NOT ENOUGH ELECTRIC PLUG INS (MY CPAP MACHINE, LAPTOP, PHONE CHARGER, IPOD CHARGER, ETC.). MATTRESS NOT FIRM ENOUGH. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!

"Great staff and accomodations - money well spent!!"
This Holiday Inn Express is not only staffed with very polite and helpful people, but the whole motel was very clean and pleasing to be in. Even the hallways were clean smelling (no smoke or stale food smells) and extremely clean!! Our room was clean and well stocked with the necessary items, especially towels, and the room was very quiet, even during […] the height of the check out process. The quality of the television programming was a nice addition as well. Even the grounds and parking lots were clean and well lit. As for the morning breakfast, it was a wonderful, FRESH selection and there was a designated employee to constantly monitor and restock the items, which was great as there were a large number of guests, and NO ONE had to wait for a breakfast item to be restocked!! The hotel is close to many attractions - shopping, restaurants, theaters and kids entertainment - and is easily reached from the main roads from any direction. The only item that we had an issue with is the mattress was very comfortable, but a little soft for our liking, but it would NOT deter us from staying again!! Les mer

"Basketball Tournament"
It was great to have the pool and hot tub available until 11pm, since our last basketball game ended at 10pm. Also the breakfast in the morning had plenty of options and was a great way to start out our day--plus it offers a considerable savings which helped to offset the abnormally high price of the room. Staff was awesome, we enjoyed our stay.

Within an hour drive to many attractions in Denver and surrounding areas in Colorado and Wyoming. Great variety of nearby restraunts too. Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Chuck E. Cheese, and more! Near the mall and a movie theater as well. The hotel was an old model Holiday Inn that has ben updated and remodeled to be a Holiday Inn Express. The doors close very loudly so it was not at all quiet in the evening as everyone who leaves or comes into their rooms can be heard constantly. The A/C-heating unit was very loud. The beds are a bit too soft. Staff wasn't at the desk when I checked in or when I left, a bit hard to find people to help, but when they were found, they were friendly. Location […] is convenient. the hotel in greeley was close to the greeley mall and several resturants. the employees were friendly and helpful. The room and beds were ]very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hot tub was broken, but immediate arrangements were made to use the facilities at a neighboring hotel. Close to many restaurants.
"Noise Factors in Hotels"
The only thing that we were not happy with is that Hotels would be rated higher if they thought of the noise factor for their guests. The people in the room above us at the Holiday Inn Express in Greeley Colorado were up a lot during the night and they were heavy footed when walking and let doors slam when they shut. When the hotel isn't full as it […] didn't appear to be, it would be better if they did not book people in a room below other rooms that are occupied due to this noise factor. Except for that the hotel was very clean, and had very accommodating service. But when you don't get a good night sleep because of the noise factor, you aren't apt to give a very good review. this was my first time a the HIE, and the price is worth paying clean,friendly and full breakfast. the lokatio is great close to the place i have to be will stay here againg and aging with out a dout =) =)
