the wall. The hotel is hidden in a area of tall houses, but a huge […] signboard makes it impossible to miss it. In the nights you have to ring to get in this area. If we ever go again, this will be our hotel. "Una = number one"
Una was well located and a very nice stay. Probably a bit more expensive, but we really enjoyed our stay.
Every thing is fine except that it is hard to find the hotel entrance.
"Hard to find, but worth the effort"
Hotel Una is well-located for anyone who has to use the Centrale Station, which is only about a five minute walk from the hotel. We had some trouble finding it, because it's set back from the street. Once we located it, though, it was clean and ideal.

"The Una Century Hotel in Milan"
The staff from Reception to table to bar and cleaning staff were polite, helpful, efficient and excellent. The room was good and spacious. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the very tired furnishings in the downstairs common areas, particularly the sofa/seats in the lounge which are tired, old and very worn out (stuffing coming out of the cushions). Very convenient to train station and public transit. Typical high rise hotel with very large and nicely appointed room. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Generous if uninspired breakfast, pastries commercial for Italy and instant cappucino just isn't the same. Internet connection should be free but rates weren't too bad.
"Hotel is Excellent But...."
Comfort wise, location wise, Una Hotel Century is very good, and I would recommend to my friends visiting Milan. However, there is only one thing that would greatly improve my experience there and that is if free wifi can be provided in the rooms or in the public area like the restaurant and lobby area. It charges too high for wifi connection.
"Regrettable"
The hotel looks like it was probably a decent place in 1995, but hasn't been maintained given the style of the design. It's not a bad place, but definitely not a good place. Then there is getting your bags from the street to the hotel, which is a bit of a walk between some buildings...

Our recent stay in the Una hotel was a pleasant stop before our return to New York. Having spent nearly 2 weeks in Italy, we needed a one-night stay in Milan prior to our return flight to NY. "Great Hotel, great value for money"
Excellent superior suite, very nice and clean, very good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to central train station, very friendly and helpful staff. Will go back to this hotel if I ever go to Milan again.

"UNa Century Hotel Milan - brilliantly located"
We chose this hotel because it was close to the railway/metro station and where the buses arrived from the airport. In this regard, it is perfect. An easy walk from the airport bus, there was a tram from the front door to all the best bits of Milan, the metro was close and we used the train to visit friends. The hotel location is very convenient. The condition of the room was somewhat below my expectations for the price. There was obvious signs of wear and tear on wood and the walls were pretty banged up. Service was fine, the rest of the hotel was nice and the cleanliness was great.

"Milan"
The hotel was in a very secure location, security gates to get in and out, and very close to the train station. If you have luggage I would recommend still taking a taxi. The hotel staff strived very hard to be accommodating and friendly and I believe they succeeded. We ate at their restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We were given a welcome […] flute of sparkling wine. You need to take a taxi or bus to center Milan. We took a taxi and I recall it costs about 11 Euro. Depsite the fact that when we checked into our room at this hotel it hadnt been cleaned, we still really enjoyed our stay. The room was probably one of the largest we had stayed in while in europe which also had a couch. And although we had to pay for the internet we still got a clear signal from our room.

"Close to Centrale"
Hotel was a short walk from the Central Train station so it was easy to get around the city via Metro. With hindsight, we would have preferred to stay here longer rather than spend a lot more money on a hotel near the Duomo.

"Great location!"
Great location. Only a 5-minute walk from the Central Train Station. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Large rooms, great for family staying. Our room had a king size bed and a large sofa-bed with a diving wall between the bedroom and the sofa-area.
"Family friendly-convenient location"
The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the Central Station. There is also Tram stop in front of the hotel. Buffet breakfast selection was very limited (the same selection everyday). Have to prepay internet. Room was big and comfortable although the decor was a bit outdated.

The hotel is closely located to the Central station and the metro on a really quiet street. There is not much of a view from this hotel, the bed was a little hard and the TV is old. The Una Hotel seemed a bit difficult to find at first because it is nestled in the middle of other buildings. The closeness of the train made it a great spot to be. "Excellent hotel"
This hotel is well situated near Milano Centrale Station and the metropolitana, an easy walk, even with luggage. It is located off the street, so was bit difficult to find. Once there, every aspect of our stay was great. The room, a junior suite, was spacious by any standard with king bed, large couch, chair, cocktail table, desk and bar with small […] refrigerator. The bathroom was luxurious and with bidet. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was superb; meets, cheeses, lots of breads, fruits, juices, yogurt, cereals, sweets and super coffee. Even American scrambled eggs. Of 4 types of homemade briosce, the panna(cream), ciocolata, marmelata and plain, the briosce con panna was delicious. We did not eat again til evening. The carpet in the room and also the desk space etc look like they have not been cleaned for a long time. The wake up service which was supposed to wake us up at 6 am did not call us at all. Pros- Good breakfast Cons- Very unclean rooms, internet did not work, wake up service unreliable

Requested 2 twin beds, got 1 queen bed...room had exercise equipment which we did not need or use, fire alarm was beeping all night in corridor, did not have a computer that could print off boarding passes ??? Spacious room. Offered 2 computers in lobby with connections to Internet at reasonable rate. Staff was very helpful with answers to our questions and suggested solutions. Convenient to central railroad station.

"Really close to Centrale Station"
I stayed here for one night with my son as a cheap place for one night before moving to another hotel by the Duomo (which was 3 x the price). I asked for twin beds but got a kingsized bed instead. To our surprise, our room had a multi gym, the room was huge and clean. The staff at reception were great and helpful. The bar area was ok, we arrived at […] the hotel about 23.30 and because it was Grand Prix weekend it was quite busy. There was only one bartender who was a little fraught. My overall experience although short and sweet as I checked out at 11.30am was pleasent. Les mer
"Good price...decent location...huge, clean room...uncomfy bed"
The Hotel itself is pretty nice. Very large room, but an uncomfortable bed, with buttons on the mattress every 12" so you could feel as you moved around. Instead of a king, they pushed twin beds together, making an uncomfy seam. Beware: Trash collection on Sat. morning (at 5am) is a loud event! They must compile the trash for the entire block on the […] UNA alley. We could hear a loud crash every few mins for about 30-45min straight. We were on the 12th floor (out of 14)...so a higher floor likely won't help...request the "non-alley side". UNA is not super close to Milan shopping, Duomo, etc, but the Metro is close if you aren't opposed. It's also a short cab ride if you are. Staff spoke good English, but I guess there was a language barrier when we asked for Non-italian food...after 2wks in Italy, we were tired of pasta, pizza, etc. Concierge gave us 2 recommendations--both Italian. However, with a little wandering we found that there were many other restaurants within walking distance. UNA is 40min from MXP Airport, but for about 8 Euros, a bus on the side of the train station is pretty convenient and much cheaper than a cab. Les mer

centrally located, nice hotel with all ameneties and breakfast included; but be careful if you are driving. Parking is 24 euros at the hotel and street parking is difficult to find.

"Centralt og alligevel fredeligt"
Fint og meget prisværdigt hotel med god beliggenhed tæt ved Centralstationen og Metroen. Hotellet ligger lidt tilbagetrukket fra gaden så der var fred og ro på vores værelse. Vi boede 3 personer i en juniorsuite. Der var rigelig plads, så det fungerede fint. Frokostbuffeen helt OK.
