Stayed here for Cinema Wasteland at the Holiday Inn right across the parking lot. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and beds were firm. TV was very old so make sure you have at least a coaxial cable if you want to hook a dvd player. Not far from shopping areas and restaurants. Nothing special, but not a bad place to stay. Will stay here again.

Bad surroundings, was like hotel room rent by the hour. Small rooms. Not as like advertised. Just 5 miles down there are other hotels which are better for the same cost - red roof, days inn.

I would stay there again. Their were some issues but a super housekeeper resolved all the problems with the room and made the stay good. If i was in the market for a new employee I would hire her.

Super 8 Strongsville was a good value, great restaurants nearby

I arrived at the motel very late but was treated very professionally and courteously by the attendant. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone.

The negatives of this hotel far out weigh the positives. The only compliment I can offer is that the hotel staff seemed friendly enough based on the short interactions I had. Here are the negatives: --The room was very damp, as was EVERYTHING in it, including the carpets and bedding. I made sure I had flip flops or shoes on at all times when I was […] walking around the room because it was that bad. --The bottom half of the shower curtain was covered in mildew/mold. --In general, the room smelled damp and moldy, and that smell stayed on my clothes even on my 9 hour trip home. I couldn't wait to get home and wash everything I had packed for the trip. If none of the things above would bother you, then you can stay here at a very affordable rate. If I'm ever in the area again, however, I will pay extra for peace of mind. Les mer

The juice machine was broken. Juice was warm in plastic bottles. Could have chilled in refrigerator over night. Front desk clerk appears to have too many roles in the hotel. Room was fair.

It´s pretty much just what you can expect, I say it´s value for your buck, cheap and the room was clean.

The room itself was clean and in good repair tho it was very small. It offered a king size bed which took up most of the room... I went to use the room phone only to find that it did not have a dial tone. I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk to ask about the wireless internet service that was supposed to be included and the reply I […] got from the desk was to call the tech support line myself and see what they could do because this girl did not have time to help me. Apparently there is a mad rush to check in at 930pm. When I called the tech support line he said that there was a help ticket in place and that it said the hotel staff was trying to arrange a time when they could reset the wireless router. hmm... The person at the tech center recommended that I take my laptop and walk to other locations around the Super 8 complex to try and pick up another signal and sit outside that room to use the internet. There are two buildings at this location and only one vending area, which was at the other building... bucket of ice+200yd walk to get it+heat index of 102 degrees+internet/telephone not working+horrible customer service= very unhappy customer. The Super 8 was fine. We have used this hotel for the past 4 years for two weekends each year. I will continue to use it for the next three soccer seasons.

Room was clean, close to shopping centers, and to the Adidas Classic soccer fields. Would stay again.

The hotel was easy to locate and was convenient to access most areas in Cleveland. The staff was friendly but could not direct me to an alternate route as some of the main arteries in the area were flooded due to heavy rain overnight. The telephone and Internet did not work. The desk clerk indicated this was an ongoing problem for 2 or 3 weeks. The […] room was not cleaned well, dirt around the night stand, Hair in the telephone. The registration clerk was very efficient and polite. The room was quite but the bathroom needed cleaning. The area around the bath tub had brown and black stains in the caulk and the tie did not look like something I wanted to walk on in a bathroom. Old hotel - room was quite small.

Management was very kind and knowledgable. helped with office operations with faxing and coppying, computor access and flexable on checkout time. Parking lot was constantly plowed. They even a laundry facility and workout room

I,ve stayed at this Super 8 a few times before. I,ts very convenient to where my relatives live and extremely convenient to lots of shopping and resturants and medical facilities. The price is good for the location. The staff is always friendly. I,ll continue to stay there when I,m in the area.

Polite, friendly check-in. Though the facility was a little tired around the edges, there were some obvious renovations and updates. The room offered comfortable beds and was reasonably clean. Certainly a great value for the price. I would not hesitate to come back.

Cleanleness was not what I expected for a three star rated place! I recomend that staff places cleanliness above creature comfortorts. Improve immediately.

I'm generally not one to stay in a motel, but decided to save some money since I was travelling with just my two sons. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. We were there for a soccer tournament. Hotel was about 10-15 mins from the fields. Service was friendly and helped with a few questions. The only mixup was that he had a smoking room and wanted a non-smoking room. That may have been our fault when were booked on hotels.com. But overall a nice stay.

The desk staff was very rude and we didnt get the room we reserved. But the room was clean and the air worked great on a hot weekend.

expected a non-smoking room, got a smoking room. No coffee carafe in room, therefore I could not make coffee in the morning

When we first arrived we were NOT greeted or welcomed by a less than friendly front desk clerk . The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked great . My biggest complaints were the fact that our bed was very hard and the pillows were paper flat. Recently remodeled and very clean. Room was small and taken up by king size bed with foot path around bed and through to bathroom. New mini fridge. Very convenient to shopping. This place was half the price of it's nearest competitor and well worth the price!
