Helt ok hotel, noe slitt, men store fine rom med aircondition. Positiv betjening og spesielt gunstig hvis man skal reise med tog.

Flott beliggenhet like ved sentralstasjonen hvor shuttlebussen til og fra Malpensa flyplassen stopper. Samtidig som det går Metro derifra. Veldig enkelt å finne hotellet (ved litt hjelp av google streetwiew på forhånd) kun 4 minutters gange fra stasjonen. Hotellet er forøvrig et helt greit og standard litt upersonlig hotell. Rene og store rom, hvor møblementet begynner å bli litt slitt. En kjempegod frokost som inneholdt både varm og kald mat, samt masse god frukt. Hotellet anbefales absolutt for en langweekend. Personalet var imøtekommende og snakket veldig bra engelsk.

Good hotel with big and nice rooms. It's near the railwaystation, but it took a while to get to the sentrum of Milan.

Hotellet ligger sentralt like ved centralbanestasjonen, men er litt vanskelig å finne fordi det ikke ligger med fasaden mot gaten. Kort avstand til off. kommunikasjon. Hotellet fortjener sine 4 stjerner. God og effektiv service. Vi er en famile som søkte etter et 4-manns rom. Vi ble innstallert i en romslig suite for en overkommelig pris. Stor dobbeltseng i et rom som kunne skilles fra rersten av suiten med en foldevegg. Det var redd opp i en romslig sovesofa til barna. For øvrig var alle nødvendige fasiliteter der. Hotellet serverte en av de bedre frokostbuffetene vi har fått i Italia. Den var for øvrig inkludert i prisen. Bruker gjerne dette hotellet igjen hvis sjangsen byr seg.

A little hard to find, but once there was good value for money and conveniently located. Great breakfasts included. Lucia on reception was the best tour guide we had on the whole trip. Would recommend

Hotel was a short walk from the Central Train station so it was easy to get around the city via Metro. With hindsight, we would have preferred to stay here longer rather than spend a lot more money on a hotel near the Duomo.

Great location. Only a 5-minute walk from the Central Train Station. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Large rooms, great for family staying. Our room had a king size bed and a large sofa-bed with a diving wall between the bedroom and the sofa-area.

The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the Central Station. There is also Tram stop in front of the hotel. Buffet breakfast selection was very limited (the same selection everyday). Have to prepay internet. Room was big and comfortable although the decor was a bit outdated.

The hotel is closely located to the Central station and the metro on a really quiet street. There is not much of a view from this hotel, the bed was a little hard and the TV is old. The room was really large though. You have to pay for internet, but the connection is fast and the signal is strong. As I spent little time in the room, lack of view was not a problem. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot review it. Overall, the hotel was very nice.

The Una Hotel seemed a bit difficult to find at first because it is nestled in the middle of other buildings. The closeness of the train made it a great spot to be. If you need the train or the metro it was right there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. English was spoken fluently and they were eager to help with any questions. The room was huge and comfortable.

This hotel is well situated near Milano Centrale Station and the metropolitana, an easy walk, even with luggage. It is located off the street, so was bit difficult to find. Once there, every aspect of our stay was great. The room, a junior suite, was spacious by any standard with king bed, large couch, chair, cocktail table, desk and bar with small refrigerator. The bathroom was luxurious and with bidet. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was superb; meets, cheeses, lots of breads, fruits, juices, yogurt, cereals, sweets and super coffee. Even American scrambled eggs. Of 4 types of homemade briosce, the panna(cream), ciocolata, marmelata and plain, the briosce con panna was delicious. We did not eat again til evening. Our high expectations were exceeded, and we would recommend it as a great hotel for the money.

The carpet in the room and also the desk space etc look like they have not been cleaned for a long time. The wake up service which was supposed to wake us up at 6 am did not call us at all. Pros- Good breakfast Cons- Very unclean rooms, internet did not work, wake up service unreliable

Requested 2 twin beds, got 1 queen bed...room had exercise equipment which we did not need or use, fire alarm was beeping all night in corridor, did not have a computer that could print off boarding passes ??? Was short walk from railroad station but diffucult to find as it is behind other buildings..easy to get the bus to airport-about 5 minute walk.

Spacious room. Offered 2 computers in lobby with connections to Internet at reasonable rate. Staff was very helpful with answers to our questions and suggested solutions. Convenient to central railroad station.

I stayed here for one night with my son as a cheap place for one night before moving to another hotel by the Duomo (which was 3 x the price). I asked for twin beds but got a kingsized bed instead. To our surprise, our room had a multi gym, the room was huge and clean. The staff at reception were great and helpful. The bar area was ok, we arrived at the hotel about 23.30 and because it was Grand Prix weekend it was quite busy. There was only one bartender who was a little fraught. My overall experience although short and sweet as I checked out at 11.30am was pleasent.

The Hotel itself is pretty nice. Very large room, but an uncomfortable bed, with buttons on the mattress every 12" so you could feel as you moved around. Instead of a king, they pushed twin beds together, making an uncomfy seam. Beware: Trash collection on Sat. morning (at 5am) is a loud event! They must compile the trash for the entire block on the UNA alley. We could hear a loud crash every few mins for about 30-45min straight. We were on the 12th floor (out of 14)...so a higher floor likely won't help...request the "non-alley side". UNA is not super close to Milan shopping, Duomo, etc, but the Metro is close if you aren't opposed. It's also a short cab ride if you are. Staff spoke good English, but I guess there was a language barrier when we asked for Non-italian food...after 2wks in Italy, we were tired of pasta, pizza, etc. Concierge gave us 2 recommendations--both Italian. However, with a little wandering we found that there were many other restaurants within walking distance. UNA is 40min from MXP Airport, but for about 8 Euros, a bus on the side of the train station is pretty convenient and much cheaper than a cab.

centrally located, nice hotel with all ameneties and breakfast included; but be careful if you are driving. Parking is 24 euros at the hotel and street parking is difficult to find.

