i would not reccomend this hotel it is not worth the price charged .The room smelled musty the wireing was faulty,the ceiling was water stained .The bed was uncofortable,the rooms need to be kept up.

"Okay"
The hotel was in a good location for us to stay, how ever our room was in dire need of maintenance. Broken bathroom door, main door would not close properly without a fight. All in all for the money and location it was okay! The staff was very friendly and courteous

My room smelled like feces and there were flys all over. The front desk told me to turn the heater on if it was cold when I got to my room. I found out why she had mentioned this when I saw that all the windows were open to air the room out! Horrible!

I enjoyed the price the best as we were in a workshop meaning sleep was all that we needed for this hotel. The bed was soooo comfortable. And then they had continental breakfast too! Everyone was happy and the rooms were quite spacious. Wow..would come back again. Though, would not really use the tub.

There was black mildew on a large area of the shower grout. Water stains on the ceiling of shower area. There were what looked like cigarette burn holes in the blankets. I was afraid of bedbugs.

Hotel was highly overpriced for the quality. Breakfast was a joke. Had to tell the girl behind the desk that there was no milk or orange juice in the fridge. Would never stay here again.

The room was filthy. Also the electricity was not on upon arrival and trash was stuck to the walls. If you do go, wear sandals in the bathtub.
"Smells and strange characters"
The motel itself was in a prime location, unfortunatly the room was much less desirable. The water in the shower would not turn on after being brought to staff attention it was never remedied, the room smelled profusely of cigarette smoke, the bed was just made of plywood (frame) not even coated so as I walked by and banged my knee I also got a large […] splinter. The guests below me were less than desirable and as the curtains didn't close all the way were caught peeking in my window. Needless to say I checked out before my scheduled check out date. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Les mer

Upon check in the desk clerk said that my room may not get a wireless signal; which is an issue since I was traveling for work and needed to be able to access the internet. Once I got my room it got worse, the blankets were dirty and had burn holes, the room was dusty and there were flies around the lights. "Easy On Easy Off"
This Hotel is right off the Exit in Waterville making a return to the interstate very convient.
"Disgusting if not in main building"
We were first assigned to an outbuilding not attached to the office. As soon as we entered the outbuilding, there was a smell of stagnant water (near the ice machine there was an open pipe that allowed water to gush from the pipe to a hole in the floor under it. The carpets were horribly dirty/stained, as were the walls. When we entered the room, it […] smelled of urine. We opened the window and went to dinner. When we returned, the room still smelled. We asked to move and were moved to a room that was attached to the office. This room was much better. It didn't stink at all. It still had the old blue counters, toilet and tub, but seemed clean enough. The breakfast was skimpy and the dining area was small. Les mer
"Econo Lodge - Waterville, Handy Location"
We stayed here as it was convenient to a camp pick up at nearly Colby College. We found the room to be fine - furnishings were in good repair, very clean etc. The exteriors - concrete landings etc. were clean, but seemed a little shabby. Still, for the location, price and actual room - it worked out fine.

Slept Good but hotel could use new beds, and rooms could use mini fridge. had to walk to another building for Ice machine
