Vi var sent ute med å bestille, så det var ikke så veldig mye å velge mellom. Dette er et motell. Skulle være totalrenovert i 2011, det er uforståelig for meg. Veldig mye bråk fra air condition, sengen stod kloss inntil denne, så det ble å velge mellom støy og trekk, eller varm og dårlig luft. Kontinental frokost skulle likt å vite hva som ligger i […] denne betegnelsen, vi droppet den etter første besøk. En form for dyne i sengene, men denne hadde ikke dynetrekk, vi synes det var litt ufyselig. Internett var dårlig, og usikret. Heisen stanket fryktelig. Det positive. Hyggelig betjening, rene rom, bassengområdet ok, og sentralt sted å bo. Ikke veldig dyrt, men med denne standard, finnes det mange rimeligere alternativ i området. Les mer

Greit hotell for min familie og meg, det som kunne vært på rommet var et kjøleskap.Greit med parkering, stille og rolig. Hyggelig betjening.

The hotel was fantastic, free shuttle to Disney and everything you need close by. Super service and rooms cleaned every day. If it had a fridge, it would have been the perfect hotel for that price.

We did not stay. Upon entering the room, we found lamps with no light bulbs so it was quite dark. They brought some to us shortly after. Then, in the bathroom, we found boogers all over the wall beside the toilet. We were very disappointed with this hotel. It looks like they recently remodeled. It was a very nice and convient stay for my boyfriend and I before we headed to the coast. It was beautiful, warm, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing was that there was a few bugs in the bathroom. But other than that, the area, people, and room were perfect!!!

I was only in my hotel room for a total of 8 hours, and that includes sleeping, but that was more than enough time for me to realize how bad this room was. First of all there was no plastic cups to use, no alarm clock, only local channels on the tv and i found a ROACH in the bathroom.

My family has been very disappointed with the quality of the hotel compare to what was shown on the Hotels.com website.

Upon my arrival, I was checked into a dirty room. Used towels still in bathroom. Food and garbage still in room. I returned to the front desk to ask for a clean room. I was given another room but desk attendant was very rude. Elevator was horribly dirty. Not a good experience.

definitely a 2-star motel. building and grounds are old, but it's close to souvenirs and restaurants. Wheelchair accessible room #1120 has hardwood floors, roll-under vanity, raised toilet, grab bars, hand-held shower in the tub. Tub stool. Fridge and safe in room. 2 double beds.

this hotels requires some work in terms of maintenance and bug infestation and cleanliness inside and out

Basically you are paying for what you get. It seemed more like a motel vs a Hotel. The room wasnt all that great. Found a bug on the table. No remote was in the room, had to call the front desk to get one. Only good thing was that it was in a good location.

the ac did not work i went to office twice and the sent someone one time.did not bother the second.Also I told them about the next moring while we were out they did nothing to fix.also the tube head fell of theye did nothing to fix.When checking I told them again they would do nothing for me.

I walked into this hotel lobby and asked if they had a room for one night.. I was rudely told no rooms avaliable.. I went outside in the parking lot and called Hotels.com booked a room that they claimed they had no more of ,after 10 mins I was granted a room for the night. We had no telephone,no towels,no remote, no cups,and the headboard almost fell […] on my sleeping young children. I called the front office from my own personal phone to request some cups, towels& a remote control and I was told to come to front office to pickup. No need for a remote..the 5 channels that came on were very fuzzy anyways.. Will I go back????? Thats a big fat NO!!!!! I should have saved my money and slept in my car!!!!! Les mer

Towels were a bit dirty. So were the toilets. Air conditioner was leaking alot of water on the floor and the love seat that was in the room had a leg broken.

Moved to this hotel after a booked trip with group at larger resort location. Very comfy beds and clean room. Convenient to Disney attractions and would definitely book again.

