De ansatte var vennlige, rommet stort og velutstyrt, men nabolaget var 'skummelt' - særlig for en som ikke hadde med bil og som i påvente av flyavgang måtte oppholde seg i og rundt hotellet nesten et døgn

Bra hotell med god frokost i amerikansk målestokk. Hotellet ligger ikke langt fra forskjellige fasiliteter, men disse fasilitetene passer nok best for folk med småbarn. Dette gjenspeilte seg også i folkene som bodde der. Veldig hyggelig personale.

The hotel room was reakky dark and need to improve on lightings.Basci room but I think the carpeted room need to be cleaned. Simple room but location was very very bad. Cant find another tour company to pick me up for tours. Front desk staff not very informative.Imagine they dont know how to get to UNiversal Studio by public transport

We found the service at the front desk very helpful. Our room was very clean. The bed was a little hard compared to what we are use to but over all we were happy with the room in general.

We chose this hotel for our upcoming trip to Disneyland. We were trying to chose a more cost friendly hotel and this one was right in our range. After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried yet booked it anyway. Once there, we got a room on the bottom floor, which helped since we had two young children with us. Once I walked in the room, […] I fully inspected it, because the other reviews can freak me out. Perfectly clean bed, no bugs, no stains, nothing bad at all. AC worked fine and didn't smell funny or anything. Mini fridge and microwave both worked and were clean. Bathroom only had one downfall which was that the bathtub didn't plug so the little ones could take a bath, yet it was easily fixed by placing a rag in the drain opening. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, as were the pillows too. There ended up being a sofa sleeper in our room too which we didn't expect but their worked in our favor in the end. The floors weren't as bad as everyone claims. I used slippers and the kiddos usually had socks on and they never ended up being black. The kids loved the morning breakfast. It filled us up before heading to the parks. The drive to the parks is a straight shot and only about 15 minutes away. We would totally stay here again. Les mer
"Bad experience"
My new suv with a disable placard and parked in the disable zone. Next morning some unknown person used a sharp instrument scratched circles on top of the hood for no reason causing hundreds of dollars in damage. I know it is not the hotels fault but with clients like those in that neighbood, I doublt that I'll be there again.
Stayed there for the weekend. Room was very clean and comfortable, beds and pillows very comfortable. Clean bathroom. Hotel staff very cordial. Standard hotel breakfast of cereals and milk, fruit, make your own waffles, several juices, tea and coffees, muffins and pastries, toast. Plenty of food and someone there to refill. Very friendly staff, helpful, polite. Not too bad of an area, except for hookers walking up and down the street all day.

"Ramada stay for soccer tournament"
This was our first stay in a Ramada and it was very comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. We usually stay in another popular chain but I think I just might switch for good. It was very nice to have breakfast available for free in the morning. My girls enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and I loved having the couch in the room. At night the girls wanted […] their own beds so they pulled out the sofa bed. I loved the shower head!!!! The neighborhood looked a little sketchy but then again we live in a rural area and are not used to the city but we had no problems and felt safe in our hotel. Management is where I had the biggest issue. They took no responsibility for things going wrong and I witness them treat housekeeping very poorly. Housekeeping was completely overworked.

Stayed at this Ramada with my 3 grandchildren and daughter. The breakfast was great the kids loved the waffle maker; saved us from having to buy one meal a day. It was very close to all of the Anaheim attractions and the pool was clean and well kept.

Very nice hotel and great employees. Our stay was wonderful and enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast in the morning, after a well rested sleep in the comfy beds. Overall one of the best hotels i have stayed in for a great price.

The hotel was pretty good but lots of trash laying around the property. Old mattresses and file cabinets against the wall. Bed was very comfortable but the air conditioner didn't cool off the room very well. Lighting in the room was very strange as the placement of them didn't seem right. I stayed here with my two sons and we were very please. They love the jacuzzi. The air conditioner didn't work very well and the shower head had no pressure, but overall I was very pleased.

