This is a very good one we find in this trip. Just 15 mins. drive to Dallas-Lovefield. You don't really need to drive; hotel provides shuttle too.

My family and I went on a mini vacation and loved staying at this place they had wonderful service and enjoyable staff. Loved the rooms and breakfast.

This hotel is not the one we usually stay at when we are in Dallas but our other hotel couldn't accomidate the number for quests we had. The hotel is nice, happy hour was a nice bonus, the work out room was great and the pool and spa were comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was the air conditioner didn't […] work very well and made wierd noises thru the night, but it didn't help that we were in Dallas during one of the hottest heat waves of the summer. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having the extra room where I could work while my family played. My room did face the interstate but the hum from the air conditioner was loud so the traffic noise didn't bother me. If I'm ever in Dallas again I would definitely consider staying here again.

When I book a hotel, I'm looking for a few key things. A clean and updated room, a comfortable bed, free wi-fi, and hopefully a free (hot) breakfast. Springfield Suites had it all. The room was clean, the wi-fi worked, in the lobby they have a computer for guests with a printer, the breakfast was decent, and the bed was firm but not hard. Some reviews […] mentioned the tv is not a flat screen, and that is true, but I don't need a flat screen to watch the news before I go to sleep. Location, location, location -- if your business or evening activities bring you to this area, this is a good spot close to many cheap restaurants, a liquor store, and niteclubs like Baby Dolls. Great value all around.

My stay was great they allowed me to check in early, had great breakfast and dinner, that was free to guest staying there. Rooms were good size. Only thing is needed was updated tv. Need to have Flat screen tv in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast area. The facility was nice, except that the TV's were old and not flat screens.

We love this hotel. We always stay here when we come to Dallas. The staff is friendly. The rooms r always nice and clean. The breakfast is pretty good.

As a female business woman, the closer I got to the hotel, the more worried I got seeing all of the signs for the Strip clubs. Sure enough, there were many men in the streets along the way. The hotel parking lot is well lit, but parking in the back (no space available in the front as I arrived late) was a little unnerving as many men were getting ready […] to leave or loitering in the parking lot. Once inside - there was no riff raff and no evidence that this is a juke joint hotel - but still, females staying alone may want to stay somewhere in another area of Dallas. Les mer

Everything about this hotel was great except the mattress was hard. If they only would upgrade the mattress it woud be a 5 rating overall.

We stayed here on NYE to avoid driving after going out. We were so surprised when we checked in at how friendly an helpful the staff were. I asked them to call us a cab to a local restaurant, but there was no need since they had a shuttle and gladly took us to our destination. The room itself was very large, with a separate bedroom that closed off from […] the living area. They had a full breakfast in the morning, not just your standard bagels and cereal. This suite hotel was great for a multi-day stay. Located near Love Field, it also is 15 minutes to downtown Dallas and 30 minutes to downtown Fort Worth (in off-hours travel). Not only is there a good breakfast, but the happy hour is so extensive that it can be a light evening meal. Staff was extremely friendly. No one wore cowboy boots.

I will say the staff went above and beyond, the free Dinner and Keg of beer in the lobby every night was a very nice touch. I guess the only thing that I could say is that the rooms are in need of updating with new furniture and definitely new bedding and mattress, other than that the room was nice.

We were very impressed with the hotel room and the quality of the service! For the price we paid, we were expecting a smaller standard room but we got a nice big room with double beds and a separate seating area. The breakfast was very good. The smell of warm waffles filled the halls. We would definately go back!

Overall the room was OK. A little dated but not much. Staff was great. There are two TV's in each room. One of mine didn't work in the bedroom. Oh well, I'll watch the other one. The one thing about hotels charging today's rates, they should have at least today's technology. Both TV's are tube televisions 25". Most hotels today charging the same prices […] have up grated to larger flat screens. If I am going to get tube TV's, charge me 1990's prices. Les mer

I was very impressed with the customer service at this hotel. Our check-in took less than 5 minutes and when we asked the front desk clerk about taxis to and parking at the American Airlines Center where we were attending a concert, she offered to do the research for us. We were able to go up to our room and get situated and in a short time she contacted […] us with the information we needed. The hotel and room were very clean and nicely furnished and the full breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Surrounding neighborhood is what I'd consider somewhat safe during daylight hours but I'd limit my time outdoors (and especially alone) after dark. Les mer

Overall the hotel was great! They served breakfast and dinner during the week so that was great to know we could go to the hotel and eat. The only down side was that there was a small crack in the window ledge that made a whistle noise when the wind passed. They offered to move us so they could repair it. This comfortable hotel with 2-room suites, small but just fine for the price, was welcoming, and used all its services to the fullest. There was a late afternoon "happy hour" in progress when I arrived and a free hot breakfast in the morning. I normally have trouble sleeping the first night in any hotel, but I slept fine here. The […] laugh is that when the van was pulling up to the hotel I saw the "Men's Club" on one side and a liquor store on the other -- I shared with the very friendly driverette that there was a time when having those two businesses close by would've meant big trouble for me, and we both smiled.
