Quite OK hotel and nice service. There are some noise due to the airport nearby, but not a big deal.

Svært utsatt for flystøy. Selve rommet var meget godt støyisolert og stille, men på taket ved bassenget måtte man holde seg for ørene når flyene tok av. Ellers et meget bra hotell.

Great location if you are wanting to be in the old city of Dubai and close to the airport . Good friendly staff. However they need to improve their efficiency when they check out guests. Took 8 min to give me change!!!! Phone did not work in my room either !

The hotel was fine; large room; decent size bathroom; good closet space; clean. Staff decent. However, when I went to the Iranian Club, they were very rude to me and said, "Families only" and escorted me out. My colleague who is a plastic surgeon had a similar experience. This is a business hotel at good price outside tourists area and old part of Dubai . Good for a single businessman to do business meetings,nothing around it is attractive for even a short walk .

We didnt realise it was right under the flight path. Flights all night, Although the room was very sound proof one could hear the aircraft. And sitting on the roof next to the pool. One had to stop talking when an aircraft flew over............

Good Hotel but close to the Airport so you can hear plans taking off around the clock.

Good value business hotel - staff and facilities very good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed - it was a business type of room but the hotel is not in a tourist area (although the metro station is only a short walk away). The only downside to the hotel was the exhorbitant charge for WIFI access, the hotel caters […] for business customers and I imagine the majority of these want internet access so it seems very poor to charge 90 dihrams per day for internet access - basically it simply increases the room charge. Very friendly staff, especially the manager who was very understanding when we checked in early in the morning. Very efficient and friendly front office n security personnel.

I have stayed at this hotel about every 4 months from April 2004 till My late stay on Dec. 13 2011 the staff and front desk all ways help any way they can and the food and drinks are nice the 5th floor bar is nice stop.Roof top Pool and Bar are very nice. The hotel is located in line with the take off and landing strip - a lot of noise. Furthermore it is in the center of an Indian district, you would almost think you were in Dheli or some other place in India. Excellent service all around clock. I'm Very happy with the suite quality and will sure visit the same hotel again. Just 6 minutes drive with the taxi to the airport.

this very nice hotel to stay at, has night nice club , but food served at dining room is not good for the price but there are neighbourhood

Close to traditional shopping areas. Rooms are average for a four star hotel. Internet is pricey in the room. Lounge facility is barely minimum. Will recommend depending on the price.

I had to leave two days prior to my reservation ending due to my food poisioing and issue with cleaning and electricity.I do not recommend this hotel to any one.

very disorganized,I got sick due to use of their restaurant food and they had issue with electricity and few hours with no power on 110 F humid weather.I had to leave 2 days prior to my reservation in that hotel and get another hotel apatment.

I was impressed with the quality customer service and cleanliness. The rooms were well kept, prompt maintenance and house keeping. Convenient to Dubai International Airport. I will certainly come back to stay there.

I expected that the internet acces should be free for the guests for such hotel but to all my surprises they charge for internet and it is certainly not cheep!

The hotel room was very clean and staffs were also very helpful. Very central to all amenities, with shops and restaurants mins away. will def stay there again.

This is a well above average hotel in a convenient area of Dubai. Quick access to and from airport, clean rooms, friendly, helpful and profession staff. I highly recommend this for the business traveler working in Sharjah who prefers the convenience, accommodations and amenities of a Dubai hotel.

This hotel sucks. I stayed there and wasnt satisfied at all. It is a dissappointment. Old and stinky towels. Uncomfortable beds. Poor service. And much more bad points. This sucks really. Don't waste your money on this crap. Pay your money where it is really worth it.

