Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte, god mat, behagelige senger. Eneste som var litt skuffende var at det sto her på hotels sine sider at frokosten var gratis, noe den ikke var.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was exactly as described. I will stay here again. Only negative is that the breakfast is expensive, with tip about $16 per person. Some of the other local hotels have a free breakfast so keep this in mind.

I would use this hotel again. It was clean and comfortable. The accommodations were updated and the staff was friendly. The breakfast they mention is not free. I didn't venture out much, but it is only 5 minutes from Dallas love field and it is a simple walk to the Hilton Anatole if you have a business conference there or want to shop.

Nice sized room, nice staff, helpful. My only complaint was that they didn't give us toilet paper but it was just a call away! All around great experience. I would definitely go back.

It was very comfortable and affordable and we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was courteous. There are not many things near the hotel other than other hotels, so it is a little drive to eat or see sights, but we knew that in advance and it was just what we needed. The neighborhood felt safe. great location! under 2 miles from American airlines Center and House of Blues. Easy to navigates between hotel and venues

Overall was poor, had my F 250 King Ranch stolen out of the hotel parking lot. No cameras outside and no security for the parking lot. All they did was have me fill out an incident report. GM was to give me a call the next day never did and all they did was try and give me a free breakfast for the next morning.

Everything was great except for the bar tender he was rude and did not appear to want to do his job he disappeared many times and when asked to dim the lights informed us that he could not until finally one of the kitchen staff heard the patrons complaining and just simply turned off a light switch i have not stayed at a Hilton in awhile and given the […] choice of many hotels in that area I will never stay at this one ever again we were also told that no manager was on site at 9 pm in the evening Les mer

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. However we stayed on November 25th . The air conditioning was still on and the heat had not been turned on. Overall it was a nice stay. The people at the front desk during check in were rude and kind of snooty. They were really the only employees I came into contact with. The room was great.

the shuttle to airport didnt run before 7am, which was a hassle cause the cab they called for me tried to charge me 35.00 for a 3 mile trip. and i commented on it and she dropped it to 25.00 and said plus another 5 for tip. bad cab service to recommend from the hotel in my opinion. plus no coffee before 7-8am for us early travelers.

It looks like my feelings on this hotel mimic the three stars it is given. Nothing wrong with the hotel but nothing outstanding. I stayed in town for a couple days for a conference and this hotel really made me feel like I was going home every night. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I came across an unusual problem and they were all very helpful and considerate. The staff did not stop until all of my issues were settled. The girls in the front, "Le" Leona and Allison […] are the most wonderful front desk agents! The shuttle service is also very convenient and sealed the deal for me. The staff was not very helpful when we were needing a ride from a concert. They do not inform well about shuttle services nor do the shuttle services go very far.. Not even to a venue that was only 8 miles away. Just not very accommodating. The rooms are very outdated as well..

The service at the hotel was good, I don't have any complaint in that sense. But when I did the reservation by phone, the person whom I talked too told me the hotel had a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and also from the hotel to the Dallas downtown area (close to the Galleria Dallas). That was not true, and when I got there I had to […] spend approximately $120.00 more that what I had expected, because I had to pay for cab services. That's what I did not like about this hotel in particular. The staff immediately explained to me they did not have any shuttle and they help me to find a cab to be able to go where I had to go. After the disaster stay at a more expensive Hilton in New Orleans, this place was cheaper, cleaner and more pleasant. Kind of far from anything so you have to take a cab, but the staff were very friendly.

The room size was nice. Internet access was free and easy to access. The bed pillows were not firm enough. I didn't request any others so I don't know if something else was available. Everything was Great except we should have included breakfast too. Fast checkin and the room was great Easy access to freeway. Wish there more hotels closer to fair eventhough 10 min away wasnt too bad. We are considering staying there again.

It was Great. Staff was very helpful and check in was quick. The room was neat and clean. It was real nice. Didnt like that we had to go all the way around to get in. But I guess that was for safety reasons. It would have been better if we had included breakfast when we booked our room.

It was a good place to sleep and prepare oneself for the next event. The bad thing, maybe it was just that room, was the free wifi being super slow, and the television having very bad reception. One only deals with this in the morning and night. So, it's not a big issue.

The room was very nice. It was clean and in very good shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked them questions on a few occassions since we were from out of town and they didn't seem to mind at all and got us the answers or information we needed.

Stay would have been flawless, except for the fact that hotels.com led me to believe I was booking a smoking room. Hotel wound up being 100% smoke free.

Mine was a short stay that was quite pleasant and without problem. The staff were quite helpful, directing me to some of the nearby attractions in which I had an interest, and even kindly offered the use of their hotel-shuttle (for the mere cost of a reasonable tip for the driver).
