The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was exceptional. The breakfast offered more than the usual continental type of choices. I do wish there had been twi chairs in the room, but other than that, I was pleased

The hotel was the perfect location. It was on the Vestal Parkway, right across from Binghamton University. The hotel looked brand new. Apparently it had just been fully renovated. Our room was large and modern. I will stay there again!

We were presently surprised the hotel has been newly renovated and looks very nice. The staff was very professional and courtious went out of their way to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. The location was perfect being directly across the street from Binghamton University but also near all the shopping and restaurants. It was really affordable […] and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. We would recommend this to anyone going to the area. Keep up the good work Les mer

Nothing extraordinary but the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was just OK, quality could have been better. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and coffee. When I asked to be switched from a smoking to no-smoking room, I was easily and courteously moved to a non-smoking room. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here one night and was very please. The staff was attentive and willing to help. The room was spacoius and very clean. A bit pricey for 1 night but very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Noise Noise and more Noise. You hear the highway, you hear everything from the hallways and you even get to hear the movie that the person in the next room is watching. Not the best "Quality" sleep that I have ever had. While the room was recently renovated and fine, the remainder of the hotel and the halls were run down and filthy dirty. Not sure […] why there were empty beer cans all over the floor in the hallway when I left in the morning. Will try another hotel for my next business trip to the area. Les mer

I understand the Quality Inn is going through renovations, however the entire place smelled like cigarettes. The "secure" doors leading to each area of the hotel where you would normally need to use your key...always unlocked..not secure. One of the hotel staff walked in on my fiancee to clean the room at around 9:30am and when he asked her to return […] later...they never did. We had to call the front desk at 5pm to have the bed made up and new towels dropped off, but were initially told that no one was available to do this. The housekeeping staff was singing in the hallways while cleaning other rooms, the bathroom was GRUNGY, mildewed tiles, tub that didn't drain properly. The only thing going really was the comfy bed. Sorry but there are other hotels that offer your same rate, if not cheaper and are MUCH nicer. We just wanted to try out a different location while visiting family in town. Les mer

This hotel provides a very pleasant stay. Conveniently located to the University, restaurants, and shopping. Staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating. We all enjoyed our breakfast which met everyone's needs. Overall a great hotel for the price.

Close to mall and resturants, 7.5 miles to en-joie golf course, we were attending the Dick's Sporting Goods Open (Champions Tour). Clean, comfortable, full complimentary breakfast, friendly staff.

Room was nice and we were told that it was recently renovated. They didn't renovate the bathroom, which could have used it.

The room overall was decent for a quick stay, but the bathrooms were extremely old and coming apart - grout was nasty, and the tub and overall bathroom was either filthy or it was so old it looked that way. The actual room seemed clean however.

It was a stop over for us, on our way to NY, NY. So we can cut the drive in to half and let the kids rest. The place was clean and quiet. Just want we needed.

The best things were the microwave and refrigerator. They have a nice free breakfast that includes hot items. Staff were friendly. There were three days no one even emptied my garbage. They no longer have phone books in the rooms - first time I have ever seen that! When they finally found me one, it only contained the business section - and it took […] then 45 minutes to even find that. I have stayed there many times without encountering any of these problems. Hotel looked like an old motel, worn out and not too clean. Room felt and looked dirty. Bed sheets had a few, what looked like old blood stains on it. Two of the towels had hairs on them. The room looked old and worn and didn't feel like you were in a clean room. Seems like they are doing room upgrades so there was some construction going on. Actually […] the room across from mine was open and stripped and looked like it was under remodel. However, two times saw a man walk out of that room...it appeared as he was crashing in it overnight. I hate to say it but overall, I felt I paid too much and I will not stay there again. Very dissatisfied! I must point out that the employees were kind and courteous...not their fault the hotel failed. Les mer

This was a good experience the rooms are nice and cheap however if you have more than two people there is an extra fee of $10.00\person. A good policy is to call ahead about therate especially if you are a AAA member. The hotel was under construction buyy evem though it was in the middle of a remodelmy party and I were taken care of.

Front desk staff were very professionanl. Unfortunate the power was out, from check in till check out. Very dark, obviously it was out of their control, (bad storm). I was there for college orientation. A lot of the hotels had no power, but were offered a different hotel. I was offered a refund. Hopefully I get it, they needed to contact Expedia they […] say. this hotel is under construction and may be nice when it is finished, it also is facing street construction, you enter into the lobby and the first thing you are slammed with is stall cigarette smoke. There was a person sitting on the bench in front drinking a six pack and many of the guests appeared to be construction workers or the like as the noise […] from doors slamming etc started as early as 5 am... There were ants all over the room. They switched my room but I didn't sleep well after seeing all the ants. I would have left the hotel but it was very late. I should be refunded my money. Very bad experience at the Quality Inn. No quality.

The stay was fine with no problems and some extra benefits. They have some hot breakfast options including waffles and scrambled eggs which made it more interesting. There is free coffee all day in the front desk area. The outdoor pool was also nice.

After having a comfirmation for a non-smoling room through Expedia, I was put in a smoking room in a section of the hotel being re- modeled when I arrived. The Hotel staff blamed it on Expedia. Down deep I feel the Hotel management did it to me.

The air conditioning didn't work properly. It turned on and off rapidly and making adjustments to the settings did nothing to fix it. So I got no sleep. The room smelled stale. The hotel looked shabby but was under construction. If I had known that I wouldn't have stayed there.

The Hotel Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and the attendant was great. Just one comment that while carrying food open and carrying person want to cough, please cover mouth. Overall satisfactory
