Comfy hotel, wifi in room, computers available in hotel. They have washing machines and tumble dryers which was really nice after travelling for several days. You can buy detergent at the reception. Nearby you can find several places to eat, shops and post office.

"Bad customer service"
If you enjoying being serviced by rude and careless attendants, this is a perfect spot. On a bright note the room was clean and comfortable.

This is just a place to shower and sleep. NOTHING more. After the lobby closes you come around to this little back room to talk to them through the glass...kinda scarey! No mention of any amenities, welcoming comments, etc. Room and contents were clean. No hairdryer without going to the desk. Bare bones. "Overall clean room but with funky smell"
As soon as I entered one of the non-smoking room, it smelled very weird and funky. I had to spray all over the room to kill that smell with my herbal spearmint oil and smal perfume I was carrying. Well other than the smell, bathroom was clean and the bed was okay. I looked under the mattess and found a few strands of hair but didn't really bother me […] since there seemed to be no bedbugs. I heard some guys talking aloud outside my room(I was on the first fl) even after the midnight. By the way I would have been scared to sleep if I was located not close to the lobby because some rooms were far down there along the parking lot. Just make sure you ask for rooms close to the lobby if you are staying by yourself for your safety. Les mer

This is the second time..once in North Charleston and now in Norcross, Ga. that my room key was deactivated after the first night and issued to another person....I was booked for more than one night and luckily was in the room when the other party tried to come in. I would stay there again, convinient to I85. Restroom was very clean,great pice.

"Code RED"
This hotel was very old and outdated. The beds were moldy and had black dots on the box springs which is a sign of "BED BUGS". I have stayed at other Red Roof Inn's that are nice and updated. The carpet was nasty and stained. I asked for another room which wasn't much better. Please stay some where else and not at this Red Roof Inn... YUCK

Title says it all. It was a clean hotel and cheap but the area is not the nicest one.

The one on one customer service was great. Everyone was pleasant and did what they could to make our stay comfortable. However, the air on the 2nd floor was not good, they moved us from room 206, which she explained they had been having problems with the air in this room, but they moved us to room 212 and we were gone from around 12noon until 8pm, and […] it did not get cool in there and during the night, it was very hot. The lady on the day shift when we check out was very nice and apologized for any inconvenience. Les mer

"For Price, Hotel exceeded Expectations"
Headed to North Carolina for a National Track meet, we needed a place just to rest from the drive from Texas. The location was excellent. There was a problem with the reservations,but the clerk was very professional and did only what he was authorized to do. And when the TV in one of our rooms did not work, the clerk was quick to move the clients to […] another room. Eateries were close by, so we had a nice hot breakfast before we headed to Greensboro.Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our only problem had nothing to do with the hotel, but with the online registration. I recommend that if one person is going to be financially responsible for both rooms, his or her name should be allowed to be entered for both rooms. If the names of the occupants of each room are necessary, there should be a place for that in the online reservation form. That would have saved us a lot of frustration, however, hotels.com was quick to respond to the problem and was quick to issue a refund for the room we had to pay for that was not used. Les mer
