Fikk feil informasjon fra resepsjonen om nå frokost startet. skulle reise tidlig og ville spise først. Resepsjonen opplyste at frokost startet kl 07:00. Vi betale 8£ ekstra for frokosten. Frokost started imdlertid 06:00 riktig nok continental frokost frem til kl 07:00 men den var gratis. "Kjempehotell med fantastisk belligenhet"
Hotellet ligger vegg i vegg med buss- og togstasjon, og er svært sentralt i forhold til handlegater, pøbber og historiske steder i Belfast. Hadde et supert opphold på stedet, og betjeningen var svært hyggelig.

Hotellet er overraskende fint til den prisen vi betalte. Det har en business profil og ligger sentralt plassert like ved sentralbanestasjonen. Ligger en del puber og restauranter i samme gate, og så er det ca 10 min å gå til hoved-shoppingområdet.

Had a good stay, no complaints about it. On arrival to our room we discovered that it had a lot of external noise, but after a call to reception we were rapidlymoved to a higher floor. Great service!!

We arrived very early direct from an overnight flight. The hotel stored our luggage for us and made every effort to get us into our room well before the check in time. We were very grateful. The room was lovely, the bath was all glass and updated.

the hotel was fine, not spectacular value but fine, but I found it unbelievable that a hotel of this size, and cost would have *no* exercise facilities at all. So - I would not stay there again.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Europa. The hotel was updated with current decor and stylish. My room was clean and comfortable. It is only a 5 minute walk to the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Nickle and dined to death. Had to pay for wifi and it didn't work well 10 pounds for 2 eggs and a piece of toast. Surprised that didn't charge to ride the elevator. Fire alarm went off at 4 am.

My husband and I spent two nights in the europa hotel, belfast. The location is great. everything very near you no matter what you want. pubs packed with great craic and people very friendly. I told my friends that if they are going to belfast that the europa is not as expensive as people think and it is the loveliest hotel around. well worth a stay. […] Food very nice and the beds are sooo comfortable. Piano bar is so nice on the first floor .Very relaxing and enjoyable. Will stay again if visiting belfast. staff very helpful and courteous. Fabulous hotel, great location, very clean and staff were lovely. However, as a well travelled person, I feel the car park is overpriced and the room was a little small. Otherwise a great destination for a few nights getaway. I will return!

Stayed there with my husband on Saturday the 10th March 2012 and had a dreadful nights sleep as our room was located to the front of the hotel. Even though the room was on the 8th floor the noise from the road below went on all night as the crowds left the hotel functions and surrounding pubs and clubs. "Need to think about the guests comfort."
Due the refurbishment of the ground floor bar there were not enough seats in the upper bar to accommodate guests. This is something the hotel management should have planned for in advance. The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located though for the price charged breakfast should have been included.
Well worth a visit and great value .

The hotel is close to shopping,bars,restaurants therefore in a good location. I was disappointed my room was quite small and claustrophobic... I stayed for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned after the first night I found this surprising. Excellent location and the staff were extremely professional, welcoming and friendly. My only complaint was when we asked for a restaurant recommendation, we were sent to a really awful restaurant ( not really the hotels fault though). It would be a good idea to have a list of good ones

Have stayed at this hotel at the same time of year four times now, and i have never failed to enjoy my stay. There is so much going on at this hotel always full of people and has a fantastic festive ambience definitely got me in the christmas spirit. Many peoplpe who stay in other hotels visit this hotel for a couple of drinks and wish they had chosen […] to stay here. The location is ideal for getting from the international airport as the airport bus terminates at the rear of the hotel so is very much a door to door service. The hotel is also close to the city centre so no need for any other buses or taxis during your stay. Les mer

Stayed for one night - great buzz about the City what a change from a few years back. Stayed in the Europa due to its proximity to City Centre and the Christmas Markets. Had requested quiet room on 7th floor - it was small but totally fine. Kettle was broken but was replaced by housekeeping within 15 minutes. RReception and staff in general very friendly. […] There was a great buzz in the hotel - live music in the bar. Car Park behind hotel was £10 for almost 24 hour stay - quite cheap considering. Had been quoted £16 per person for breakfast when enquired by phone, but got vouchers when we arrived for £8 per head - and it was worth it - sitting eating lovely cooked breakfast watching the world pass by. Really handy location close to the student quarter for some late night drinks but also a 2 minute walk from the city centre. Most importantly, the comfiest bed I have EVER slept in. I would advise taking advantage of the valet parking provided by the hotel as it's £16 for 24 hours were you can take your car in or out as many times as you want. The alternative […] is putting your car in the park yourself which depending when or how many times you take your vehicle out could end up costing you a wee bit more. Good Irish breakfast also. "Nice place to stay with a bit of history"
A very comfortable hotel with special mention for front desk clerk Mary, who treated us exceptionally well. The hotel was great value through Hotels.com and I would recommend it to any one. Parking was expensive, but that is always a challenge in large centers. There are two great pubs across the street worth visiting.

"Best Location in Belfast"
Few Americans know this hotel’s history (see Wikipedia), and even fewer will understand its four-star rating. The rooms lack amenities found in Super 8 motels back home. In the United Kingdom, they must hand out ratings based on the selection of fine wines in the pub downstairs, not on whether there is an ice bucket in the room for use with an ice machine […] down the hall. But so what? Ignore the reviews that complain about room size. The attraction here is location, location, location. Of course the rooms are small; everyone wants to be here, not so much because of the Opera House across the street, but because of the bus and train station next door. After an overnight flight to Dublin and a bus ride to Belfast, you are ready to stay at the closest place available, especially if it is as clean as it is compact, and the online special rate is as attractive as the front desk clerk is charming. I traveled alone. Two people in the same room perhaps would have to move around each other like dancers in a TV competition (but isn’t that what hotel rooms are for, sometimes?). The “rain shower” referred to in other reviews is an overhead horizontal disk, perhaps nine inches in diameter, with different settings for different water sprays. I enjoyed it; anyone taller than 6'4" might not. You can eat at the restaurant, or you can cross the street to Tesco and often find discounted sandwiches, pastry and other items marked down after 7pm, in order to sell them before their expiration date. The biggest complaint you will have about the Europa is not the establishment itself but the patrons, who enjoy slamming the not-so-soundproof doors and shouting from one end of the hallway to the other at all hours of the day or night. Ask for a room far away from the elevator. And make sure to use the “Do Not Disturb” door sign if while recovering from jet lag, you don’t want housekeeping to awaken you at 8am. Les mer

Great location although parking options limited. staff very friendly. We were on the 6th floor and there was a function on the 12th floor and the music was loud and incessant until 1.30am.......on a monday night!! We should not be hearing noise like that from 6 floors away......disappointing and would have been worse if were on business travel and needing […] a full night's sleep! Les mer