The hotel was pure false advertisement, it promised free wifi and there was none, had to get a cable but didnt work either.. the place was falling apart, roaches, unclean room, the matresses were boat shaped and the sheets had stains, had to stay because of the time but slept in our clothes and by 7 next morning were gone... the only bad thing to our […] trip to disney... would not recommend even to my worst enemy... and they have the audacity to charge a high price.. When I booked this, I knew it was not going to be a 3 or 4 star hotel. When we arrived at approximately 4pm, there was no line of people at the counter. I approached the counter, there were 3 people working. None of which acknowledged me or looked up. There was a woman there at the counter stating she had made reservations on a travel website. The clerks […] were looking for it but they could not find it. She called the travel website. While she was doing that, the clerk named Jerry, said real loudly, "Hey You,' at this guy sitting down. He approached. Jerry had him fill out an application. During this process, another person came in an came up to the counter. Still this person was waited on and then I was acknowledged. The guy did not say Hello, welcome, how may I help you. He just looked at me like, "Why are you here?" I then advised him I was checking in. He said "ID." He then did not say anything. Again, more people not in line just walked up and were waited on by this one man of the 3 that were standing there. The girl answered the phone and did nothing but watch him. The guy stood behind him and watched him and everyone else. The lady was still trying to get the info on her reservation. The guy behind Jerry said to come back into the offices and they could discuss it further. Then Jerry says to me "Credit card." My thoughts were why didn't he ask me for it and why didn't he tell me what that was for. I knew it was for the resort fee, but if I did not know, I would not be so willing to give up my credit card after I just spent quite a lot of money on the room for 2 nights. He then gets me to sign the form, hands me the keys, and tells me where it is. I leave, drive to the building, get to the 3rd floor only to find, garbage on the bed, on the floor and the tv on. Obviously this is either still occupied or the maid did not do her job. I then took the dirty elevator down to the first floor, drove to the office, only to find a line of people. While I understand most of the Hotels in Kissimmee are old, I do expect to atleast have a bed that doesn't squeek and an ice bucket with a working ice machine on my floor. I also feel that a resort fee being charged at check in is wrong. This hotel is a long way from a resort and as it was explained to us it is really another tax that according to the […] desk clerk is carged by all the hotels in the area. I have stayed in other hotels in the area but was not charged a resort fee. I also had a manager standing in the door when we were leaving wanting to clean the room and rent it again and we stillhad an hour beore offiial check out time. Les mer

Waited 30 mins to check in (Front desk had a computer problem) While waiting, heard many complaints from other guests that their rooms were not cleaned. I did not know that I would have the same problem! After the first night, I complained on the phone that we had no towels, garbage was not removed and saw that the sheets had "dust" between the layers. […] No one showed up! I put the garbage outside the door, tracked down a maid/room servicer and got clean towels. The elevator smelled damp and the TV service barely worked. The breakfast was free! But most of the items were unavailable (bagels). You get what you pay for, definitely not this one again, no matter how cheap! Les mer

there was no remote for the tv i went to the office dnd they said they would bring one never happen.

Location was good. Had a good breakfast and free shuttle to and from Disney which was great. Our room was recently remodeled. Floors were strange wood that was sticky. Our friends room was not remodeled and disgusting. We will not stay there again.

First let me say that if you are reading this review to decide if you wanna stay here, then don't waste your time reading and try another hotel. In the sink area, there was holes in the walls along the base boards. In the bathroom there was missing tiles in the shower. The toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor (it rocked when you used it). The AC was extremely loud and didn't get the room that much colder. If we weren't only going to be in the hotel from 9pm to 3:30am I would have checked into another hotel. place was okay however the price was a bit much for the room and location. no shampoo or conditioner available in room. had to ask front desk.

I was pleased with my stay. On my next trip I will stay there again.

This hotel is a joke, first I arrived and I was in line to check in for 30 minutes; to make it to the front desk to be told I can't check until 4pm. The surrounding venues were good, resturants and outlets amazing so I was able to pass time. Arrived back to hotel to wait for 45 minutes in line because EVERYONE was complaining, and asking for refunds. […] I finally arrive to my room... I was in shock to see twin size beds as doubles. Went back to the front desk to inform them I reserve a double which should have been full size bed. After acting a donkey arguing about the room I finally was refunded but know apology was given. Also I ask to speak to a manager and no one never cAme out. The upside is the rooms are remodel and looks nice but the service was awful and double beds are a joke. Les mer

The place looked good.. Seemed to be clean.. But the beds were bad neather my girlfriend or I could sleep well.. Beds r vert hard and if u take a shower theore u turn up the Hot Watter the less water pressure u got not good....