Very nice, spacious rooms. Good value. However, it is quite far from the center of town, but is near the train station. Great breakfast!

It's great to have a hotel where you can separate yourself from the children while they go to sleep and you don't have to sit in the dark or hide in the bathroom!! Breakfast great too which was included. Only criticism, the room was too hot.

if arriving by car, know that you'll drive up a narrow road thats actually the road for the tram (surprised us). great, beautiful desk in the room, pretty cool view of downtown. not a bad walk to subway to get to everything. hotel staff was helpful, but not necessarily overly nice. we would stay here again...

This hotel is divine. We arrived 4 hours earlier than check-in and they allowed us to sleep on their fine couches while they prepared our room, which was ready 2 hours earlier than expected. The towel warmers and remote controlled shades were a nice treat after a long flight. The appeal was very modern, however it is located in the business district so not may restaurants available nearby. This hotel was hard to find from the subway stop so be prepared for this. Overall, it was a great stay!

Una hotel Century was an all around good experience. If I have any negative comment it was their excessive charge for Wi-Fi connection. Other than that it was great. The breakfast is the best buffet I have ever had at a hotel and it is free. The Junior Suite was roomy with a sliding partition. It was perfect for our needs

only minor complain was that the hallways were way to hot. at least 90 degrees the entire trip.

Hotel needs improvement. Certainly not a 4 star. Many other countries would class hotel between 2 and 3 star

The hotel is centrally located, the quality and service are very good. The rooms are comfortable and big, difficult to find rooms like that in Europe for this price.

We stayed from 12/29-1/1/09. We had 2 rooms and both rooms were very spacious and clean. Judging from the location and charges, it was superb! However, when we walked from the Main railway station, it was a little bit difficult to find the entrance. We found the sign but when I approached the entrance, it does not looked like main entrance but back entrance for cars. The we moved round but it was the only the main entrance. Is it a little bit disatisfied. There are vast varieties in breakfast and very good. If I can have more smiles from the receptionist and waitress, it would have been the best.

Hotel is located very close to the an underground station which has you in the centre of Milan in minutes. The junior suites are excellent and provide spacius modern accommodation. Service at the hotel is excellent. Parking is expensive at 22 euros a night but provides a safe place for your car.

The "Family Suites" are large for Europe. They easily accommodate two adults and two kids. The location is handy, just two blocks from the central train station and a metro stop. However the hotel is NOT on the street. So when you first arrive take a taxi. Otherwise you could easily walk past their entrance. The neighborhood felt safe but has limited meal choices nearby. Our only complaint was their elevators are quite tiny. So leaving breakfast was like rush hour waiting in line to get on one to return up to our room.

I needed to stay one night in Milan before flying home the next morning to the U.S. The location was great, walking distance from the train station and shuttle to the Malpensa airport. I walked into the center of town from the hotel to see the Duomo. The room was lovely and the bathroom was wonderful. Breakfast is included, but since my flight was rather early, I could not make the breakfasttimes. I advised the front desk before going to bed and they had a "breakfast box" for me at the front desk to take with me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Milan.

Hotel slightly difficult to find as not visible from the main road. However once found in an excellent spot as it is walking distance from central station and the metro stop there. Very clean hotel does appear slightly dated in decor. The reception desk is always busy and seems a little small for the hotel but it serves its function of booking you in and checking you out. We were on the 15th floor and we rarely waited for a lift. The mini bar prices seem expensive at first but cheaper than buying rinks in most restaurants bars and cafe's in Milan. We ordered drinks in the hotel bar the first night and found that very expensive 10 euros for 2 small glasses of red wine! Rooms very clean, complimentary toileteries and ample number of towels. The breakfast is one of the best things about this hotel very large buffet style breakfast served til 10.30 am to meet everyone's taste- fried breakfast, cereal, cake, fruit, yoghurts, croissants etc. A great way to start the day as it is very expensive to eat out.

The location and my overall hotel experience were great. The staff were quite helpful. It was nice to have a large room, and the hotel was clean. I was lucky enough that my room was available even though I arrived quite early in the day.

Like many other 4 star hotels in Europe nothing fancy but rooms are comfortable and very close to train station. It is a great place if you arrive by train and want to see Milan without having to haul luggage. Overall looks dated and not appealing from the outside but once inside OK, but nothing fancy. Staff friendly

This hotel could not be better situated in the heart of Milan. Walk to train station and subway, walk to restaurants, although best ones are a short cab ride away. Very large room - junior suite style. All amenities. Efficient staff. Price very reasonable considering the features. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The hotel is in perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the central station. The room was roomy and clean. Also enjoyed complimentary breakfast.

Great location. Less than 5 minute walk from the Central Train Station. Large room especially for Italy. The bed was very uncomfortable. Two twins pushed together and the sheets feel more like a fine sandpaper. Nice Staff. Clean hotel, just not comfortable to actually sleep.

Easy to walk from Central Train/Bus Station to Hotel. City Trollys and Subway close by. Safe area. Breakfast is included with stay and was excellent. Room was very large and clean.

Had a great stay at the Una Century. It is 5 minutes walk from Central Station, from where you can get to most parts of the city. The suite was huge and ideal for a family of 4. Clean and comfortable. Recoomended highly!!!
