We had a fallswiew room booked, and that was we'll worth the money. The hotel was ok, nothing spesial, but a tiny bathroom in our room.

Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. Vil anbefalle andre som vil heller bruke penger på noe annet kjekt enn hotellrom å velge dette hotellet, da du får utrolig mye for pengene.

Everything about this hotel was perfect-the pool was spotless, the room as well.....if you want to be further away from the downtown core, this is the perfect place. Free parking and Bus stop out front, and only 5min ride to the falls....

For the most part is was an awesome stay - but it really would have been better if the TV in our room was working. When reported to the Hotel staff all they did was apologize.. But on a positive note that just meant we didn't spend money on Movie rentals lol!

Good for the price. Room was clean and location (close to Niagra Falls) was good! I rather spend my bidget on my family doing things outddors than on an expensive hotel.

"Do not recommend"
I booked this hotel through hotel.com. When I reached, they gave me a courtyard room, which is more like a roadside motel. I had to upgrade it to a different room and pay additional. Room was not clean. Called operator, did not pick up. Not friendly. I would not come to this hotel again.
"One of the Better Places to Stay on Lundy Lane!"
Excellent value in Lundy Lane in Niagara Falls, Ontario which has "hundreds" of very cheap but often run down, older establishments. Plenty of parking; free coffee in the lobby. The main part of the motel has extras such as a coffee maker in each room, but there is an International House of Pancakes attached to the Comfort Inn as well as numerous restaurants […] within walking distance of the motel. "Out of the way and over-priced"
There are 2 sections to this hotel, the actual hotel section and a part off to the back of the hotel that isn't attached. They call it the courtyard, but its more like a dingy motel - dull lighting, gross bathrooms and bedding. When we arrived they initally sent us to the courtyard. At the time there was a cultural picnic in the area so the courtyard […] was jam-packed with young people that were drinking and partying and being very loud and raucous. I called the front desk and requested that we be moved into the actual building. They moved us without any trouble however the difference was like night and day. Much nicer, still all of the same amennities, just cleaner and updated. We couldn't understand why they didn't just give us a room inside to begin with! Other than that incident, our stay was fine however the hotel was very overpriced and not walking distance to the falls. Les mer

The motel was very nice can't say the same for the IHOP rest. that is hooked to motel. I would say stay at the INN but don't eat at IHOP. BM USA 6/10/11
"EXCELLENT"
Although its ranked as a 2 star; its a great hotel. The Comfort Inn on Lundy's is clean, the pool is great and the service is excellent. This is my second time at this location and if you plan on staying slightly further away from the Falls because the other hotels are too expensive, give this one a try!! You will enjoy the piece and quite!!

The Inn was in the perfect location for eating, going to the Falls, and shopping. There are two items that should be in each room to make the stay even more enjoyable. They are a coffe maker and a small fridge, otherwise this is the location we would go back to again and again.

Room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Staff was helpful and knowledgable. Availability of computer, fax and printer was an unexpected plus.

"No breakfast"
Your website indicated continental breakfast included - wrong! There is an IHOP in the building, and therefore the only thing available is coffee in the lobby. Otherwise, room was clean, staff helpful, and relatively quiet considering there were several teen groups staying there at the time.