Convinient location, but a little out date hotel and they took over 2 hrs for check-in. They had a problem with getting the rooms cleaned on time to check them out again.

My stay occurred from 12/23-12/26, which is a time I expected to be very busy at any hotel I stayed at. The location is fabulous but the hotel itself needs alot of work. The free breakfast was a nightmare with it being way too packed, not enough seating and only one poor woman to try and handle the up keep of feeding hundreds at a time. I was told I […] had to pay an additional $20 to check in 2 hours early! My television NEVER worked even though I reported it 3x. If you need a relatively clean place to stay, than the Claremont is (just) OK. Check in was NOT ready at 4:00pm and when we got the key, we still had to wait in parking lot for 20 minutes while maids finished cleaning the room. Pool was warm, hot tub was cold and full of drunks. Hotel severely under-staffed (they tried, you could tell, but they had […] little to work with). Lamps were broken but one. Cable was non -existent, just the basic abc, nbc etc. Hallways were dirty, exterior appears in disrepair. They only would give us 2 complete sets of towels, a credit card and form was required for more (we stole from the pool...when there were towels to steal). Maids pile trash and dirty linens in halls until mid day. Breakfast was bagels, slices of cheese, generic corn flakes and fruit loops, oatmeal packs, sometimes packages of danish, coffee and juice. No wireless as as advertised. We took the room because it was a last minute trip over new year's and everything else was booked. Would not return. Les mer

Donot fall for the good price! The staff is soooo rude and the rooms were awful. When I made the reservation they were remodeling......not in this lifetime. Check in time was 4....we got there 15 mins early and were ignored by the staff. Went out to site see....came back at 8 PM and was told that it would be another 30min before our room was ready. […] The toliet was coming off the ground.....It was an gross hotel. Thank goodness we were there 2 ngihts and not in there long. OH....as for the Disney shuttle....it runs twice a day. The park opened at 8 but I was told the shuttle did not leave until 10 to go to Disney! This is not what they told me when I called!!! RUN the other way and do not stay here!!!! Les mer

Don't drink the coffee at breakfast - it is awful!!!! room was not very clean,and we did not like the fact it had laminate floors instead of carpet. It was not very sound proof and management did not know how to tell us how to access internet. Would never return here nor recommend it to anyone else.

Disappointed at the amount of garbage in hallways and stairways. This was right after Christmas and they may have been short staffed due to the Holiday.

For those of you looking to save money while making a multiple-day visit to Disney/Seaworld/etc, be aware that this hotel offers what I consider 'one convenience for another' - It is literally no more than a 10-15 min drive away from most of the parks, but the hotel itself is pretty much a place you should only expect to relax and sleep in. There's […] no wifi in the rooms (or ethernet, from what we could find), and cable TV is a gambling game that many of the visitors will end up losing. The beds are more than comfortable enough, however, and very warm. A strange thing happened in that during our 3 day stay, the room was fine the 1st day, smelled a bit like smoke on the 2nd day, and was completely fine the 3rd. very disappointed, not clean at all and the elevator / bathrooms never get cleaned, they are disgusting. Even after requesting for house keeping nothing happened. the TV had only about 4 local channels, no cable as advertised.

Very bad service, super dirty rooms, the look is super dirty.

- first night, bugs in the room, shower does not drain, toilet does not flush properly. - Called front desk, no reply after 40 minutes. Went to the front desk and requested a different room. Had to explain to the clerk that I have 2 young kids waiting to take shower and demanded another room before getting one. - On one of the night, called the front […] desk because there is no towels, no tissue and no toilet paper. Front office clerk called maintenance to bring the supply over which never arrived. After almost an hour, had to walk to front desk myself to pick up the towels and tissue, no toilet paper. - Also, saw a lot of customer complain about different things. - Hotel is old and not in the best shape. - Location is close to Disney.
