The hotel was great . They held my bags while I ran a 5k across the street then when I finished the race. I was allowed to check in early which was a Godsend. The room was clean, and had a great view of the parking lot. I had to search for the coffee/tea tray and then find a plug to plug it into. I will stay again if I run 2 races in one day.

The hotel was advertised as "within walking distance" of the event I was attending, which isn't a lie...but it's a long walk. Not a walk you want to take after being on your feet all day long. That is my only complaint! The hotel service and cleanliness was outstanding. I would stay there again.

Hotel is very clean, service was excellent, staff very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown Jacksonville . Highly recommend a night or more stay!

There was a country music festival at the same time we were staying there. At two in the morning, young people returning to their rooms were nosiy and kept us up. Next time I'll ask if there is anything like that going on and if there is, I will choose another hotel.

Awesome, the staff were uber friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Hotel was upscale and classy. Made for a great stay!!!!!! Loved it, would definitely stay again. We drive down from GA for a Jags game or two ever season. Now we've found our home away from home!!!!

Once again I'm in Jax but the bright spot in the stay isn the Omni Hotel. Great place, great service and friendly staff keeps me coming back to the Omni in Jacksonville

We loved the hotel!!! The fact that there was no Parking was the problem!!! spending that kind of money and no free parking!!! that is the only thing i didnt like!!

I loved the room, the service, the location, etc., but was shocked when my credit card was charged $5.00 for a bottle of water that was sitting on the desk, and $9.95 for using the wi-fi one time. I was afraid to use the towels and toilet paper, for fear of being charged. I thought that an expensive, four star hotel would have had, at minimum, complimentary […] wi-fi and water. Les mer

Hotel staff seemed willing to help but it was obvious that training and oversight is not up to par for what they claim this hotel is. Elevator pulley squeaked terribly, thermostat in room did not work, housekeeping never showed up, not enough cups, coffee or creamer in room. Limited in room late night menu. NOT worth the high price.

Called room service, asked for champagne and strawberries. They decorated the room with flower pettals and gave us a chocolate cake at no extra charge. Very accommodating with anything we needed

My only complaint is that the mirror outside the bathroom is in a dark alcove and is useless due to lighting. Overall the stay was fine. We had stayed there over 23 years ago. Would stay again.

It was very convenient to stay in the hotel across the street from the venue. The entire stay was great and all of the employees were kind and very helpful. The hotel and room were very clean.We did not use the restaraunt or bar, but there was plenty available very close, within walking distance.

The customer service at this hotel is exceptional , and the hotel is beautiful. I will stay here everytime I go to Jacksonville.

There was a mix-up over my hotel reservation (payment) and rather than attempt to contact me by phone or leave me a message to contact the front desk they locked me out of my room. When I told them I had a receipt but it was in my room it took 3 employees and me explaining the situation about 10 times (I payed for the room, the receipt is in my room, […] I can't get in my room because my key doesn't work) they finally reactivated my key, After going upstairs to get my receipt and bringing it back down to the front desk they tell me, "yes, we found the problem." You would think after all that (1) they would have apologized, and (2) they would've contacted me before I came all the way back down! Very disappointing to be treated that way! Les mer

I was here five nights on business. This is a good -- but not outstanding -- hotel that tends to be slightly industrial rather than luxurious. I had an executive suite with "river or city views," but mine was a parking lot, the room was an awkward triangle that reduced its functionality, and the TV was in front of half the windows, so I can't recommend […] you spend more for the "better" room. The lobby staff was always friendly as I passed through, and offered me the use of the hotel shuttle to take me to local restaurants. If you are parking your own car, a sign in the convenient garage across the street says Omni guests have to park on the 8th floor, but when I asked the front desk about it, they knew nothing of this sign, and said I should park anywhere that wasn't reserved. The service in the hotel restaurant was not great, where one waiter told me she did not like any of the specials, and though she passed by regularly she did not stop to check on me and I had to flag her down if I wanted anything. The hotel is convenient to the freeway, but the neighborhood is nothing but office buildings -- some restaurants but no shops, outside of the rather seedy waterfront mall a block away. I went out early one evening to look for a magazine (the hotel shop has no reading material at all) and not even the hotel staff had any suggestions where I might look, apart from one lonely 7-11. This hotel was not bad if you are in town on business, but I wouldn't stay here if I were on vacation. Les mer

Overall the hotel was amazing. Wish we could have stayed an extra day. Next year we will. The only complaint that we have is that there was a 10$ charge for the wifi connection. I wasn't told about this charge.

The Customer Service at The Omni was Outstanding. From the Valet, Bellmen, Front Desk to the Servers in the Bar. I highly recommend this Hotel and will stay no where else in Jacksonville, Fl.

Paid for king room weeks in advance through Expedia. When I showed up they gave me a room with two doubles or queens. I called the front desk and was told all the kings were sold out. Got the manager on the line who found an available king room for me. Imagine that!

The hotel staff was excellent. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Pool is small, but we weren't really there for the pool. The only thing I really didn't like was parking is $10 everytime you take out your car or $20 a day for valet (+ tip). The valet staff was excellent and very friendly. I'm just not used to paying for this. Also there is a $10 […] fee to use the Internet. All in all it met the need for what we were looking for, just wasn't expecting the extra money. Les mer

The Omni was a nice downtown hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The exercise/fitness center was on the small side but adequate.

The hotel staff was exceptional. Nice size and clean rooms! Nice bar area as well. Enjoyed my stay for a friends weekend but it would be just as nice with the family and young kids. Hotel food is a liitle pricy but worth it if you prefer to stay in. Check your bill to ensure you arent charged a wifi fee if you didnt use it during your stay. Second visit to this Hotel. Great location next to the Jacksonville landing. Only down point to this trip was that I think the fuse went out on some of the outlets in our room. Possibly unavoidable....but think turndown clean up service should have picked up on this anyways.

The hotel has a good situation, It is in Downtown. You can use the parking close to the Hotel for $5 all day. You can walk around the River The sunset is wonderful.

Room was good and view was OK, in room coffee was undrinkable (brewed too hot?) And only cider was available in the lobby. There was nothing special about the accommodations, stay would have been enhanced ed by free radio or internet or breakfast or water...