I booked this hotel because it was 4 star and because of the brand name I expected a lcertain level of service. They have the basic structures and ammenities for a 4 star hotel but maintenace I must say is poor. The first room we got smelled of wet dog. We asked for a change and got a better smelling room but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. It […] had black accumulated water stains on the tiles that was quite frankly disgusting. Also for the 3 nights that we were at the hotel, our room was never cleaned. They would just make the bed and restock supplies. I was really really disappointed. I book 4 star hotels to guarantee me a certain level of service. However, the Staff were very helpful and friendly. We have been to this hotel once before and it is really well located. Not too far the local metro station and located near a variety of shops. Rooms are also great and staff are extremely helpful. I was disappointed with the Salon, an individual working there tried to overcharge me 4 times the original amount, but I think the Salon is not really part […] of the hotel as such.. About the only bad thing I can say about this hotel is that it is directly on the flight path of DXB about a mile or so from the end of the runway. If you are a light sleeper, you may find it difficult to get some rest at night. The hotel staff is first class, helpful, professional and exactly what a business traveler expects. The internet is somewhat […] pricey for a 24 hr period but there are some less expensive plans for one or several hours that wont gouge your wallet as bad. Room service is available 24 hr. which comes in handy if you an early morning flight or get in late. The distance to the hotel from DXB terminal 3 is very close (40 AED, 11 USD) and will only take about 10 minutes. I've stayed at the club level on two separate occasions. The club room has two computer stations with available internet at no charge to club level guest. Wireless is also available in the club room at additional cost. The club room stops serving snacks and cocktails at 20:00 which is a bit too early in my opinion. There is a very lovely pool at the roof level with a heated hot tub and swim up bar and plenty of louge chairs. From this area you can read the serial numbers off the tires of the planes as they make their approach to DXB. (Bring your ear plugs.) All of the other descriptions are fairly accurate. I've had it with hotels that claim free Internet and it isn't really.. I'm simply not going to stay at another hotel that doesn't offer FREE WI-FI period. If you're staying on the "CLUB ROOM" floor you can use their two broken down laptops with basic filtered web only Internet access and you cannot install SKYPE. If you want to use Wi-FI on YOUR laptop […] there is a substantial charge by the day or hour. No Thanks. I'll find another hotel that has FREE Wi-FI and you should too. Les mer

Very nice hotel. Stayed for one night only. Clean and inviting. Friendly and courteous, very helpful, polished and accommodating staff. Well appointed rooms and adequately noise insulated from nearby air traffic. Good value for area and proximity (10 minute by taxi) to airport. I stayed at this hotel for three nights.I was completely disappointed to see the furnishing and comfort of my room.The staff was not all that great and cooperative too.they give hard time and make troubles for your visiting guests.One morning i was expecting three guests whom i had invited for breakfast.when we went to the breakfast area there were […] only 10-15 seats for all people coming for breakfast.I was told to wait in my room and they would call me as the seats become available. we waited for their call for atleast one hour,after that i called them,they said still no seats were available.after an other half an hour they called me and said sorry but we still dont have any chair for you.and they offered me to go in the lobby to another eating area.when i went downstairs with three of my guests,they told me that the time was over and buffet was closed, there was nothing to eat except we would be generous to offer you the tea or coffee or whatever leftover but you still would have to pay for your guests. and that was 70 dirhams per guest.i thanked them for their kind generosity and left the area with clear signs of embarrassment on my face infront of my guests.Another very cheap and rude thing i saw there with some other guest in the lobby as i was passing by to go out.i swear i am unable to tell you here but i will just give you a hint.some person that was staying in that hotel too, was expecting a female guest. as his guest arrived, the hotel employees standing outside or inside the main entrance i am not sure said some very cheap words to her.He even asked her to give him her cell number.when i came down through the elevators to go out, i saw all that scene coz the guest was fighting with them outside the main entrance and explaining others about what happened to his gueast and was angry and was asking that employee to take him to management to make sure that never happens again with anyother guest.there are other things too but i think thats more than enough not Les mer

The Staff was great. I stayed 15 days and I had a great time.

Great customer service and always available and willing to help more. We're rushing at the last minute and we're given extra two hours free of charge after five nights in the hotel.

Very friendly, helpful, happy staff in all departments.
