Veldig bra senger, rent og pent, ikke veldig sentralt, nærme flyplassen. ca 5 minutter å gå til nærmeste butikk. Gratis kjapt trådløst internett, og gratis buss til og fra flyplassen, sentrum ligger ca 15 minutter unna med taxi. Jeg vil bo der igjen hvis jeg skal tilbake til Tampa.

Flott stab, hyggelige mennesker med serviceinnstilling. Fikk rom med lukt da vi kom - ble byttet neste morgen uten problemer. Kjempefin frokost i rene lokaler. Anbefales!

Rommene har grei kvalitet, men servicen til betjeningen var meget bra. Kan trygt anbefale dette hotellet, med meget bra sentral beliggenhet.

Her får du mye for pengen!!! Store rom. Ikke helt nytt men veldig veldholdt. Bassengområdet fristet ikke så veldig men for en natt eller to på vei til at annet sted så er dette hotellet supert. Store flotte rom som er rent og pent. Litt harde senger men det er en smak sak. Hygglig betjening og mye for pengene. Ble overasket over at middag og frokost var inkludert. Vet ikke om det er det bestanding men det var det når vi var der. Benyttet oss ikke av mat tilbudet så jeg vet ikke om kvaliteten på maten var bra men det så sånn ut.

I would like to tell that this hotel is perfect is you are planning to travel in your own car, they have free parking , and hotel is very close to the Busch Gardens park , only 1/2 mile driving , so you can wake up late in the morning in order to go to the park and no problem to come back because is very very close. They also have 24 hours service for cafeteria , so if you came late at night hungry you can ask for some sandwich or another stuff. At the time that we came to the hotel , they inform us that not convenient walking around at niguht, However the hotel has a shttle service for free that leave you in the mall that is close , in the area. No way , you did not like this mall ! people look very rare and insanne. NO WAY ! DONT' WALK AROUND THIS PLACE EVER ! NO CONFIDENCE OR SECURITY .The hotel also have this shuttle service to the Busch Gardens fro free, however you have to reserve the night before in order to take it.In general this hotel is good, but I believed is over price for the area and amenities. no activities in this hotel mnot good for family oriented or kids, just if you only planning to slepp. For people planning to visit the Busch Gardens is GOOD ! "Pleasant Surprise"
The rooms were immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The Hyatt Place was conveniently located for us to attend an interview at USF. It was great to be able to buy a snack/beverage any time of day or night without leaving the hotel. The breakfast was also an added benefit - and it was good! "Nice place to stay"
What a great design for a hotel. The front desk is also a mini bar/deli. Our room was split with a partition between the two sides and a big flat screen TV swiveled between the two sides. Nice gym, nice pool, free wifi, great breakfast, shuttles to Busch Gardens and elsewhere. We were sorry to only be staying a night. I will definitely be staying here […] next time I'm in Tampa. This hotel is like most other Hyatt Place hotels...the best part of the stay was the great breakfast. The worst part, and somewhat troubling, was that our room smelled somewhat musty...had a hint of "locker room" scent.
"Very clean"
We were impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was not the standard bagel and cereal continental breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was very personable and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when going to Busch Gardens.
The one downside was that the room's layout didn't let early risers get ready without blasting beds with light.
"Modern style but, noise location and hard bed"
all night we could hear traffic and emergency vehicals from the main road and the bed was very firm. other than that it was ok but, I don't think I will go back.

Beds are pretty comfy (I like soft beds with some firmness to keep shape). Hotel was well kept. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was that shower didn't drain so well. It wasn't a big deal and I just told them at my checkout next day.
The hotel was beautiful. Bed and pillows were great. The only problem we had was thst we was told by hotels.com that there wasnt a deposit... and when we got there they asked for a credit card for incidentals but still didnt tell a $ amount. We will still stay again for the comfort.

We went to Tampa because we where going to Busch Gardens, the hotel was great and it has an excellent shuttle service to the park. Staff very attentive.

Staff really helpful all round. Brian extremely helpful i hhelping me with a lost bag by calling previous hotel. the rooms are really nice but there is a funny aircon stale smell and rooms windows don't open. however was spotless and very comfy. Real close to bush gardens and shuttle really good. . breakfast was nice too. highly recommend

Great room/location and nice amenities, but the bed was rather hard/uneven....not typical for a Hyatt Property... Good/Clean Continental Breakfast, but I always enjoy a waffle maker...none present here... Staff friendly and efficient.. I would return, bed comfort notwithstanding...

Room was nice enjoyed the stay. The only thing that upset my family was the fact that the room advertised DVD player. We spent christmas eve at the hotel had movies to wach but no DVD player as advertised.

this hotel is so accomadating. They have a shuddle that will take you to and from bush gardens (or anywhere else within a 3 mile radius) The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Location was great, the bed was great, the room was clean, had a great lay out, all the appliances worked etc. Only issue - which is major as the two primary purposes I rent a hotel room is to A) have a place to sleep when I'm out of town and B) have a shower after long day(s) of traveling. I arrived on a Friday night at 11pm and took a shower, the […] water was luke warm at best. On Saturday morning, the water again was luke warm/cold at 10am. On Sunday at 1:30am, the water was luke warm/cold. On Sunday at 9:30am, the water was just COLD! This is a great place to stay. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were greated by name, asked what they could do to make our stay more comfortable...if we needed anything it was right there. The breakfast (free) was very good and if you wanted a hot b'fast they would cook one to order (a charge). There was 24 hr food […] which was very good. All and all a great place. Finally, when we got out to our car to leave the battery was dead. My husband went to the front desk to ask if someone could jump us....within 5 minutes we were on our way. How great is that? Les mer

I Have stayed at Hyatt Hotels literally around the world. This one, however, doesn't deserve to use the Hyatt name. The lobby was fresh enough, but the elevators had grafitti, the room was musty and needed a facelift, the housekeeping horrible. , and don't leave any food on the dinette table, the march of ants would carry the food away! From the second I walked through the doors, the staff was very welcoming and generous. The decor of the hotel was very modern and beautifully placed together. The room was amazing, I was surprised to see granite counter tops AND even a granite wet bar! I loved how the room had it's own sitting area with a beautiful wall separating the sitting area and […] the bed. One of my favorite hotels to stay at. The first thing to note about the hotel is the wonderful aroma pouring out of the lobby. I don't know what the scent is, but it's spectacular. It makes for wonderful, warm welcome to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and always quite tidy and clean when I arrive. Having a long list of inputs to the TV is a […] nice perk for me (I love that I can connect my laptop or camera to play back footage and photos from Busch Gardens).