Overall it wasn't bad. I chose this hotel in the first place because it was the cheapest on hotels.com. However, it was a challenge because we were doing Disneyland and it's about a 20 minute drive. Well we didnt have a car, so we had to take the bus, and it only passes every hour. So if you're doing disney and want to go cheap, then rent a car. A taxi […] was 17$ one way. The motel itself wasnt bad. We did the pool and spa the first day. The pool is really small, and the waters cold, but it was fun for the kids. The spa was hot and relaxing. The motel was clean, we brought our own food. Microwave and fridge in all rooms. We brought bananas and ended up having to throw them away cuz they developed ants. The beds were comfy, the bathroom had plenty of hot water. It all worked out fine. Les mer

I can say it's a much much better place to stay that any other hotels of it's class. Keep it up Ramada.

right at the beginning i had a bad experience.. when i got there i asked what there is to do around and he asked if i had a car and i said no as i just flew in for 3 days.. and he says then theres nothing if you dont have a car your a nobody.. so then i asked him well i heard you can take transit to santa monica and he says "I highly dont recommend […] it" In fact all the front desk was a pain.. needless to say i still took transit to santa monica and had a blast.. the location is terrible.. it's by a bunch of other rundown hotels and it's just a very longgg streach of nothing Les mer

We stayed here over spring break 2011. I was a little worried at first because of some of the reviews but everything else was either sold out or asking WAY too much per night. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. It was a really quick drive to both Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm and there were lots of […] places to eat nearby. The hotel was much better than I was expecting. It was clean, the beds were actually pretty comfortable (which never happens!) and the man at the front desk was really kind. I would gladly stay here again in the future. Les mer
"Nice Staff, Gross Motel"
This Motel is about 20 minutes from Disneyland, not as close as it suggests in its description. It is in a very scary area of town which made us very uncomfortable. The rooms was very musty and smelled of mildew which seemed to cause problems for our kids with allergies. We stayed for one night and the Motel graciously gave us a refund and for the remaining […] nights we stayed at another Hotel closer to Disneyland. the people at this hotel were very rude. We needed an extra night and they were not friendly about extending our stay. During breakfast, there was a lady who spoke spanish and set the tv to a spanish channel when 99% of the people there would prefer english. also, there were a lot of guests on our floor who ran around yelling in the middle of the night […] and the walls were so thin we did not enjoy our stay there Les mer

I am very happy with my choice. My family is was a little disappointed in the beginning because the hotel is small and we have ground flour rooms. There was a smell of cleaning solution. But after the first night they changed their mind. We spend most of our time in Disneyland and LA area and went in the room just for a sleep. The room and the bathroom […] are clean; we had fresh sheets and towels every day; small clean pool. There is iron and hair dryer too. The Internet was slow but I do not need one on my vacation anyway. The breakfast was good, fresh coffee every morning. For the money that I spend and save in the same time it was the perfect hotel for our vacation in California. Les mer

To our surprise we had a microwaave and refrigerator in our room .. a nice bonus to a nice and clean room and bathroom! The continental breakfast in the morning was wonderful .. everything you would want: delicious hot waffles, toast, bananas, 3 kinds of cereal, muffins, pastries, oranges juice, milk and coffee! The girl working the breakfast area always […] kept the area clean and well stocked! Our grandkids enjoyed watching cartoons every morning while having breakfast. Also, the lobby has internet available for guests so I was able to check my emails every morning. We will definitely stay here again ... we had a great experience. Les mer

"Very nice"
We had a great experience on our stayed in this hotel. Our room was very clean thats is the most important thing I look for when we go on vacation, we really don't care for 5 star hotel as long its clean, but this one really made our vacation extra nice,the service overall was fantastic. We got downstairs for breakfast around 8:30 we thought there wasn't […] going to be enough for us, but the Iady that works there made sure all of the guest that got there late like us were happy. Hi, In our recent visit we experienced an issue. We were 5 into the room. Room smelled realy bad. The first issue was when we came back from the whole day we tried to takea shower and the shower was broken. Also the air conditioning was not able to regulate the temperature. They move us to a different room was better. The second issue was every day […] we need to go to the office asking for towels because they made the room with only 3 sets and we were 5. If they know the room is being occupied by 5 why they don't fill the room for 5 people? Tanks Les mer
